When he notified me that he would work my loan application, I was already stressed out because my home mortgage had just been sold again, for the third time in 1 year and one month, and once again I was told by the new mortgage company that the original loan did not escrow enough property taxes (not even half of enough) and that I would need to send a large sum of money to cover the shortages (that both of the first two loan Escrows didn't cover. They gave me one month to send them $1,900 and the loan payment was still going to go up quite a bit. I paid the $1900, but I was devastated. Jacob assured me that he could find a loan package for me because I had excellent credit and had had a loan with Rocket Mortgage when I live in my previous home. Jacob was kind, thorough and professional in dealing with me. He communicated often until he went on Maternity Leave, I was very appreciative of that. I began to feel that Jacob would do everything that he said he would to assist me and I feel he went above and beyond. This is the kind of professional that we need in the business world to make our lives run a little smoother. I will always be grateful for the kind of service Jacob provided me."

After having a bad experience and nearly leaving quickin loans for a different mortgage broker Brian put together a team that was able to save my mortgage and keep my same closing date. Though I have a unique situation which didn't allow me to communicate often, Brian and his team were clear with what they needed and helped me take care of the task. I have since reached out to Brian for a few follow-up questions and he has been very helpful and responded quickly. I used the money to get most of the renovations done and then wanted to refinance that would take into account the renovations, so that I could finish the job. Andrew again was unbelievable in helping through the process and making sure I was getting the best situation/deal that I could. I did shop other mortgage companies. all were about the same. a reason I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage was Andrew. he seemed the most upfront and helpful of all the folks I talked to . he would be someone I would definitely continue to work with in the future."

Using the information available at Rocket Mortgage he recognized exactly why I was looking to refinance and made suggestions that would benefit me in the long term and allow me to use my VA benefit in the process. He followed through on the loan application with me and provided me with extremely accurate estimates of the costs and benefits that were available to me. I am completely satisfied with the loan, the professional services Philip provided, and the timeliness of the process. If you are looking into a Refinance, and have equity in your current home, I highly recommend giving Rocket Mortgage and Philip Ducher a call."

At closing both agents and the title company confirmed it was, by far, the best experience with Rocket Mortgage they had ever had...and one of the easiest experiences they had ever had with any lending agency. There was high praise all around even though we had to move our closing date up a week due to scheduling conflicts. In addition, Alex helped us secure a better rate than both local lenders and national chains and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way. He is a true professional. Thanks Alex!
