I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

Needless to say, after getting nowhere with the banker assigned to me, I tore my filing system apart and literally yelled "YES" when I found his email. Within 20 minutes, of phone time, the deal was done. When you interact with Bob, it's like talking with a friend you've known all your life who just happens to be a "PRESIDENTS CLUB" banker at Rocket Mortgage. You'll feel like you have a guy on the inside. I won't misplace Bob's number again. Rocket Mortgage, along with Bob, make for a great team and a walk in the park with what normally would be a huge, stressful process. THANKS BOB!!!"

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done. I went 1st with my old finance co. but they kept running into problems.I then tried Rocket Mortgage and came up with similar problems. I told both companies I was withdrawning my loan application. About a week later Nick McKAy called and said he was only inquiring why it went wrong to better your process. Nick immediately saw the problem in my application and we completed the refi very soon afterwards. Nick completely turned it around. Thanks Nick. Charles Chernault."

That may seem like an exaggeration, but it is the absolute truth. I could contact him day or night- text, email, or phone- and he would be there. He always got back with me quickly. But the most important fact about James is, he stands behind what he says!! When I first started looking for a mortgage lender I contacted Rocket Mortgages and spoke to James. I was quickly pre-approved. I looked for months to find a home and finally decided to build. The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again. I just can say enough about the service he provided!!"
