I met Jacob 2 years ago he worked so hard to get me a refinance loan for my home. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . He makes me feel like he has the utmost respect for me and he truly cares about my needs. Thank you so much Jacob . 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼"

Looking back I think I could have figured it out on my own, but because of his help it was painless. We had fun together while doing it, yet he was totally professional. We are now closed on that mortgage and having done several thru the years this was far and away the easiest. Rocket Mortgage, with Zia as my initial contact, is superb."

The thought of taking out a mortgage again scared me to deaf! I'm so thankful you called me. I was just inquiring on Facebook and you was the first person to call me. From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. She stayed in touch & was there for me to answer any questions. She walked me through the whole process right to closing. Thank you so much I would recommend you highly to any friends r family ."

When Jordan tells you she can do something and this is what it will cost, you can "take it to the bank"... After our decision to proceed, I worked with an administrative support specialist but Jordan was always available should something serious threaten to derail the process... The loan materialized in a surprisingly short timeframe and it was exactly what we agreed to in the very beginning... No last minute surprises ... No "Oh I forgot to tell you this"... It was as originally agreed... I view Jordan as I would a trusted friend... Dick Parker"

"Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. I'm not a computer wiz alot of the things he need where very difficult for him to obtain from me he was very kind about this and always stay positive. ...Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. At one point I almost gave up but he keep saying you are so close just do what I'm asking you to do. Who does that. I also checked with 2 other lenders. They couldn't come close to Tyler. If anyone I no needs a loan I would be sure to give them Tyler's phone number. He is very knowledgeable, kind and he will not run you around. Hat's off to this man"

You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"
