"Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market ...Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market where we live. Our realtor came highly recommended and has worked in real estate for over 30 years. At first, she did not recommend Rocket Mortgage due to issues her clients experienced in the past. However, my parents had used Rocket Mortgage to refinance their home twice and both raved about how easy they made the process. After our bank insisted my husband and I needed a FHA loan (read: 7.5% interest rate) despite our savings and ability to qualify for standard fixed loans with much lower interest rates, I called Rocket Mortgage to see what they could provide. I would much prefer a completely online interface, but trust me when I say in the process of buying a home you NEED someone’s cell number. Lucky for me, Dane picked up and made the process incredibly painless. He explained exactly what I needed to understand, helped me correct certain aspects of my application I had incorrectly filled out, and never kept me on the phone longer than he needed to. Every time I called him or texted I had a response within 10 minutes - including weekends. When he was out of town for several days, other members of Rocket Mortgage would reach out instead within the same time frame to ensure i had the answers I needed. Dane had us preapproved within two days of my initial call and adjusted our preapproval depending on the offer we wanted to make within minutes every time. Not once were we waiting on our lender!! To have our offer accepted for our current home, we had to have an expedited closing ... Dane had us approved 10 days before closing for a 30 day closing. I would give him 6 stars if I could!! If you have any reservations about using Rocket Mortgage - stop and call them now!!"

Closing dates have been missed, calls have gone unreturned, and it's been a horrible situation. When my Clients told me of their desire to use Rocket, I cringed. However, my attitude quickly changed with my initial conversation with Drew. Drew promised that this time would be better and he would work hard to change my opinion of Rocket. I'm writing this Review because he did. Drew Thank You for being true to your word, and going above and beyond. The thought of taking out a mortgage again scared me to deaf! I'm so thankful you called me. I was just inquiring on Facebook and you was the first person to call me. From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. She stayed in touch & was there for me to answer any questions. She walked me through the whole process right to closing. Thank you so much I would recommend you highly to any friends r family ."

With our mounting credit card debt and after being denied on quite a few loans and cards, I was extremely pessimistic that he and Rocket Mortgage could help us. I'm very glad we listened to him now and I'm very glad that I,myself, put my frustration aside and gave him a chance. Not only did he get us approved for a refinanced mortgage, but it was for half of the origin term PLUS was able to get us enough money to nearly wipe out our credit card debt! My wife and I were arguing constantly about bills and expenses a d thanks to Dylans help, we are now much more stable and able to keep track of our finances better with one payment. Thank you Dylan, you have helped my wife and I so much!"

He was a great cheerleader when the first few offers didn't quite work out, and even when a house under contract proved to be more than we bargained for after we got the inspection report. He helped me stay motivated and on track, with great positive feedback on preparing for the underwriting process - so that when we did find our house -- it was REALLY easy to work with Rocket Mortgage. I have to say, I am a finance professional that works with banks on their processes and customer service - and working with Rocket Mortgage has been a fountain of inspiration and knowledge on how I talk to my clients about excellence in customer service and underwriting. The customer service Creighton provided was on point and reflected our search and priorities -- it was also amazingly flexible as I travel internationally. When it came time to decide on a lender, the Rocket Mortgage platform and service model definitely played a huge role in the decision. The product, rate, and structure of the loan was perfect for us. When it came time to close - Creighton really helped to problem solve with a challenging seller situation. And for that I would recommend Creighton and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan. "

I called early in the on-line process to clarify a minor matter, and Anthony answered my question quickly and concisely with a solution. He then gained my confidence quickly, and basically led me through the rest of the on-line application from that point forward. The entire process went very quickly, and he validated all of the answers, as well as my uploads. When complete, he quickly summarized what was done and submitted, and what the final steps would be at that time. Anthony described each step in the process, and set my expectations for each following step, explaining the process and the timing thereafter. After the initial application, Anthony followed up to offer individual support and help and appropriate intervals. Anthony earned my confidence quickly, and always exceeded my expectations. A Anthony made my experience with Rocket outstanding!"

I started this process by simply wanting to know details. Mike answered all of my questions even knowing I am just trying to learn the process. A month later and bam! We are buying our first home! Mike has gone out of his way with his promptness and always making himself available. He never pushed just simply let me know he was there for anything. He never judged when I had wild questions he simply answered and reassured me everything will work out. He somehow managed to calm me and remove the anxiety from the process even on the other side of the country. If it wasn’t for Mike I’m not sure that I would be closing on my first house at the end of the month. Cheers to you Mike and thank you for everything."
