I went 1st with my old finance co. but they kept running into problems.I then tried Rocket Mortgage and came up with similar problems. I told both companies I was withdrawning my loan application. About a week later Nick McKAy called and said he was only inquiring why it went wrong to better your process. Nick immediately saw the problem in my application and we completed the refi very soon afterwards. Nick completely turned it around. Thanks Nick. Charles Chernault."

He will shoot straight with you from the start, and really inform you throughout the whole process. Whenever I had any questions, he never hesitated to answer and he always did it RIGHT AWAY. That may seem like an exaggeration, but it is the absolute truth. I could contact him day or night- text, email, or phone- and he would be there. He is so professional in the way he takes care of your financial future, and regularly gave me advice based on his own experiences. I knew what he was doing was always in my best interest because he made the same decisions for his own home! He was also friendly and extremely personable. My relationship with C. Schwab included a recommendation to utilize Rocket Mortgage to obtain a mortgage loan for a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found the application process and subsequent loan approval to be timely and transparent with Rocket Mortgage thanks to the communication with Mitesh and his team over a period of weeks. Mitesh was a pleasure to work with during what proved to be not one, but two mortgage applications. Mitesh was very knowledgeable with all the procedures to prepare our applications for underwriting including the online Rocket mortgage software. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

He always got back with me quickly. But the most important fact about James is, he stands behind what he says!! When I first started looking for a mortgage lender I contacted Rocket Mortgages and spoke to James. I was quickly pre-approved. I looked for months to find a home and finally decided to build. The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again. I just can say enough about the service he provided!!"

David patiently explained the "complicated-by-design" details of the financing and run numbers for me in various scenarios until I felt comfortable moving forward. He listened to my concerns and understood what I was trying to accomplish. When my requests aligned with the available opportunity, David called me immediately and we finalized everything as quickly as possible. I am excited about the refinancing option we have chosen and thankful there was someone like David to help us get there."

He made it so easy, hence the name "Rocket" Mortgage. Scott was very effective at getting me initially started with a lighting-fast pre-approval so I could "play ball" and make a quick offer to be taken seriously. Well, that ended-up winning the deal: the speed of the pre-approval and the subsequent offer. The interesting thing is that it was, initially, entirely via chat! (I've never "chatted" with anyone over such an important matter before, but he made it so easy!) I'm familiar with the Rocket Mortgage line of products, so I didn't have a reluctance to who I was talking to, but boy, he was gravitational with his helpfulness and communication. It started there, and Rocket Mortgage didn't disappoint all the way through to the closing after that. Very happy, ESPECIALLY with Scott! Thank you Scott C!
