He took all our information and despite some of the real estates which have a lower than normal market value on our house he asked what we ...Joe was our initial contact person at Rocket Mortgage. He took all our information and despite some of the real estates which have a lower than normal market value on our house he asked what we thought our house should be valued at. We thought it much higher and he took us at our word. Several real estate websites showed a higher market value so based on that and our current credit scores he got all our information together and submitted everything to their processing team. Joe was very friendly, very professional, and was a great help on getting us started on the short journey to refinancing our home. We were signing closing papers just 31 days later. They estimated up to 45 days for everything to come together for the loan to close. I have no doubt that he ensured everyone we talked to was up to speed so that we didn't experience any lag time or frustration. From start to end the whole process was very smooth. If we had to do it all over again we would definitely choose Rocket Mortgage. They definitely get a top score from us. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all your help Joe!"
