Sam’s Professionalism and Personality combined made my Loan experience nothing more than a “Walk in the Park “ , he explained everything exactly as it would happen step by step, answered all my questions, he was straight up and spot on . When I called him if he did not answer the call, I would have a text in a matter of minutes stating he would call me in a few minutes and he always did just that. There is nothing I could possibly complain about, the entire process was perfect in every way. Sam, my Friend, I take my Hat off to you! It has been a true Pleasure. "I saw a Rocket Mortgage commercial on television, so I decided to give them a call. The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to ...I saw a Rocket Mortgage commercial on television, so I decided to give them a call. The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to do, which was refinance my home. He asked me some questions such as my income and debts. Then he had me to draw a chart to show my present monthly debts. On the other side it showed what my monthly debts would be if I were to refinance my hwith them. He also quoted me a lower interest rate. I was amazed with how much money I could save each month by refinancing my home and paying off all of my debts. Then he told me that I was approved. He walked me through the process step by step. Giancarlo always made himself available to answer any concerns that I had. No matter how many times in a day that I called him his personality never changed. He was always courteous and polite. He is an awesome man that really knows what he is doing. I thank God for Giancarlo who reassured me from day one that he had me, and he did. Now instead of just existing, I can live my life to the fullest. I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone that is wanting to buy a home or refinance their existing home. If I knew who Giancarlo immediate supervisor was I would highly recommend that he be given a raise for all that he did to help me. Because my life was truly a living night mare until I refinance my home with Rocket Mortgage."

He was very quick to answer any questions regarding my concerns.Also, he when the time arise that what we had agree in the original loan document had a few discrepancies from what we had in our closing documents we are very grateful that he took the time to go back and correct the savings that we had agree when we started the process .We are happy and Brent did this in a very professional and expedited the process and we where able to close on the date that the closing was set and we are very satisfied with his work and the time he took to correct the discrepancies and his personal interest in that the loan terms where met like we had original intended.Thank you and he is an asset to your company and we appreciate his help ."

"Great phone experience today speaking with Tom! I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan ...Great phone experience today speaking with Tom! I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan rate was going up an would go up every six months! I never signed up for an ARM loan, but because my loan was sold to another lender apparently my loan was changed from a fixed loan to ARM loan of which I was unaware. I was ready to give the house keys to the lender but Tom talked me off the ledge. Thank goodness for Tom. He listened to me and said he would look into options for me. Tom patiently explained my my options in a clear manner that I was able to understand. He listened to me and answered my questions clearly. We discussed a plan and I now have my homework to do. He didn't speak from a script; he spoke like someone who truly wanted to help me and who had my interests in mind. I truly appreciated my conversation with Tom. While we weren't able to close on a loan today, I look forward to speaking with Tom again in January when I'm hoping we can secure a loan. If I were able to give Tom 10 stars, I would. "Mona was not my first contact with Rocket Mortgage. I had spoken to two loan specialists before her. My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next ...Mona was not my first contact with Rocket Mortgage. I had spoken to two loan specialists before her. My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next person. I declined to continue the loan process. Rocket Mortgage sent me an email assuring me they could help. So, I contacted them a second time. The fella I talked to seemed nice enough but wasn’t able to help and I did not go through with the loan. The third time Rocket Mortgage contacted I was starting to get annoyed but I thought, why not? It will either be the third time is the charm or three strikes and you’re out. With Mona is the charm. She listened when I talk and heard me. This time when I hit the snag Mona went out of her way to help me through it. Mona gets 5 stars from and I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation."

I called her many times when I had complicated questions and simple questions. She never hesitated to offer up her knowledge, opinion and expertise in helping me make the right decisions. She made me feel comfortable and unique as a customer. I didn't feel like she was "going through the motions" or just simply doing her job...she did her job, but she did it in a way where there were no doubts to whether I was given the right information. She is a wonderful person and I have and will continue to give out her information to future customers. She confirmed to me that I will always use Rocket Mortgage in the future if needed. I only hope she isn't the CEO the next time I need her services so I can get the same amount of service that she undoubtedly gives all of her clients. "I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced ...I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced to cancel my home purchase. After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

This second refi has me working with Zee, who is amazing! I had a little trouble getting my refi worked to fit my budget, along with other issues at home delaying the process. Zee never gave up on me. She has the patience of a saint, a way of explaining things so they make sense, and she got my numbers where I wanted them. Now I can get my home exterior painted and a MUCH lower interest rate! Thank you, Zee!"
