He knew exactly what we wanted from just the few things I asked, got us an incredible interest rate, and expedited the process with incredible efficiency while still being friendly and engaging. Everything was completed online except the closing, which was accomplished at our own home with a notary that traveled to us. We were super impressed. Nothing I have tried to get accomplished lately was done so efficiently and painlessly (even trying to get our front door lock replaced or kitchen lights replaced. We are extremely grateful to Jake."

We were down on our luck with our previous lender, saddened and defeated, and once we spoke to Katie and she heard the news she instantly said “I got this”. From start to finish Katie literally became a saving Angel of Grace. She was very professional, accurate, personable and communicated every single thing before we knew it we were closing. Coming from all of the stress that we had prior we literally seen the other end of the spectrum with Katie and Her team. They kept us updated and breeze by our process. Katie told us at the start we got this ,We’re gonna close I got you. We felt secure and in good hands and we have never been let down through this entire process even our realtor was excited and loved all that rocket mortgage, Katie‘s team brought . she said ,what she said and she meant it. Let me start at the beginning. 3 or 4 years back we started getting notifications in our mailbox about refinancing. I wasn't sure how it worked and I asked Wells Fargo, who bought our loan from Mortgage Advisory Group back in 2011, and even they could not explain it to me in a form I can understand. We never then refinanced. We were scared and didn't know how things worked and wasn't sure if we needed to put money down, so on and so forth. A co-worker of mine said he was refi'ed and it was awesome. I asked with whom he refi'ed with and he stated Rocket Mortgage (Kohl and Corissa Steinman- they referred me). So I asked him how he liked Rocket Mortgage and he said "If I would've known it was going to be easy I would've used them to get a loan when buying our home". I am so happy we got to work with Mike. He was so patient and kind to an old woman who is not good with talking about finances and money. He ALWAYS got right back to me, and he ALWAYS kept his word, that is truly important to me. Mike thank you so much for all you did for us (mostly me)... Thank you so much for easy to talk to and you also laughed at some of my really dumb jokes. Mike is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage!"

My wife and I knew nothing about Reverse Mortgages until we were in contact with Neil Apolzan , This Gentleman speaks in layman terms so we now understand every aspect of what we were doing and are very grateful for his assistance, Neil followed us thru every step of the way and was always available to answer questions we had, His followup was the best we have experienced from any company we have dealt with on any financial matter. He was there for us every step of the way, always taking the time to answer all our questions as we moved through the process. We really appreciated his “let’s get this done and get you guys into your new home” attitude. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to detail. Zac genuinely cares about his clients, and made himself readily available throughout the entire process. Having closed on our new home, we went by the property to celebrate. He explained the various loans available to buy a house, was knowledgeable, asked relevant questions, gave me concise factual information that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable talking to him. Alex made sure my husband and I understood the process of getting a loan, the various steps involved, and how Rocket Mortgage helped navigate the process. I was able to contact Alex at any time during the process. He was always available, or had a team member contact us. I always felt Alex was there to depend on. He contacted us periodically to update us on the progress of our loan, guide us through the paperwork, inform us of the next step as well as inform us who our contact people were. Alex's caring support kept applying for the loan and finding a home, from being overwhelming. We are more than grateful for his generous assistance. She made sure that my wife and I understood the entire process, she was very realistic in expectation from the start, and once she was able to piece together all the information needed, she worked with us on a plan that met all of our goals and needs. I have had other loan officers contact us and always offer us the moon to get our business, Isabel was not like that at all. What made it even better was her accessibility and the team that she has surrounding her. When ever I had questions (which were a few), she always responded and got back to me. Even when it involved her other team members, she made sure that she was looped in and stayed on top of everything.....from start till finish. I am so glad that we worked with her and mortgage rocket."

She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."
