As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. What I loved the most is that I always felt like I was speaking with my oldest friend, one whose honesty and integrity trumps all else. He was blunt with me from day 1 about my situation and how my financial picture fit into the mold, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to improve that for me and set me on the path to financial success. I can honestly say that it felt like Devin truly cared about the decisions being made, how they impacted me, and how to make things work for us. I met Jacob 2 years ago he worked so hard to get me a refinance loan for my home. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. Looking back I think I could have figured it out on my own, but because of his help it was painless. We had fun together while doing it, yet he was totally professional. We are now closed on that mortgage and having done several thru the years this was far and away the easiest. Rocket Mortgage, with Zia as my initial contact, is superb."

A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"

My loans were a little complicated, but Sarah tackled them and made it happen. She provided the guidance I needed to complete all necessary documentation which made it extremely easy for me. She returned telephone calls, texts and e-mails in a "rapid-response" time frame - almost unheard of in these current times. She was a great support throughout the entire loan process. She never grew frustrated with me when I called with a problem and just patiently worked with me to find a solution. When COVID -19 presented its share of obstacles, which delayed my getting necessary documentation, Sarah assured me that it was not a problem and my loan would not be in jeopardy while we waited. Sarah dots her I's and crosses her T's and gets it right the first time.
