He eased my nerves regarding something that I knew nothing about and was scared to do! Daniel was patient and understanding and was willing to explain the process and how Rocket works. Daniel advised me to look into a First Time Home Buyer program and talked me through the next steps that I would be taking. What was so wonderful about Daniel is that he was patient, kind and funny! He called and checked on me to see where I was in each step and encouraged me to step out and start looking for my home and told me to call him at any time! I really don't know what I would have done if Daniel was not the agent that answered the phone! Thank you so much Daniel! Thank you Rocket for employing such knowledgeable and caring people!"

We called a few places to get "pre qualified" for a VA home loan, including USAA. We didn't feel as if they had out best interests in mind. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage. I was very fortunate to get Mike Terek assigned to my loan. From our first conversation he not only told me he was committed to making this happen through his service but he showed me. Mike was very personable and friendly, as well as a complete professional. If you are looking for a home loan, start with Rocket Mortgage and ask for Mike Terek. Next time we purchase a home, Mike will be our choice and standard of mortgage banker(s). "

I called her many times when I had complicated questions and simple questions. She never hesitated to offer up her knowledge, opinion and expertise in helping me make the right decisions. She made me feel comfortable and unique as a customer. I didn't feel like she was "going through the motions" or just simply doing her job...she did her job, but she did it in a way where there were no doubts to whether I was given the right information. She is a wonderful person and I have and will continue to give out her information to future customers. She confirmed to me that I will always use Rocket Mortgage in the future if needed. I only hope she isn't the CEO the next time I need her services so I can get the same amount of service that she undoubtedly gives all of her clients. I was extremely lucky to get in touch with her when I called Rocket Mortgage. "

She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision. I agreed to allowing the credit soft hit, and we went through it again. She may have spent more time with me on the phone (1hr-40min), but it was all good with her. I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help. Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her. Fully Recommend !!! Thx"

He was quick to reply to questions. If we couldn't reach him by telephone he returned our calls right away. He would also follow-up with an email. When we were confused about an issue he would follows-up to get the answer. Aaron made the whole refinance very easy. Aaron had the answers to questions and if he couldn't answer he would get the answer and reply to us. If I had to refinance again I would call him to do that. Excellent representative for Rocket Mortgage. Peter Grassi"

The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to do, which was refinance my home. He asked me some questions such as my income and debts. Then he had me to draw a chart to show my present monthly debts. On the other side it showed what my monthly debts would be if I were to refinance my hwith them. He also quoted me a lower interest rate. I was amazed with how much money I could save each month by refinancing my home and paying off all of my debts. Then he told me that I was approved. He walked me through the process step by step. Giancarlo always made himself available to answer any concerns that I had. No matter how many times in a day that I called him his personality never changed. He was always courteous and polite. He is an awesome man that really knows what he is doing. I thank God for Giancarlo who reassured me from day one that he had me, and he did. Now instead of just existing, I can live my life to the fullest. I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone that is wanting to buy a home or refinance their existing home. If I knew who Giancarlo immediate supervisor was I would highly recommend that he be given a raise for all that he did to help me. Because my life was truly a living night mare until I refinance my home with Rocket Mortgage."

I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan rate was going up an would go up every six months! I never signed up for an ARM loan, but because my loan was sold to another lender apparently my loan was changed from a fixed loan to ARM loan of which I was unaware. I was ready to give the house keys to the lender but Tom talked me off the ledge. Thank goodness for Tom. He listened to me and said he would look into options for me. Tom patiently explained my my options in a clear manner that I was able to understand. He listened to me and answered my questions clearly. We discussed a plan and I now have my homework to do. He didn't speak from a script; he spoke like someone who truly wanted to help me and who had my interests in mind. I truly appreciated my conversation with Tom. While we weren't able to close on a loan today, I look forward to speaking with Tom again in January when I'm hoping we can secure a loan. If I were able to give Tom 10 stars, I would. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Thank you. Kind regards, Carolyn "

My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next person. I declined to continue the loan process. Rocket Mortgage sent me an email assuring me they could help. So, I contacted them a second time. The fella I talked to seemed nice enough but wasn’t able to help and I did not go through with the loan. The third time Rocket Mortgage contacted I was starting to get annoyed but I thought, why not? It will either be the third time is the charm or three strikes and you’re out. With Mona is the charm. She listened when I talk and heard me. This time when I hit the snag Mona went out of her way to help me through it. Mona gets 5 stars from and I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation."
