Dave has been a great help and assisted me with the mortgage I have today along with aiming to reach for other goals. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the second time I've worked with Dave and it would be privilege and an honor to work with Dave in the future. Dave really knows what he's doing and aims to get you the best options while comfortably fitting in or improving your financial situation. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for help or looking to refinance on a home loan."

"Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. At one point I almost gave up but he keep saying you are so close just do what I'm asking you to do. Who does that. I also checked with 2 other lenders. They couldn't come close to Tyler. If anyone I no needs a loan I would be sure to give them Tyler's phone number. He is very knowledgeable, kind and he will not run you around. Hat's off to this man"

As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. I met Jacob 2 years ago he worked so hard to get me a refinance loan for my home. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . He guided us through every step of the mortgage process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed and confident along the way. Financing a home can feel overwhelming, but Alex made the process feel smooth and manageable. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest, giving us honest guidance, and helping us make the best decisions for our situation. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything on track made such a difference. You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"
