I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot of questions, even when we were both so busy, we emailed one another and the response time was short, sometimes he called to check on me and see how I was doing.and when I was really stressed he was able to answer questions and keep me calmed down. I enjoyed working with Kenneth and would suggest that any one even considering a loan, talk with Kenneth. He was reliable, honest and worked very hard to make every thing clear to me and keep me on track, Thanks to Kenneth and all the other folks I had the opportunity to work with I am in my second home and look forward to working with them all again in the future for my retirement home. Over time (because there were delays in construction, it took some time for us to close), we came to trust Ralph's advice and his sincerity. We worked with Chad to choose which loan would work the best for us this time around. From start to finish our loan process was around 3-4 weeks. It was all by phone conversations and online. We've used many different companies before, and Rocket Mortgage has come out on top yet again for us. Please give Chad a call if you're thinking of using them. He made it very convenient for us by calling or texting at the best times for us. We would definitely use Chad and Rocket Mortgage again!"

It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, ...I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known. Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most. You put me first. I’ll never forget. You are the best. (:"

Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a ...I am blown away by the high level of integrity and honesty Joe has. Ditto for everyone else that I have dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a very low opinion of all parties involved in general, which is why I was blown away when Joe helped me reduce my interest rate or (I chose fewer points/closing costs) AFTER I was already satisfied with the terms of the loan. Joe connected me with Alex from their solutions department who gave me a few specific actions to take to increase my wife's credit score. I had no idea these actions to improve her credit score were possible and that it could save us a significant amount of money, but Joe's deep knowledge helped him to identify an opportunity to benefit us big-time. Since this type of customer commitment is very hard to find in current times, Joe and Rocket Mortgage has earned our respect and all future mortgage business. I also have to mention that although I can be easily irritated, Joe helped me meet deadlines and to follow up with the documentation submitting process without nagging or getting on my nerves. He has a unique perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. His commitment, communication, and follow through are of the best that I have experienced. Thank you for all your hard work on our refinance."

"To be honest, in the beginning I was skeptical and a bit frustrated because it didn't seem like Babak was really giving my situation his all... but the further into the process we got the more I ...To be honest, in the beginning I was skeptical and a bit frustrated because it didn't seem like Babak was really giving my situation his all... but the further into the process we got the more I realized how much work he was putting into my process behind the scenes where I couldn't see it. As it turned out, he was going above and beyond on his end- finding me credits and different discounts to lower the closing costs, being available outside of office hours to answer my questions, and doing everything in his power to get me in my new house! So he went from being someone I just /had/ to deal with to soon becoming someone I preferred dealing with- my go-to guy for the most current and accurate information on my loan process and who always was right on top of things even when other people or mechanisms involved in the process were somehow on a different page thus confusing the matter. In the beginning of the process, which was entirely new and foreign to me as a young first time homebuyer, I admit I judged him prematurely but ultimately I am so glad I stuck it out with him because he played a huge part in making this happen as quickly and as painlessly as possible for me and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely work with him again in the future if possible. The big take away here is that loan processes in general are complicated and confusing and downright frustrating at times and even if it seemed like he wasn't on my side, Babak was more on my side than I really knew until the end of the process. Babak is awesome at what he does and he helped make my first home buying process a relatively quick and painless success! Thank you!"

I consider myself a pretty critical guy, but looking back I could not be happier with my experience with Rocket Mortgage thus far--and Christina's warm, helpful, and considerate attitude deserves the lion's share of the credit for that impression. She was prompt (but not pushy) in keeping me in the loop, and she was always there with a straightforward, easy-to-grasp answer when I needed follow-up clarification on some issue. Basically, she was a complete and utter STAR. I don't know how many clients she maintains at any one time (they must be legion, because she seems that good), but I always had the impression that she remembered exactly who I was, what I needed, and was genuinely happy to talk to me. If Christina is your agent, you could not have done better!"
