First of all he is very professional but with a kindness and warmth in his voice , you feel at ease immediately. I was told previously there really wasn't much that could be done to benefit my needs. So that is how our conversation started. However after he asked a few questions and gave me some different scenarios I realized I was dealing with someone who understood and wanted to help. The biggest surprise came when only after a week he called with an amazing solution and I think I made him a little nervous when I couldn't talk. I was so overwhelmed and unsure that what he said could really be done for me. Yet he made it sound so simple and that this is what he does to help people. I have told many others about him and my refi experience. And will definitely be in touch with him should the need arise again in the future. I truly cannot thank him enough!"

I would get discouraged with some of the technical stuff, but he was patient and walked me through much of the computer stuff I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Michael as a great person to work with if you are looking to refinance; he takes the frustration away. Example: My daughter started a refi before me and had yet to hear anything. Cudos to Michael Epps. It was a pleasure working with him."
