Mike truly went above and beyond — he exhausted every option possible to make it happen and never once gave up, even when things got complicated. What really stood out was his professionalism and patience. He always took the time to explain things clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. Thanks to Mike’s hard work and determination, everything came together perfectly. He made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. When my husband and I were looking into buying a home we had no idea where to start. My uncle suggested Rocket Mortgage and gave us the number, so that's who we called. The representative we were connected to was Shane Kelly. We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that one call to the right person. Shane walked us through every step. My husband and I were both in the military and we would not be surprised if Shane had spent time in the military as well. His actions made it clear from day one that he did not see what he did as a job but a mission. He made it his personal mission to help us achieve one of the biggest parts of the American Dream...buying our own home. Shane was dedicated and had a level of sheer determination when it came to helping us secure the home we wanted. Shane went out of his way, even working on his own time to make this home a reality for us. There really is not enough words to express Shane Kelly. My husband and I would never recommend anyone but Shane, he's not your average home loan representative. He is outstanding in his line of work and an assets to the Rocket Mortgage Company. "To be honest, in the beginning I was skeptical and a bit frustrated because it didn't seem like Babak was really giving my situation his all... but the further into the process we got the more I ...To be honest, in the beginning I was skeptical and a bit frustrated because it didn't seem like Babak was really giving my situation his all... but the further into the process we got the more I realized how much work he was putting into my process behind the scenes where I couldn't see it. As it turned out, he was going above and beyond on his end- finding me credits and different discounts to lower the closing costs, being available outside of office hours to answer my questions, and doing everything in his power to get me in my new house! So he went from being someone I just /had/ to deal with to soon becoming someone I preferred dealing with- my go-to guy for the most current and accurate information on my loan process and who always was right on top of things even when other people or mechanisms involved in the process were somehow on a different page thus confusing the matter. In the beginning of the process, which was entirely new and foreign to me as a young first time homebuyer, I admit I judged him prematurely but ultimately I am so glad I stuck it out with him because he played a huge part in making this happen as quickly and as painlessly as possible for me and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely work with him again in the future if possible. The big take away here is that loan processes in general are complicated and confusing and downright frustrating at times and even if it seemed like he wasn't on my side, Babak was more on my side than I really knew until the end of the process. Babak is awesome at what he does and he helped make my first home buying process a relatively quick and painless success! Thank you!"

"My personal opinion of Shawtann's performance is above excellent plus +, he got the ball rolling: I simply phoned Rocket Mortgage with regards to my personal qualifications of refi on my single ...My personal opinion of Shawtann's performance is above excellent plus +, he got the ball rolling: I simply phoned Rocket Mortgage with regards to my personal qualifications of refi on my single family home, in which I had doubts, even though I knew I had sound financial stability. However, in my mind, I had not expected to get qualified as "quickly", and if not I was prepared to take the necessary measures to qualify for refi again in the near future. Simply because being married, I was requesting refi in my name only, then Shawtann suggested taking look my numbers and status for refi qualifications as an individual, then by crunching my numbers through the financial system, then with minor adjustments (low an behold) I qualified, my credit score improved, debts are now gone, and as a family we now have more disposable income an financial freedom to move forward in life and without worry. Bottom-line, my family is at peace, and we're happier going forward into the future, thanks to Shawtann and Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Sincerely, Horace E. Borders Jr."

I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot of questions, even when we were both so busy, we emailed one another and the response time was short, sometimes he called to check on me and see how I was doing.and when I was really stressed he was able to answer questions and keep me calmed down. I enjoyed working with Kenneth and would suggest that any one even considering a loan, talk with Kenneth. He was reliable, honest and worked very hard to make every thing clear to me and keep me on track, Thanks to Kenneth and all the other folks I had the opportunity to work with I am in my second home and look forward to working with them all again in the future for my retirement home. "I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, ...I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known. Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most. You put me first. I’ll never forget. You are the best. (:"
