Molly was very professional, ...Hello, it is a pleasure to write this review. Molly Semke was very instrumental in assisting me even when I was transferred to other members of the loan process. Molly was very professional, considerate, and diligent in ensuring I had all information needed to move to the next step in the loan process. Molly, continuously kept me abreast of all new required and recently submitted records. Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. If Rocket Mortgage had more employees such as Molly Rocket Mortgage will consistently outperform competitors. The entire refinance process took 2 telephone calls and my providing a limited amount of documentation once! He answered every question I had and was able to provide me with several options and the corresponding costs and benefits of each. This was not the experience I had with the bank that held my mortgage for the last 10 years. I am not a tech person and the thought of an online process was intimidating. But Ben walked me through it easily. I had seen Rocket Mortgage ads for a long time and never seriously considered them as I thought if my bank could not help me, how could Rocket Mortgage? Wow - was i ever wrong. My only regret is that i didn't contact Rocket Mortgage the first time!"

He was always professional and positive. he is easy to recomend becasue he does a great job adn was great to work wiht. He kept in touch but not enought to be btohersome. He was always a ophone text or email a away. I highly recomend him and Rocket Mortgage. It was a pleasant experience."

We were assigned a Mortgage rep named Nick ...While planning on buying a new hame we decided to try @RocketMortgage on a whim, only having seen their tv adds but not having any experience with them. We were assigned a Mortgage rep named Nick Abusalah. Having dealt with others in this field I was a bit sceptical after hearing what he was going to do for me. I was SOOO wrong he has come through on every promise he made, honestly it was like being on a cruise ship with your own personal butler. This was probably, strike that, definitely the easiest major financial transaction I have ever completed. My hand was held every step of the way, and he is ALWAYS a phone call, email or text away, pretty much 24/7. And yes I have texted him at weird hours and on the weekend and he always responds. So normally once you sign on the bottom line your rep disappears, not with Rocket Nick is still taking care of my account and available whenever I need him. If you haven’t tried Rocket, I strongly recommend it for the ease of use and the personal care provided by people like Nick!"

Once the process was done he followed up to make sure we had everything, and with laws that differ from state to state, he let us know other things we had to do on our own that he couldn’t. And again followed up to make sure it was done or in the process of getting done. I hope all of your agents are like him because the whole experience was awesome!!! Thanks Colton"

Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."

I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services. I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options rocket/Nathan could, or they were trying way too hard, and it felt impersonal and like I left a used car dealership. they would try to manufacture the personal touch with videos and follow up calls, but it was clear they did not listen or care. One contacted me again 6 months after I had already told them I went with rocket and purchased a house.... to ask me if I was still looking for a house. Nathan called me 6 months after my purchase, but it was because he found me a fantastic refi option, based on our info from the original mortgage with him, which we went with. I can't recommend him enough and I am glad our realtor referred us."

He knew exactly what we wanted from just the few things I asked, got us an incredible interest rate, and expedited the process with incredible efficiency while still being friendly and engaging. Everything was completed online except the closing, which was accomplished at our own home with a notary that traveled to us. We were super impressed. Nothing I have tried to get accomplished lately was done so efficiently and painlessly (even trying to get our front door lock replaced or kitchen lights replaced. We are extremely grateful to Jake."
