Since i had all the info. memorised i laid it to him and he was taking notes i guess. Within a day or two we are on and my loan was under progress and we got it done. We could have done it little earlier, a few weeks earlier , but i was away since i work on a US Navy ship and be gone to sea for a few days and was having trouble with emails, sending scanned copies and or going on line or calling banks etc for statements. Otherwise i was getting instant email replies and phone msgs. back from Tom and it was a pleasure working with him. And my case, was not an easy , probably most difficult considering my various activities and spread out over across the country too. Anyway finally when i thanked him for getting this done considering many things on my side, i told Tom i would like to be in touch with him for future refinance and or new loans when it shows up in my life in a few years or even earlier."

A ...First and foremost, a comfortable experience to what most view as a stressful, uncomfortable process including myself. Jake walked me through the refinance from the moment he picked up the phone. A simple search and inquiry on the internet looking for a VA "cash-out" routed me to Rocket Mortgage and Jake. I had been inundated with offers of refinancing, cash-outs, etc. from multiple lenders all willing to "help" the veteran. The reviews were not favorable of the ones that showed interest towards me so that's when my search started. All my questions were quickly and efficiently answered. After about 5 minutes into the process, I started to settle down and a positive feeling started to ease my mind. He's good and good at it. It wasn't all business. We got to know a bit about each other which separated him from the typical "salesman" approach. I honestly felt he was there for me. Again, the process was quick. Having great credit and all my needed paperwork at hand made it easier. (Hint Hint)) After the initial process and moving on to the next step(s) which involved different teams doing their thing, I referred back to Jake for a few questions. Even though his initial job was done, he got back to me in a timely fashion and walked me through my concerns and questions. If I knew how easy this was, I would of done it a while ago but just hearing the stories in other reviews added to my hesitation. The closing was quicker than expected, the closing was done right at my kitchen table and funds were deposited sooner than estimated. Thank you to Jake and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team for making all worth while."

Let me start at the beginning. 3 or 4 years back we started getting notifications in our mailbox about refinancing. I wasn't sure how it worked and I asked Wells Fargo, who bought our loan from Mortgage Advisory Group back in 2011, and even they could not explain it to me in a form I can understand. We never then refinanced. We were scared and didn't know how things worked and wasn't sure if we needed to put money down, so on and so forth. A co-worker of mine said he was refi'ed and it was awesome. I asked with whom he refi'ed with and he stated Rocket Mortgage (Kohl and Corissa Steinman- they referred me). So I asked him how he liked Rocket Mortgage and he said "If I would've known it was going to be easy I would've used them to get a loan when buying our home". I am so happy we got to work with Mike. He was so patient and kind to an old woman who is not good with talking about finances and money. He ALWAYS got right back to me, and he ALWAYS kept his word, that is truly important to me. Mike thank you so much for all you did for us (mostly me)... Thank you so much for easy to talk to and you also laughed at some of my really dumb jokes. Mike is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage!"

I thought going with this online fancy approach was going to be difficult and have lots of points of communication breakdown. The rate savings were significant enough that I thought all the perceived challenges would be worth it... I have to say I have never been happier to be so wrong. This process was amazingly simple, straight forward and user friendly. When I got to closing I couldn't believe it I had been so guarded the whole time that I didn't even realize the process had gone through without a hitch. I can't say enough good about the entire Rocket Mortgage experience. Thank you to everyone involved and I will definitely continue to share my wonderful experience with then entire team at Rocket Mortgage. Booyah!"

Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."

If we had an issue that she couldn't resolve, she connected us immediately by conference to someone who could help us. When we started to reach the final steps of our loan, she put us in touch with one agent who handled the last minute details rather than having to hear from many different people who were finalizing a different part of the loan. Jessica helped to make what can be a unsavory process somewhat less difficult and time consuming. Her cheerful and pleasant disposition were an added plus to our loan process. We would choose to work with Jessica again if need be. She is a valuable asset to Rocket Mortgage."

Every time I had questions or doubts About the process, Scott would patiently and calmly explain the details and calm my anxiety. I probably created a bit of anxiety for Scott while he worked with me but in the end, Scott put his arm around me like a big brother and explain everything in such detail that I was totally confident in his ability as he walked me through the steps. When all was said and done, I did a complete review and was totally satisfied."

Molly was very professional, considerate, and diligent in ensuring I had all information needed to move to the next step in the loan process. Molly, continuously kept me abreast of all new required and recently submitted records. Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. He was always professional and positive. he is easy to recomend becasue he does a great job adn was great to work wiht. He kept in touch but not enought to be btohersome. He was always a ophone text or email a away. I highly recomend him and Rocket Mortgage. It was a pleasant experience."
