After a hard search, we finally found the right house we really wanted. I knew the process of getting a mortgage and getting it closed was going to be lengthy and challenging. Time was not on my side, as I needed to get this loan closed in 30 days or less. I was lucky to find Len Schneider to start my mortgage process. From the 1st conversation we had, he was extremely professional and always there to help. We had gone through the entire process and ran into a problem some challenging issues that almost made the deal fall through. Len was going to find a solution for us no matter what. In the world today, where it is so hard to get customer service and people are always looking to say “no,” Len was the total opposite. The entire process he looked for ways to close the deal and make the loan happen. I closed last week on the loan and am proud to say, that with his help, 30 day escrows are still possible! We could not have done it without the help of Len and his entire team. He is someone I will recommend to anyone I know looking for a mortgage. If any refinancing will be done in the future, you better believe I will be calling my buddy Len, he is like one of the family now. Thank you!"

I couldn't believe how simple Ali made this process for me after dealing with numerous Lenders that couldn't satisfy my needs. Ali had full control of the situation the entire time and if anything changed she was quick to let me know. Definitely going to recommend Ali to a few of my buddies over here at Ford, I'm sure they will be very satisfied with her professionalism and expertise. The thought of taking out a mortgage again scared me to deaf! I'm so thankful you called me. I was just inquiring on Facebook and you was the first person to call me. From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. She stayed in touch & was there for me to answer any questions. She walked me through the whole process right to closing. Thank you so much I would recommend you highly to any friends r family ."

We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with ...Well Mary is just the best! We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

Jeff was probably the best person I could’ve gotten for the mortgage process. He was there every step of the way, even about half a year after I had first contacted him about a mortgage. He made the entire process easy to understand and easy to do, from the first application to closing. He was extremely patient and answered any and every question I may have had, and I felt like I could always reach out to him with any questions I had or anything I may have been stumped with."

Sean has kept us coming ...I've been meaning to write this for a while. My husband and I have been working with Rocket Mortgage for years. We "met" Sean when we refinanced our former house years ago. Sean has kept us coming back. We have sold, bought, sold and bought and refinanced with Sean! His customer service is second to none. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type person can understand. There have been some "bumps" in other areas of Rocket Mortgage and Sean, even though it was NOT his error or area, went above and beyond to help us find who to reach out to. He truly cares. As long as Sean is there we will continue to work with Rocket Mortgage. I only wish Sean could be in every step with us as he is truly the best!"
