He always responded quickly, was very clear, always had patience and went above and beyond to help me. I never felt rushed and he always sounded happy to answer all my 300 questions. Never did I hear him get annoyed or frustrated with me nor felt being brushed off by him. To be honest, those qualities ment so much to me as a first time home buyer because I was learning as we went along the process and I needed things repeated a few times. Ayham always was the one person I could rely on to help me and I'm feel very lucky to be able to work with him. I am recommending Rocket Mortgage to all my friends and family because of the experience I had with Ayham."

He always went out of his way to get information for me and always got back to me in a timely manner during the process when I had questions--he even got back to me one time when he was at home sick--now that's dedication! My friend recommended Rocket Mortgage and Alex to me and now I am believer! I will be a customer for life and will highly recommend Alex and Rocket Mortgage to family and friends. The best thing about her was how incredibly prompt she was in responding to any questions, document needs, etc. Her responses were both very fast and very detailed and she made the entire process a real pleasure. I had had concerns on how the entirely online procedure might work and was very pleased with how Meri did everything to make it wonderful. Her upbeat and happy personality really helped as did the obvious professionalism with which she handled every step of the process. She really put the personal into the process! I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting a great loan experience."

We worked with Chad to choose which loan would work the best for us this time around. From start to finish our loan process was around 3-4 weeks. It was all by phone conversations and online. We've used many different companies before, and Rocket Mortgage has come out on top yet again for us. Please give Chad a call if you're thinking of using them. He made it very convenient for us by calling or texting at the best times for us. We would definitely use Chad and Rocket Mortgage again!"

Dave was wonderful throughout the entire process. He always communicated me and help keep me updated On the progress of the loan. He even called to congratulate me on closing! Dave is the perfect example of how customer service should be. I know I would not have gotten my house refinance if it hadn’t been for Dave and Rocket Mortgage. Brittany definitely works harder than the next person and definitely has passion for her job, ensuring I have everything I need to make this buying process as smooth as possible. Buying a home I thought was gonna be hard, tough , and stressful but having someone like Brittany in my corner definitely lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. Always making sure we were on top of thing. Working as a team and making sure we got everything done that needed to be done. I have spoken with many advisors and he is definitely the best ! I did decide to put my issue on hold to watch the rates. When I shared my direction with Tony, he was very gracious and understood. So many people in his profession are pushy and continue to hound you for your business. Tony didn’t so I am going to change my mortgage in the near future and I will contact Tony ! I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge! I highly recommend Tony for your financial needs !"
