"I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets even better! The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. How often do you deal with the same person throughout the process that you originally talked to on the phone? Thank you again Joe, to you and your team!!"

We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

"Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

From the very beginning of my mortgage process, Eric was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. My situation involved several unique circumstances and moving parts, but Eric took the time to listen carefully, understand the complexities of my loan, and walk me through at least three different financing scenarios so I could make the best decision for my family and my future. What impressed me most was his commitment to communication. Throughout the entire process, Eric never left me wondering what was happening or where things stood. Even after my file moved on to the senior loan processor and closing specialist, he remained actively involved and continued checking in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. When an unexpected issue arose on my original closing date, Eric went above and beyond, working overtime behind the scenes to help resolve the problem and make sure I was able to close the very next day. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about both his professionalism and his commitment to his clients. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone like Eric in your corner makes all the difference. All my dreads were answered up front, ( I am a doubting Thomas, so checked him out ,too!) Rocket Mortgage has always been a really good mortgage company for my husband and myself, with reasonable payments, good interest rates, and easy to work with, always there to answer any questions. Encouraging words and gentle inquiries as to whether or not, I had any questions along the way. More like talking to a friend , as opposed to a business person. I truly appreciated that aspect. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends , to check them out first, if looking for a home loan, renovation loan, or whatever. They will help if they can. Any of the crew that I spoke with, was warm and friendly, became personal , never intimidating in any way. They must really like their jobs ! I will continue to call Bill, or Carolyn, I truly know they have time for me. I am not just a " closed Loan" ,to them. I think that is why Rocket Mortgage are ranked the best in their field. I told him what I was looking for, gave him some specifics and told me that he would get back to me within 24-48 hours. When he called me back he told me that my needs were do able. From that time on everything that Ron told and explained to me was exactly as he said. My loan closed in less than thirty days and Ron and his team held my hand all the way!
