This property had everything that we had been looking for at a price we could afford. All we needed to close the deal was our financing. Zac Appleby and the team at Rocket Mortgage turned our dream into reality! Zac made us feel comfortable right from the start. He was there for us every step of the way, always taking the time to answer all our questions as we moved through the process. We really appreciated his “let’s get this done and get you guys into your new home” attitude. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to detail. Zac genuinely cares about his clients, and made himself readily available throughout the entire process. Having closed on our new home, we went by the property to celebrate. We were just standing there taking it all in when Zac called to say “congratulations and thank you”. In the process of buying a home, we had made a new friend!"

He explained the various loans available to buy a house, was knowledgeable, asked relevant questions, gave me concise factual information that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable talking to him. Alex made sure my husband and I understood the process of getting a loan, the various steps involved, and how Rocket Mortgage helped navigate the process. I was able to contact Alex at any time during the process. He was always available, or had a team member contact us. I always felt Alex was there to depend on. He contacted us periodically to update us on the progress of our loan, guide us through the paperwork, inform us of the next step as well as inform us who our contact people were. Alex's caring support kept applying for the loan and finding a home, from being overwhelming. We are more than grateful for his generous assistance. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team."

From our first interaction (the instant chat while applying for a pre-approval), he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As I progressed through the loan process, I was comparing two "local" lenders with Rocket. Jo made all the difference. He was able to explain terms/processes/charges in plain, understandable language. To top that off, he was able to get me a better rate than others were offering. Jo made himself (and his team) available whenever I had a question, and they had everything done in a timely manner. Also, having Jo as a contact throughout the entire process was awesome!!! Service alone, Jo earned five stars. But throw in his personality?? We're talking 10 stars and beyond!!! Thank you so much Jo!!!"

We called a few places to get "pre qualified" for a VA home loan, including USAA. We didn't feel as if they had out best interests in mind. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage. I was very fortunate to get Mike Terek assigned to my loan. From our first conversation he not only told me he was committed to making this happen through his service but he showed me. Mike was very personable and friendly, as well as a complete professional. If you are looking for a home loan, start with Rocket Mortgage and ask for Mike Terek. Next time we purchase a home, Mike will be our choice and standard of mortgage banker(s). "
