This loan started on a Saturday morning and by the afternoon with several calls with Jessica, my loan was in play. I was very impressed with Jessica's ability to walk me through some confusion on the documents by phone. I would recommend her for sure ."

"From beginning to end Glenn has been great, he even took time on Sunday and spent an hour with me explaining the process and all that is required, Glenn is very easy to work with and will explain ...From beginning to end Glenn has been great, he even took time on Sunday and spent an hour with me explaining the process and all that is required, Glenn is very easy to work with and will explain everything to you if you do not understand, the great thing about it is that until you understand he will not get off the phone with you, and it's great to have such good customer service like the one Glenn offered me, the process was easy and I have to say working with Glenn with rocket mortgage makes it even easier. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend rocket mortgage for refinancing and if you come across Glen the experience will be even better and I'm pretty sure for the rest of the staff as well but with my experience I have to say Glenn did an excellent job, thank you."

He was super patient with all of our questions and requests for different loan package estimates since we weren't even sure how much we wanted to put down as a down payment. We also told Kevin we wanted to close quickly and he helped us make that a reality - from our first call to closing day was 23 days!! Along the way, we had other people from Rocket Mortgage working with us, but we always turned back to Kevin to ask questions and understand the process. He always responded promptly and with the necessary information. I don't know if I would have recommended Rocket Mortgage to my friends if it hadn't been for Kevin!! So if he is your rep at Rocket Mortgage, you can trust that you are in good hands."

After receiving some calls, I finally called them ...One Friday night when I was trying to figure out what I should do in terms of buying a new home, I filled out a form on the Rocket Mortgage website. After receiving some calls, I finally called them back and immediately felt at home with my advisor, Philip Dodd. He truly understood my fears, my desire to get an accurate account of what I would be able to afford, and really expressed that he would be in my corner every step of the way - which he was. He gave me accurate figures that allowed me to buy the house I am in now without worrying about any surprises. He was always reachable (evenings, weekends, etc) which made the entire process much more comfortable for me. He was great every step of the way. What really convinced me to work with him (and Rocket Mortgage) was when he sent me an email after our first conversation stating that, although we would probably never meet in person, he wanted me to know him as if we had, and he proceeded to send me an email about himself with a picture of his family. It was a great personal touch."

I told her I had a negative experience a few months back and would be surprised if things changed is how I began the conversation. Meghan used strong positive words, surrounded by a caring personality and professional service getting my attention in turn making me relax and positive. To me, it is a gifted individual taking two strangers over the phone and bring comfort and reassurance "we can do this Oman, together" feeling like part of the family. I never thought to be living in my new home January 8, 2016 from November's first call. I wanted to set an example for my children showing any dream at any age is possible. From the initial call, until closing, Simon was there every step of the way. I truly understand that there are stages to any loan that get passed on to the next person for their role in the process. Simon was there the entire way if I had any questions and always made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decisions as it is a huge step. Thank you Simon. He ...I would give Jill more than 5 stars. I spent much of my working years in customer service and she is tops on my assessment. I once had an "exchange engineer" from Pakistan as a repeat customer. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas I spent time actually getting to know him. I probably missed a lot of sales during the times I spent with him, but that compliment made up for it in spades."

Sarah made the process absolutely painless and was amazing to work with, answering every one of our mountain of questions along the way regardless of when we bugged her. One of the reasons we actually moved forward with a purchase was because Sarah made everything so easy that it took a lot of worry out of the process. We're closing on our new house soon, and I honestly don't know how the experience could have been improved at all. Sarah did a FANTASTIC job, communicated all of the info we needed and asked for clearly and quickly, and turned the home loan process (something normally incredibly complex and frustrating) into something simple and easy. Great work Sarah!"

Throughout the sometimes ...Mallory deserves at least ten stars! From the moment she answered my call to get pre approved until the day of closing, she has been super knowledgeable and very helpful. Throughout the sometimes frustrating and lengthy process, she was creative in problem solving. Dealing with multiple incomes from different countries with tax treaties involved, Mallory stuck with me and got every one of the sixty plus documents I uploaded, approved. Whenever she handed me over to other Rocket employees to do the next step, they weren’t able to get it done as efficiently and promptly as Mallory did when I asked her to help yet again. Any corporation should be so lucky to have highly capable, dedicated, committed and passionate staff like Mallory working for them. I sincerely hope that Rocket Mortgage is aware and appreciate the jewel they have in her. If you are lucky enough to have Mallory on your case, you can breath easy, she’ll get you through it!"
