My loans were a little complicated, but Sarah tackled them and made it happen. She provided the guidance I needed to complete all necessary documentation which made it extremely easy for me. She returned telephone calls, texts and e-mails in a "rapid-response" time frame - almost unheard of in these current times. She was a great support throughout the entire loan process. She never grew frustrated with me when I called with a problem and just patiently worked with me to find a solution. When COVID -19 presented its share of obstacles, which delayed my getting necessary documentation, Sarah assured me that it was not a problem and my loan would not be in jeopardy while we waited. Sarah dots her I's and crosses her T's and gets it right the first time. Rocket Mortgage would be smart to keep her and use her integrity, dedication and influence to show others how the job should be done. "Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. At one point I almost gave up but he keep saying you are so close just do what I'm asking you to do. Who does that. I also checked with 2 other lenders. They couldn't come close to Tyler. If anyone I no needs a loan I would be sure to give them Tyler's phone number. He is very knowledgeable, kind and he will not run you around. Hat's off to this man"

Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with a good friend about my options. He did not rush anything and gave me advice on how I should move forward if I decided to. He ran multiple calculations and looked at my financial situation and gave me possible scenarios. Jason made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He not only called me for any changes with the loan, but he would return my call promptly and answer my questions with ease. He did not pass my loan off after he completed his section, he continued to make sure I was good throughout the full process to closing. Jason is an expert in his craft and trustworthy. His integrity is above reproach. I am a Military Veteran and I have refinanced multiple times, and because of Jason, I will use Rocket Mortgage for any future needs. He always did what he said he would and checked in with me almost daily keeping me calm and informed of our progress. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything smoothly and error free. He got me using the Rocket Mortgage Portal and associated tools which was a big help for both of us. I wish he was my only point of contact throughout the process but I understand there is a system in place and protocols to be followed. Some of the others that I dealt with just weren't on par with Brandon. Of course, knowing Brandon I knew he was only a phone call or email away from getting involved and getting us back on course. He is certainly an asset to Rocket Mortgage and if I ever need to get into a housing loan again I will call Brandon. "
