There were times when we had doubts about refinancing. Hass held our hands (so to speak) and explained in detail and helped us through our doubts up to CLOSING. Even during our CLOSING, we had questions about certain things that the Closer couldn't help us with. We called Hass and left a message to please call us back. Within 3 minutes or so, he called us back and again held our hands and ease our minds of doubts we had before signing the last CLOSING document. He was super! Thank you Hass. AV and Arlene!"

It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, ...I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known. Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most. You put me first. I’ll never forget. You are the best. (:"

When my husband and I were looking into buying a home we had no idea where to start. My uncle suggested Rocket Mortgage and gave us the number, so that's who we called. The representative we were connected to was Shane Kelly. We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that one call to the right person. Shane walked us through every step. My husband and I were both in the military and we would not be surprised if Shane had spent time in the military as well. His actions made it clear from day one that he did not see what he did as a job but a mission. He made it his personal mission to help us achieve one of the biggest parts of the American Dream...buying our own home. Shane was dedicated and had a level of sheer determination when it came to helping us secure the home we wanted. Shane went out of his way, even working on his own time to make this home a reality for us. There really is not enough words to express Shane Kelly. My husband and I would never recommend anyone but Shane, he's not your average home loan representative. He is outstanding in his line of work and an assets to the Rocket Mortgage Company. Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a ...I am blown away by the high level of integrity and honesty Joe has. Ditto for everyone else that I have dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a very low opinion of all parties involved in general, which is why I was blown away when Joe helped me reduce my interest rate or (I chose fewer points/closing costs) AFTER I was already satisfied with the terms of the loan. Joe connected me with Alex from their solutions department who gave me a few specific actions to take to increase my wife's credit score. I had no idea these actions to improve her credit score were possible and that it could save us a significant amount of money, but Joe's deep knowledge helped him to identify an opportunity to benefit us big-time. Since this type of customer commitment is very hard to find in current times, Joe and Rocket Mortgage has earned our respect and all future mortgage business. I also have to mention that although I can be easily irritated, Joe helped me meet deadlines and to follow up with the documentation submitting process without nagging or getting on my nerves. He has a unique perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. His commitment, communication, and follow through are of the best that I have experienced. Thank you for all your hard work on our refinance."

I consider myself a pretty critical guy, but looking back I could not be happier with my experience with Rocket Mortgage thus far--and Christina's warm, helpful, and considerate attitude deserves the lion's share of the credit for that impression. She was prompt (but not pushy) in keeping me in the loop, and she was always there with a straightforward, easy-to-grasp answer when I needed follow-up clarification on some issue. Basically, she was a complete and utter STAR. I don't know how many clients she maintains at any one time (they must be legion, because she seems that good), but I always had the impression that she remembered exactly who I was, what I needed, and was genuinely happy to talk to me. If Christina is your agent, you could not have done better!"

I thought going with this online fancy approach was going to be difficult and have lots of points of communication breakdown. The rate savings were significant enough that I thought all the perceived challenges would be worth it... I have to say I have never been happier to be so wrong. This process was amazingly simple, straight forward and user friendly. When I got to closing I couldn't believe it I had been so guarded the whole time that I didn't even realize the process had gone through without a hitch. I can't say enough good about the entire Rocket Mortgage experience.
