I thought going with this online fancy approach was going to be difficult and have lots of points of communication breakdown. The rate savings were significant enough that I thought all the perceived challenges would be worth it... I have to say I have never been happier to be so wrong. This process was amazingly simple, straight forward and user friendly. When I got to closing I couldn't believe it I had been so guarded the whole time that I didn't even realize the process had gone through without a hitch. I can't say enough good about the entire Rocket Mortgage experience. Thank you to everyone involved and I will definitely continue to share my wonderful experience with then entire team at Rocket Mortgage. Booyah!"

Whenever I left a message, he would call me right back and apologize for not being able to take my call. My refinance experience was seamless. Sam was always on task and kept me up to date every step of the way. My loan went through earlier than expected and without a hitch. I would happily recommend Sam Dolato to my friends and family if ever they need a mortgage loan or need to refinance."

"Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

"This is not the first house we bought with Christopher. We found him to be transparent, intelligent and caring. That’s all we could possibly ask for but couldn’t imagine getting that in the mortgage ...This is not the first house we bought with Christopher. We found him to be transparent, intelligent and caring. That’s all we could possibly ask for but couldn’t imagine getting that in the mortgage business. We didn’t sign on to get a mortgage and hope to get Christopher it was Christopher or nothing. Our last experience was excellent and we had been recommended to Rocket Mortgage rocket mortgage through my best friend of 40 years. Although I wasn’t crazy about hearing NO, we certainly heard it enough to know that we were being told the truth whether we liked it or not about any number of issues that came up. Once we got past Christopher there were as a support group that specialized in each area and got us through a very unusual Freddie Mac foreclosure with many oddball variables. I was able to use their tools and get through a system that no other buyer had been able to close in the two years it was on the market. That was a very similar situation with the other house we bought through them that was a Fannie Mae foreclosure. I use personal reviews with Airbnb Home Depot and Amazon and I use them to make my decisions and if something doesn’t have good reviews I don’t buy it. I wholeheartedly say that I had this incredible experience more than once and everyone I know who has used them has had the same experience."

Molly was very professional, considerate, and diligent in ensuring I had all information needed to move to the next step in the loan process. Molly, continuously kept me abreast of all new required and recently submitted records. Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. If Rocket Mortgage had more employees such as Molly Rocket Mortgage will consistently outperform competitors. He answered every question I had and was able to provide me with several options and the corresponding costs and benefits of each. This was not the experience I had with the bank that held my mortgage for the last 10 years. I am not a tech person and the thought of an online process was intimidating. But Ben walked me through it easily. I had seen Rocket Mortgage ads for a long time and never seriously considered them as I thought if my bank could not help me, how could Rocket Mortgage? Wow - was i ever wrong. My only regret is that i didn't contact Rocket Mortgage the first time!"

She also understood about my having a hearing problem with not being able to understand spoken words over the phone, so she set things up where we used texting and e-mail to get everything done. She kept me up to date all through the loan process from start to finish, following up with me on things I needed to do and in getting my loan closing scheduled. We were assigned a Mortgage rep named Nick Abusalah. Having dealt with others in this field I was a bit sceptical after hearing what he was going to do for me. I was SOOO wrong he has come through on every promise he made, honestly it was like being on a cruise ship with your own personal butler. This was probably, strike that, definitely the easiest major financial transaction I have ever completed. My hand was held every step of the way, and he is ALWAYS a phone call, email or text away, pretty much 24/7. And yes I have texted him at weird hours and on the weekend and he always responds. So normally once you sign on the bottom line your rep disappears, not with Rocket Nick is still taking care of my account and available whenever I need him. If you haven’t tried Rocket, I strongly recommend it for the ease of use and the personal care provided by people like Nick!"
