I have spoken with many advisors and he is definitely the best ! I did decide to put my issue on hold to watch the rates. When I shared my direction with Tony, he was very gracious and understood. So many people in his profession are pushy and continue to hound you for your business. Tony didn’t so I am going to change my mortgage in the near future and I will contact Tony ! I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge! I highly recommend Tony for your financial needs !"

The entire process was very straightforward from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous, and super competent - especially Alex. He was the first Rocket Mortgage representative that I spoke to about refinancing my home. After we spoke about my different options, we decided that a 20 year fixed rate mortgage was the best choice for me. About 45 minutes later I had already completed and electronically signed 75 % of the required documents. Alex guided me through the process step by step, and answered any questions I had about the documents I was about to sign. He couldn't have been any nicer and called me immediately when any further action was required on my part. Alex was truly a wonderful person to deal with in every regard. I strongly recommend the people at Rocket Mortgage if you're looking for a new mortgage or just looking to refinance. Their people are the simply best in the business !"

He was patient and informative when we first started looking, very responsive to many PAL requests that we generated in a highly active Miami market. He was a great cheerleader when the first few offers didn't quite work out, and even when a house under contract proved to be more than we bargained for after we got the inspection report. He helped me stay motivated and on track, with great positive feedback on preparing for the underwriting process - so that when we did find our house -- it was REALLY easy to work with Rocket Mortgage. I have to say, I am a finance professional that works with banks on their processes and customer service - and working with Rocket Mortgage has been a fountain of inspiration and knowledge on how I talk to my clients about excellence in customer service and underwriting. The customer service Creighton provided was on point and reflected our search and priorities -- it was also amazingly flexible as I travel internationally. When it came time to decide on a lender, the Rocket Mortgage platform and service model definitely played a huge role in the decision. The product, rate, and structure of the loan was perfect for us. When it came time to close - Creighton really helped to problem solve with a challenging seller situation. Going through a mortgage application can ...Right from the very start, Jim made us feel confident about our decision to apply for a Reverse Mortgage. His knowledge of the process helped us tremendously. Going through a mortgage application can feel overwhelming, but with Jim's patient help and encouragement, we were able to complete the process way ahead of the proposed schedule. This was really amazing, since we were using the Reverse Mortgage for a home purchase not for a current residence. Our realtor and the seller's realtor initially felt apprehensive about an "on line" mortgage company. However, they were soon very impressed with the high quality of professionalism. Jim has a special mix of staying on task and getting the business done, but with a friendly and especially polite manner. We highly recommend Jim and the rest of the team at One Reverse Mortgage."

He was very patient and listened to my circumstances, he ...After calling other financial institutions and getting the run around I gave Rocket Mortgage a call and was greeted over the phone by Bill. He was very patient and listened to my circumstances, he then made sure he could get me to some one who could help me due to my circumstances. I was not on hold for a long period of time waiting for the transfer, Bill stayed on the line with me until I was connected with scott, who also was very patient and listened. Although Rocket Mortgage was not the right fit for what I needed both Bill and Scott not only educated me but guided in the right direction. If it had not been for them I would have spent hours of frustration trying to get things figured out. Both Bill and Scott were very knowledgable and as said above helped me out greatly. I will definitely contact them again on my next home loan."

There were times when we had doubts about refinancing. Hass held our hands (so to speak) and explained in detail and helped us through our doubts up to CLOSING. Even during our CLOSING, we had questions about certain things that the Closer couldn't help us with. We called Hass and left a message to please call us back. Within 3 minutes or so, he called us back and again held our hands and ease our minds of doubts we had before signing the last CLOSING document. He was super! Thank you Hass. AV and Arlene!"

I am delighted that phone call was answered by Phillip Hansen of Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, Michigan. Phillip was Friendly, Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. Ever since While we looked @ more than a dozen properties in Greater Sacramento area, Phillip was guiding and updating me so that My monthly mortgage payment remains healthy and financially viable. After consulting with his underwriter, He also suggested that I payoff some of my outstanding loans which I did and I am glad that I did and it feels like less of a financial burden now. Phillip is extremely diligent, meticulous and hard worker. There are three hour time difference between me and Phillip. His response to any question via text or email was always instantaneous. He was even answering his emails while honeymooning in Mexico. In Northern California, during this whole process was an intense sellers’ market. After getting outbid by so many offers sometimes $40/$50K over the asking price, I almost gave up. Phillip was calm, positive and tenacious and made certain I get my home that I am happy with. The loan was expedited and closed in 25 days. We got the keys on June,13 of 2022. We are very happy with our purchase and living the American dream. Thank-you Phillip. You are an asset to the Rocket Mortgage company."
