After a hard search, we finally found the right house we really wanted. I knew the process of getting a mortgage and getting it closed was going to be lengthy and challenging. Time was not on my side, as I needed to get this loan closed in 30 days or less. I was lucky to find Len Schneider to start my mortgage process. From the 1st conversation we had, he was extremely professional and always there to help. We had gone through the entire process and ran into a problem some challenging issues that almost made the deal fall through. Len was going to find a solution for us no matter what. In the world today, where it is so hard to get customer service and people are always looking to say “no,” Len was the total opposite. The entire process he looked for ways to close the deal and make the loan happen. I closed last week on the loan and am proud to say, that with his help, 30 day escrows are still possible! We could not have done it without the help of Len and his entire team. He is someone I will recommend to anyone I know looking for a mortgage. If any refinancing will be done in the future, you better believe I will be calling my buddy Len, he is like one of the family now. Thank you!"

He was on top of everything from day 1. His mortgage knowledge is immense given that he was able to answer any question i threw his way. There are not enough stars on the scale to match my experience working with David. He would easily get 10 stars from me. I would recommend David to anyone thinking for purchasing or refinancing a home. That's without a doubt."

In my ...It was just a typical Sunday morning drinking my coffee when I decided to try again to refi our home. I had been turned down a few years before. I said to myself, all they can say is no. In my pajamas I went to Rocket Mortgage and filled out all the info. Much to my surprise the response was very quick, that week I began gathering the info and scanning it to them. All online. About two weeks into it, we hit a snag. My husband was on medical leave. Losing two family members suddenly and tragically had taken it's toll and he was off for a bit. Someone requested a personal letter explaining all this, I was ready to leave the whole deal. Phil reached out right away, and said no letter was needed. He adjusted the terms, made them even better and saved not only the deal...but our dignity and privacy. Our family owes Phil a huge amount of gratitude. Not only did he say the right things, he did the right things too. I would not hesitate to go to Phil with our needs in the future. Love from Austin Texas"

Our situation is a bit unique as we were purchasing a home we had already lived in for three years as renters. Jeannie helped us navigate our unique purchase experience with aplomb. She was welcoming, friendly, detail-oriented, thoroughly responsive, and just a huge help all around! We are thrilled with our mortgage package and I'm very much looking forward to reconnecting with Jeannie as rates drop even more and we look to refinance. Like some of the other reviewers here, I'm a longtime Charles Schwab customer and echo the positive sentiments expressed by fellow Rocket customers about the ease of coordination between banking and mortgage. Jeannie made sure as many elements of the process could be done automatically with data pulls from Schwab as possible, saving us a lot of time and effort. The Rocket portal is also extremely user-friendly with very clear guidance provided about what to expect and when; Jeannie always made sure needed documents got populated in a timely manner and that we had everything we needed to prepare for each new step in the process. Finally, Jeannie kept our home loan on track so we could close on our purchase without the signing getting derailed by either Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton. We're very grateful for that and to own the wonderful home that protected us from harm. Jeannie and her colleagues made that possible and we're already saving a bunch of money on things like PMI and compound interest because of how clearly she outlined the benefits of different loan terms, down payments, etc. 10/10 service, highly recommend!"

Kary was very personable and professional, and easy to work with! Our loan closed super quick (in less than 3 weeks) with no issues. Highly recommend Kary and Rocket Mortgage if you are looking to purchase a new home or refinance your existing mortgage!"

Sean has kept us coming back. We have sold, bought, sold and bought and refinanced with Sean! His customer service is second to none. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type person can understand. There have been some "bumps" in other areas of Rocket Mortgage and Sean, even though it was NOT his error or area, went above and beyond to help us find who to reach out to. He truly cares. As long as Sean is there we will continue to work with Rocket Mortgage. I only wish Sean could be in every step with us as he is truly the best!"

However, Once I realized that I was against time due to the fact that my company asked me to move to a different state. I gave them a call and I am extremely thankful that the person that picked up the phone was Troy Londo. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his treatment and great work and for going the extra mile for us. Even by setting up follow up calls on Saturday to make sure that everything was good to go. My wife, myself and even my realtor were static to see how Rocket Mortgage was able to close the loan within a record time of 15 days. There is no doubt in mind that in the future when there is a need for a lender again in our lives I will think about contacting Troy Londo right away before contacting anybody else. I will recommend him over anybody else I know and have worked with before. From the Agualimpia's Family we want to thank Troy Londo for the strong and outstanding dedication to help us close in our brand new home in Texas. We will forever be grateful"

"Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market ...Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market where we live. Our realtor came highly recommended and has worked in real estate for over 30 years. At first, she did not recommend Rocket Mortgage due to issues her clients experienced in the past. However, my parents had used Rocket Mortgage to refinance their home twice and both raved about how easy they made the process. After our bank insisted my husband and I needed a FHA loan (read: 7.5% interest rate) despite our savings and ability to qualify for standard fixed loans with much lower interest rates, I called Rocket Mortgage to see what they could provide. I would much prefer a completely online interface, but trust me when I say in the process of buying a home you NEED someone’s cell number. Lucky for me, Dane picked up and made the process incredibly painless. He explained exactly what I needed to understand, helped me correct certain aspects of my application I had incorrectly filled out, and never kept me on the phone longer than he needed to. Every time I called him or texted I had a response within 10 minutes - including weekends. When he was out of town for several days, other members of Rocket Mortgage would reach out instead within the same time frame to ensure i had the answers I needed. Dane had us preapproved within two days of my initial call and adjusted our preapproval depending on the offer we wanted to make within minutes every time. Not once were we waiting on our lender!! To have our offer accepted for our current home, we had to have an expedited closing ... Dane had us approved 10 days before closing for a 30 day closing. I would give him 6 stars if I could!! If you have any reservations about using Rocket Mortgage - stop and call them now!!"

Having been a loan office and a personal banker to my clients for a large commercial bank for many years, I worked with other departments of the bank including mortgage lenders and they were very good, but Joe is by far the best mortgage lender that I have ever experience. Joe has an extremely high level of knowledge about Rocket Mortgage, their products and works with his clients through the entire Mortgage Loan Process, with a high level of professionalism, and does it all in a timely manner, as well as make the clients feel cared about, whereas most loan officers do not live up to his standards. I would recommend Joe and Rocket Mortgage to all of-of friends and family, he by far is the very best Mortgage Loan Officer to deal with. The entire team that Joe works with an excellent, and helps to make the mortgage process stressless. Rocket Mortgage is very fortunate to have Joe as a member of their team.
