However in my mind what resonates the most is how much he connects with his customer, truely keeping their best interest at heart and working tirelessly to come up with the best possible plan options To help your situation. He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. He responded immediately to phone calls or texts and walked me through all my questions and concerns always with a pleasant and positive attitude. The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told that she could help and make the process that seemed daunting to me an easy and painless experience. It was the best referral ever! She is so knowledgable and kind and held my hand through the process until it was a success. The next time I chose to refinance there was no question that I would go back directly to her to start the new process and this time my loan closed in 21 days from start to finish. This occurred so fast because of her knowledge and dedication to making her customer's #1! I have already and will always recommend her to anyone going through a loan process or even just in need of mortgage advice. She's the best!!"

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."

Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative.
