Nothing in my situation had changed and I was ...I cannot say enough positive things about Gjon. My case was a little on the challenging side and I had been rejected several times in the recent past. Nothing in my situation had changed and I was skeptical anyone would be able to actually come thru and help me in my situation. From the initial conversation with Gjon I could tell he was personally attached to my situation and wanted to help me. Throughout the entire process I could tell he was sadden when the news wasn't positive and he was elated with the good news. He never gave up and went back several times, always trying to help my situation. I never felt for a minute that he was not personally invested in my situation. So happy to say, he came thru and was able to give me a happy ending. I told him I felt bad because I know how hard he had to work to get a positive end result. The funny thing is, he was the one who reached out to me to tell me how much my case meant to him and how happy he was that it had a happy ending. I give Gjon all 5 stars for being a professional, respectful and caring business man."

There were times when we had doubts about refinancing. Hass held our hands (so to speak) and explained in detail and helped us through our doubts up to CLOSING. Even during our CLOSING, we had questions about certain things that the Closer couldn't help us with. We called Hass and left a message to please call us back. Within 3 minutes or so, he called us back and again held our hands and ease our minds of doubts we had before signing the last CLOSING document. He was super! Thank you Hass. AV and Arlene!"

"Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, ...I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known. Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most. You put me first. I’ll never forget. You are the best. (:"
