Looking back I think I could have figured it out on my own, but because of his help it was painless. We had fun together while doing it, yet he was totally professional. We are now closed on that mortgage and having done several thru the years this was far and away the easiest. Rocket Mortgage, with Zia as my initial contact, is superb."

Over the course of six months, while my new construction home was being built, Josh was by my side every step of the way. He went above and beyond in every way—working nights and weekends to accommodate my schedule and always making himself available for my questions, no matter how small. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on every part of the process. He was incredibly patient, explaining things multiple times until I felt confident and informed. He even kept an eye out for new programs through Rocket Mortgage that could save me money, which was a huge help. Josh’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients are unmatched. Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. Josh, we would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage and especially you, to friends and others who inquired who we got our loan through. Again, we cannot thank you enough! Mary Shaffer "

She called me on weekends and after hours, she reached out to keep me updated on changes to our rate, she quickly responded with answers to my questions, she was amazing to work with. Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. Allen provided constant communication and quickly responded to every request and email I sent, and there were a few. With Allen's assistance, we were able to apply for a refinance and receive a closing date in less than two weeks! That is almost unheard of in this current real estate climate. Not only was he a joy to work with, but he also showed incredible patients. He remained on our initial call with us for well over an hour, while he walked us through uploading all the required document to expedite our refinancing process. Not only did he treat us with professionalism, but also infused a level of friendliness that put us at ease and made us realize we were in good hands! I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets even better! The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. How often do you deal with the same person throughout the process that you originally talked to on the phone? Thank you again Joe, to you and your team!!"
