I met Jacob 2 years ago he worked so hard to get me a refinance loan for my home. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . He makes me feel like he has the utmost respect for me and he truly cares about my needs. Thank you so much Jacob . 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼"

He always got back with me quickly. But the most important fact about James is, he stands behind what he says!! When I first started looking for a mortgage lender I contacted Rocket Mortgages and spoke to James. I was quickly pre-approved. I looked for months to find a home and finally decided to build. The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again. I just can say enough about the service he provided!!"

We went to three different local banks to do this. Time after time we were disappointed with the service we got from those banks. None of these banks had the knowledge or will to work with us and a VA loan. I spoke with Joe Waters at Rocket Mortgage and all I really was doing was asking basic questions about the refinance process. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.After speaking with Joe, I thought that instead of putting our house on the market and finding another house we could stay in the house we made into a home.However, I knew that to really get this process going my wife Jody would have to get on board. I arranged a time that Joe, Jody and myself could get on the phone together. Joe went thru the refinance process with us and explained what would be required of us. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided that this was the best choice for our family, and began the process, Joe walked us thru every step of the application and background.The time it took for us to do the paperwork was actually alot easier than I thought it would be. We are closing our loan on August 8th. I am deploying to South East Asia for a year and am currently in training for this mission. We wanted to do some improvement projects on the house prior to my leaving. To know that Jody wont have to worry about fixing the bathroom downstairs or replacing the window upstairs while Im on this deployment will be a heavy load off my mind. Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

Looking back I think I could have figured it out on my own, but because of his help it was painless. We had fun together while doing it, yet he was totally professional. We are now closed on that mortgage and having done several thru the years this was far and away the easiest. Rocket Mortgage, with Zia as my initial contact, is superb."

He made it so easy, hence...Scott was my first contact with Rocket Mortgage, as I needed a pre-approval one rainy and cold Sunday morning for a house I just toured, and he nailed it down from the start! He made it so easy, hence the name "Rocket" Mortgage. Scott was very effective at getting me initially started with a lighting-fast pre-approval so I could "play ball" and make a quick offer to be taken seriously. Well, that ended-up winning the deal: the speed of the pre-approval and the subsequent offer. The interesting thing is that it was, initially, entirely via chat! (I've never "chatted" with anyone over such an important matter before, but he made it so easy!) I'm familiar with the Rocket Mortgage line of products, so I didn't have a reluctance to who I was talking to, but boy, he was gravitational with his helpfulness and communication. It started there, and Rocket Mortgage didn't disappoint all the way through to the closing after that. Very happy, ESPECIALLY with Scott! Thank you Scott C! I'm actually Typing this from my NEW HOME, that YOU, SCOTT C., got me pre-approved for!!!! I WON by starting with you, Scott! Me and my family say, "thank you!""

From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. I'm so glad Tyler changed my mind about refinancing. We're in a better place now financially, and it wouldn't have happened if Tyler hadn't been so professional, knowledgeable, and patiently persistent to help us out when we didn't even realize ourselves just how much Rocket could actually help us. Lightning speed too, and easy. I've refinanced before, and it was always a convoluted and time consuming process before.
