Our situation is a bit unique as we were purchasing a home we had already lived in for three years as renters. Jeannie helped us navigate our unique purchase experience with aplomb. She was welcoming, friendly, detail-oriented, thoroughly responsive, and just a huge help all around! We are thrilled with our mortgage package and I'm very much looking forward to reconnecting with Jeannie as rates drop even more and we look to refinance. Like some of the other reviewers here, I'm a longtime Charles Schwab customer and echo the positive sentiments expressed by fellow Rocket customers about the ease of coordination between banking and mortgage. Jeannie made sure as many elements of the process could be done automatically with data pulls from Schwab as possible, saving us a lot of time and effort. The Rocket portal is also extremely user-friendly with very clear guidance provided about what to expect and when; Jeannie always made sure needed documents got populated in a timely manner and that we had everything we needed to prepare for each new step in the process. Finally, Jeannie kept our home loan on track so we could close on our purchase without the signing getting derailed by either Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton. We're very grateful for that and to own the wonderful home that protected us from harm. Jeannie and her colleagues made that possible and we're already saving a bunch of money on things like PMI and compound interest because of how clearly she outlined the benefits of different loan terms, down payments, etc. 10/10 service, highly recommend!"

I was stressed, exhausted, and on the verge of losing the home I had worked so hard to secure. And then came Q. From the moment we connected, he was responsive, kind, and empathetic—but most of all, he was lightning fast and razor-sharp in getting things done. In a process that often feels cold and transactional, Q was a beacon of warmth, professionalism, and humor. He was very patient and listened to my circumstances, he then made sure he could get me to some one who could help me due to my circumstances. I was not on hold for a long period of time waiting for the transfer, Bill stayed on the line with me until I was connected with scott, who also was very patient and listened. Although Rocket Mortgage was not the right fit for what I needed both Bill and Scott not only educated me but guided in the right direction. If it had not been for them I would have spent hours of frustration trying to get things figured out. Both Bill and Scott were very knowledgable and as said above helped me out greatly. I will definitely contact them again on my next home loan."

I was terrified about having to refinance my house and the headache that it would cause. This whole process was extremely easy because of all the helpful people that I had here. Dave was wonderful throughout the entire process. He always communicated me and help keep me updated On the progress of the loan. He even called to congratulate me on closing! Dave is the perfect example of how customer service should be. I know I would not have gotten my house refinance if it hadn’t been for Dave and Rocket Mortgage. I have told numerous people about my experience with this agency and I will continue to do so. Thanks so much for everything."

However, Once I realized that I was against time due to the fact that my company asked me to move to a different state. I gave them a call and I am extremely thankful that the person that picked up the phone was Troy Londo. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his treatment and great work and for going the extra mile for us. Even by setting up follow up calls on Saturday to make sure that everything was good to go. My wife, myself and even my realtor were static to see how Rocket Mortgage was able to close the loan within a record time of 15 days. There is no doubt in mind that in the future when there is a need for a lender again in our lives I will think about contacting Troy Londo right away before contacting anybody else. I will recommend him over anybody else I know and have worked with before. From the Agualimpia's Family we want to thank Troy Londo for the strong and outstanding dedication to help us close in our brand new home in Texas. We will forever be grateful"

"Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market ...Let me start by saying I am an attorney who has worked multiple real estate closings. My husband and I wanted to make sure we had the most experienced team behind us in what is a crazy sellers market where we live. Our realtor came highly recommended and has worked in real estate for over 30 years. At first, she did not recommend Rocket Mortgage due to issues her clients experienced in the past. However, my parents had used Rocket Mortgage to refinance their home twice and both raved about how easy they made the process. After our bank insisted my husband and I needed a FHA loan (read: 7.5% interest rate) despite our savings and ability to qualify for standard fixed loans with much lower interest rates, I called Rocket Mortgage to see what they could provide. I would much prefer a completely online interface, but trust me when I say in the process of buying a home you NEED someone’s cell number. Lucky for me, Dane picked up and made the process incredibly painless. He explained exactly what I needed to understand, helped me correct certain aspects of my application I had incorrectly filled out, and never kept me on the phone longer than he needed to. Every time I called him or texted I had a response within 10 minutes - including weekends. When he was out of town for several days, other members of Rocket Mortgage would reach out instead within the same time frame to ensure i had the answers I needed. Dane had us preapproved within two days of my initial call and adjusted our preapproval depending on the offer we wanted to make within minutes every time. Not once were we waiting on our lender!! To have our offer accepted for our current home, we had to have an expedited closing ... Dane had us approved 10 days before closing for a 30 day closing. I would give him 6 stars if I could!! If you have any reservations about using Rocket Mortgage - stop and call them now!!"
