Allen provided constant communication and quickly responded to every request and email I sent, and there were a few. With Allen's assistance, we were able to apply for a refinance and receive a closing date in less than two weeks! That is almost unheard of in this current real estate climate. Not only was he a joy to work with, but he also showed incredible patients. He remained on our initial call with us for well over an hour, while he walked us through uploading all the required document to expedite our refinancing process. Not only did he treat us with professionalism, but also infused a level of friendliness that put us at ease and made us realize we were in good hands! If you are looking to refinance or get a loan for a new mortgage, Allen is the man!!! I only have high praise and appreciation for all of his hard work! Thank you for EVERYTHING, Allen!!"

Competing with multiple cash offers, the only way to make a compelling case to a seller is to present an absurdly quick closing, betting the bank on underwriting, escrow, and funding success. Sonia made sure we new where we stood every step of the way, even if those steps were lateral some days. She was honest, hard working and straightforward. We'll absolutely stick with our A-team when the time comes again. Thank you, Sonia."

We went to three different local banks to do this. Time after time we were disappointed with the service we got from those banks. None of these banks had the knowledge or will to work with us and a VA loan. I spoke with Joe Waters at Rocket Mortgage and all I really was doing was asking basic questions about the refinance process. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.After speaking with Joe, I thought that instead of putting our house on the market and finding another house we could stay in the house we made into a home.However, I knew that to really get this process going my wife Jody would have to get on board. I arranged a time that Joe, Jody and myself could get on the phone together. Joe went thru the refinance process with us and explained what would be required of us. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided that this was the best choice for our family, and began the process, Joe walked us thru every step of the application and background.The time it took for us to do the paperwork was actually alot easier than I thought it would be. We are closing our loan on August 8th. I am deploying to South East Asia for a year and am currently in training for this mission. We wanted to do some improvement projects on the house prior to my leaving. To know that Jody wont have to worry about fixing the bathroom downstairs or replacing the window upstairs while Im on this deployment will be a heavy load off my mind. Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

I had no ...Lisa was amazing! I'm a first time home owner and have 0 experience in buying property. I have rented a house for 5 years and my landlords decided to sell. Well, i decided to buy it. I had no realtor to guide me in what to do or even where to start. Luckily Lisa was there 100% the whole time. Lisa was extreme friendly and found so many options for me and made it not confusing at all. She found me the best rates and mortgage for me. If i ever had a question, she was there to answer immediately. I even received text messages late at night. I work super long hours so it was difficult for me to actually get in contact with her. Lisa understood that and kept in contact with me via text and email. If i was able to call in the short amount of time i had, i told her what time would work and she was always there to answer the phone and answer questions. She was even there when i got closer to closing and i was having a little freak out about the disclosure. She even added some discounts to get my estimate back down to what it was. Due to my debt to income ratio, my closing was going to be way more than i could afford (almost 2 times the amount my original estimate said) She got it down to the original estimate and apologized for making me freak out. She calmed me down and made me feel like i was heard and made sure that i understood everything. Without her i wouldn't have been able to buy this house. Thank you Lisa for all your knowledge and for being so kind to me during this difficult stressful time of year."
