He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told ...I have gone through the refinance process 2 times and each time was with Laura. The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told that she could help and make the process that seemed daunting to me an easy and painless experience. It was the best referral ever! She is so knowledgable and kind and held my hand through the process until it was a success. The next time I chose to refinance there was no question that I would go back directly to her to start the new process and this time my loan closed in 21 days from start to finish. This occurred so fast because of her knowledge and dedication to making her customer's #1! I have already and will always recommend her to anyone going through a loan process or even just in need of mortgage advice. She's the best!!"

"I had contacted a competitor to start the initial process of a second mortgage. I then did my homework. when I realized I already had a loan with Rocket Mortgage. I then did my homework. when I realized I already had a loan with Rocket Mortgage. Contacted them and was assigned to Joe Frey. After discussing everything with him, I did not feel any pressure or pushing to sign with rocket. He answered all my questions, understood my concerns, and after that I decided to cease my relationship with the competitor and immediately started the process with rocket. Joe was able to beat the competitor rates and advised that I shouldn’t be surprised if they automatically come back with a much lower counter offer, which they did. They then came back with a second counter offer, even lower, which seemed too good to be true. Based on Joe’s professionalism, demeanor knowledge and his overall friendliness, I decided I’m staying with rocket and I am glad I did so. The process was smooth & quick with great communication. I highly recommend Joe Frey and rocket mortgage for any mortgage needs"

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."
