"Upon receiving a call from Mandy on 2/19, I had already decided to finalize with another lender for a second mortgage. She was extremely persistent and challenged me to give her that day to attempt to...Upon receiving a call from Mandy on 2/19, I had already decided to finalize with another lender for a second mortgage. She was extremely persistent and challenged me to give her that day to attempt to put together an offer for a cash out refinance for my home improvement project. Later that day, she called me with an interest rate, term and program that seemed too good to be true. As my other lender did not require an appraisal, I told Mandy that we were beginning demo work so the timing wouldn't be fast enough. Mandy challenged me again and worked on scheduling an appraiser within 48 hours (2/21) and told me as long as we get the value required, I could do the cash out refinance (without second mortgage) and we could close and fund within 3-4 weeks. Again, her timing was off but she assured me my loan and situation was the highest priority. By 2/25, she had the appraisal with all my documents in hand working on finalizing with the underwriters. We signed closing docs on 3/3, loan funded 3/9 (instead of 3/7 due to weekend) and received my cash by 3/10. I've done several loans before, for clients and personal and I've never experienced a situation like this. A dream come true for my family and I. Mandy's persistence, honesty and ability to follow through is second to none. A true professional."

"We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 ...We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."

David patiently explained the "complicated-by-design" details of the financing and run numbers for me in various scenarios until I felt comfortable moving forward. He listened to my concerns and understood what I was trying to accomplish. When my requests aligned with the available opportunity, David called me immediately and we finalized everything as quickly as possible. I am excited about the refinancing option we have chosen and thankful there was someone like David to help us get there."

This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. We had Chris Zale and a local lender work out rates and mortgage options for us. The local lender couldn't compete with Rocket Mortgage. Chris did an excellent job finding us the best interest rate for our needs and was very knowledgeable in this market. He was thorough, pleasant, and on top of everything. Chris responded to our questions ASAP. The online process was simple and quick. I would strongly refer Chris Zale and Rocket Mortgage! After we went through the closing process, our realtor said, "I have to admit, Rocket Mortgage came through with no problems and they were easy to work with." Thank you Chris and Rocket Mortgage! He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, eliminated my frustration, and convinced me to refinance when I had previously had no intention of doing so. I'm so glad Tyler changed my mind about refinancing. We're in a better place now financially, and it wouldn't have happened if Tyler hadn't been so professional, knowledgeable, and patiently persistent to help us out when we didn't even realize ourselves just how much Rocket could actually help us. Lightning speed too, and easy. I've refinanced before, and it was always a convoluted and time consuming process before. Absolutely not the case this time with Rocket, and with Tyler's guidance every step of the way!"
