The best thing about her was how incredibly prompt she was in responding to any questions, document needs, etc. Her responses were both very fast and very detailed and she made the entire process a real pleasure. I had had concerns on how the entirely online procedure might work and was very pleased with how Meri did everything to make it wonderful. Her upbeat and happy personality really helped as did the obvious professionalism with which she handled every step of the process. She really put the personal into the process! I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting a great loan experience."

"Well Mary is just the best! We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with ...Well Mary is just the best! We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

Jeff was probably the best person I could’ve gotten for the mortgage process. He was there every step of the way, even about half a year after I had first contacted him about a mortgage. He made the entire process easy to understand and easy to do, from the first application to closing. He was extremely patient and answered any and every question I may have had, and I felt like I could always reach out to him with any questions I had or anything I may have been stumped with."

I would also like to recognize Maddie Stevenson who also did an awesome job of getting the deal done after we had some issues with the seller and had to move closing several times. Having been a loan office and a personal banker to my clients for a large commercial bank for many years, I worked with other departments of the bank including mortgage lenders and they were very good, but Joe is by far the best mortgage lender that I have ever experience. Joe has an extremely high level of knowledge about Rocket Mortgage, their products and works with his clients through the entire Mortgage Loan Process, with a high level of professionalism, and does it all in a timely manner, as well as make the clients feel cared about, whereas most loan officers do not live up to his standards. I would recommend Joe and Rocket Mortgage to all of-of friends and family, he by far is the very best Mortgage Loan Officer to deal with. The entire team that Joe works with an excellent, and helps to make the mortgage process stressless. Rocket Mortgage is very fortunate to have Joe as a member of their team. He is always accessible when needed. If he is tied up, he definitely makes sure to return your call the same day. Working with David made my refinance such a quick and smooth process. He was on top of everything from day 1. His mortgage knowledge is immense given that he was able to answer any question i threw his way. There are not enough stars on the scale to match my experience working with David. He would easily get 10 stars from me. I would recommend David to anyone thinking for purchasing or refinancing a home. That's without a doubt."
