I really appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions, and even took the time to call the listing agent of the home we were purchasing to assure her that there would be no issues in closing the loan. We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. He made a very intimidating process seem so much easier! We are so thankful for his expertise and care for us during this exciting time."

My relationship with C. Schwab included a recommendation to utilize Rocket Mortgage to obtain a mortgage loan for a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found the application process and subsequent loan approval to be timely and transparent with Rocket Mortgage thanks to the communication with Mitesh and his team over a period of weeks. Mitesh was a pleasure to work with during what proved to be not one, but two mortgage applications. Mitesh was very knowledgeable with all the procedures to prepare our applications for underwriting including the online Rocket mortgage software. "When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later...When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later Joe called. Everything changed. He was very professional, but at the same time, he made me feel that he was looking out for my benefits. I was so relieved. Everything that happened after that was like smooth sailing. He tried all kinds of ways to get what was best for me before he found the right solution. One, I will say, I would not have chosen, without his guidance. After he explained a few things I realized he was right and went forward with the refinance. I have never had anything go so smoothly. He has contacted me since, just to let me know he is still there for me if I need him. Personally, I do not feel 5 is a good enough rating! Thanks Joe!!!!"

Myles is an excellent communicator, very professional and patient. He really advocated for me and I was always able to reach him when I needed him. He is very personable and was able to give me some helpful tips and suggestions throughout the process. He was very clear in explaining the process of home ownership and I really felt taken care of by him and the Rocket Mortgage team as a whole. This process could have been overwhelming, but they streamlined this to make it manageable, even on my tight deadline. "We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 ...We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."

I appreciated his openness and honesty and felt like he had my best interests in mind. Of all the lenders I reached out to, Bill was the only one who didn't make me feel like he was trying to get one over on me, so to speak. I knew exactly what I was looking for and said as much to each lender I contacted. I told them all up front that if it wasn't possible then that's ok, I would just wait a while longer and try again. Bill is the only one who didn't disrepect my wishes by coming in with a ridiculous quote like the other lenders did. Once the other lenders knew what my quote was from Bill, THEN they were willing to give me a quote that resembled what I was looking for. But. too little too late for them. Bill gave me a wonderful deal that met everything I was looking for, and he did it the first time around, not the 3rd or 4th like the others. I respect and appreciate Bill for that. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone due to my positive interactions with Bill."

She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done. The first time I talked to him was to refinance my home for a 15 yrs loan everything went smooth. He always returned my calls right away, no matter what it was about. He would explain things clearly to me so I could understand how everything was supposed to go. Then about a year later I decided to refinance my home for a lower rate. So I thought about calling him again and like the first time he locked me in a very low rate and was very satisfied with hin. Right now the rates have gone up and everything went well. I would recommend Jeff to everyone specially Veterans because he cares. I could go on but you get the idea. Jeff Kasten can be trusted. "

I'm incredibly lucky to have been linked up with Mark. Not once did Mark attempt to upsell me or push me in a direction that I wasn't comfortable with. Mark was incredibly patient and ran my number for a variety of scenarios and did so happily. I found Mark to knowledgable and friendly; I often spent a good 30 minutes after our 'official business' was over with to chat more on a variety of topics. I would not hesitate to send Mark's contact information along to anyone looking to refinance or start a mortgage."
