Easy to talk to, had answers to all of our questions and even went the extra mile to make sure that my wife and I got the best possible terms we could get. He went out of his way to help us and ensure he was providing the best possible service to us. We were nervous as to how the entire home buying process would unfold, and we could not have been luckier to be working with Jon. This was our first home buying experience and it makes us feel as though we will never want to use anyone but Jon for anything like this in the future. Was apprehensive as to how much personal interaction we would have when using a program like Rocket Mortgage- but we have been in constant contact with Jon since our initial application- and he has been invaluable to helping us feel comfortable, and helping us find and secure our first home!!!! Will recommend to all my friends and family. Jon is the type of person who gives Rocket Mortgage the excellent reputation it has. At closing both agents and the title company confirmed it was, by far, the best experience with Rocket Mortgage they had ever had...and one of the easiest experiences they had ever had with any lending agency. There was high praise all around even though we had to move our closing date up a week due to scheduling conflicts. In addition, Alex helped us secure a better rate than both local lenders and national chains and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way. He is a true professional. Thanks Alex! If we purchase another house, Alex will be the first and only phone call my wife and I make."

She walked two ...Being in our home for 42 years and deciding to refinance was a scary decision for us to make. From our first conversation, until the last one, Diana helped us through the process. She walked two very nervous seniors through the whole process with such knowledge of the system. She stayed calm every time I made a panic call about paperwork. She called me every day to see if I needed help with anything, or to just reassure me that things were going smoothly. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone, but when you call, ask for Diana Hamdan. You will get someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also wonderful to work with!"

Vlora was with us every step of the way, even as we progressed thru different departments. She was always available to answer my questions and any issues I was having getting documents in order. She was pretty much like a best friend and we even made a connection thru our dogs. We each had a Miniature Pomeranian. Hers was 6 months old and mine was going on 3 years. We shared photos of them with one another and enjoyed lots of laughter on the phone as our little fury side of the family is a laugh a minute. Our spouses shared with us as they saw all of the photos. Even though we far apart, Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and myself in Birmingham it felt as though I was sitting at her desk. Her great personality and to go along with her professionalism was a true Blessing. She made me feel so comfortable and a part of the process. One day we will go back to Michigan and make it to Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and I will introduce my Pom, Miss Allie to her Pom, Miss Foxy. Vlora is truly a Delight to work with and Rocket Mortgage is the place you need call when you need customer care with a smile and beyond. He was blunt with me from day 1 about my situation and how my financial picture fit into the mold, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to improve that for me and set me on the path to financial success. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions, and even took the time to call the listing agent of the home we were purchasing to assure her that there would be no issues in closing the loan. We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. He made a very intimidating process seem so much easier! We are so thankful for his expertise and care for us during this exciting time."

My relationship with C. Schwab included a recommendation to utilize Rocket Mortgage to obtain a mortgage loan for a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found the application process and subsequent loan approval to be timely and transparent with Rocket Mortgage thanks to the communication with Mitesh and his team over a period of weeks. Mitesh was a pleasure to work with during what proved to be not one, but two mortgage applications. Mitesh was very knowledgeable with all the procedures to prepare our applications for underwriting including the online Rocket mortgage software. From start to finish, Greg made the entire loan application process seamless and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions, whether it was during the workweek, late afternoons, weekends, or even holidays. No matter the time, Greg always returned my text messages and voicemails promptly, which made the whole process so much easier. What really set Greg apart was how proactive and dedicated he was. "We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 ...We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."

This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. We had Chris Zale and a local lender work out rates and mortgage options for us. The local lender couldn't compete with Rocket Mortgage. Chris did an excellent job finding us the best interest rate for our needs and was very knowledgeable in this market. He was thorough, pleasant, and on top of everything. Chris responded to our questions ASAP. The online process was simple and quick. I would strongly refer Chris Zale and Rocket Mortgage! After we went through the closing process, our realtor said, "I have to admit, Rocket Mortgage came through with no problems and they were easy to work with." Thank you Chris and Rocket Mortgage! We love our new home!"
