This was my first home buying experience, and working with Jo was what made it a pleasurable one. From our first interaction (the instant chat while applying for a pre-approval), he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As I progressed through the loan process, I was comparing two "local" lenders with Rocket. Jo made all the difference. He was able to explain terms/processes/charges in plain, understandable language. To top that off, he was able to get me a better rate than others were offering. Jo made himself (and his team) available whenever I had a question, and they had everything done in a timely manner. Also, having Jo as a contact throughout the entire process was awesome!!! Service alone, Jo earned five stars. But throw in his personality?? We're talking 10 stars and beyond!!! Thank you so much Jo!!!"

"Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend ...Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend to use a local mortgage company only to find myself in living hell. Having committed myself I started looking at other companies that I can change to and saw more good things about Rocket Mortgage than bad so I reached out. In quickly got a call from Jerome who was cordial, calm and expressed verbally a true desire to help. After I explained the situation I was in he explained that he would step with me through the entire process and gave me some recommendations that made me feel at ease. In a few short weeks it seemed that everythignwas going fine until I was made aware of a feew glitches with my credit or to better say people I once had credit with. Jerome and the Team advised it would not be a problem and guided me through the work I diligently had to do. Unfortunately, the mistakes that were made by the companies needed a deeper resolution and I found myself running out of time. Jerome told me not to worry that the time lapse would not be a problem and when I got everything resolved we would refresh and get it done. Indeed we did and I could not be more happy with Rocket Mortgage and Jerome, a true professional and very customer sensitive - traits hard to come by with customer service these days. I have and will continue to recommend Rocket Mortgage to any and all looking to finance or refinance their home."

We called a few places to get "pre qualified" for a VA home loan, including USAA. We didn't feel as if they had out best interests in mind. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage. I was very fortunate to get Mike Terek assigned to my loan. From our first conversation he not only told me he was committed to making this happen through his service but he showed me. Mike was very personable and friendly, as well as a complete professional. If you are looking for a home loan, start with Rocket Mortgage and ask for Mike Terek. Next time we purchase a home, Mike will be our choice and standard of mortgage banker(s). "

She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision. I agreed to allowing the credit soft hit, and we went through it again. She may have spent more time with me on the phone (1hr-40min), but it was all good with her. I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help. Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her. Fully Recommend !!! Thx"

When we were confused about an issue he would follows-up to get the answer. Aaron made the whole refinance very easy. Aaron had the answers to questions and if he couldn't answer he would get the answer and reply to us. If I had to refinance again I would call him to do that. Sam’s Professionalism and Personality combined made my Loan experience nothing more than a “Walk in the Park “ , he explained everything exactly as it would happen step by step, answered all my questions, he was straight up and spot on . When I called him if he did not answer the call, I would have a text in a matter of minutes stating he would call me in a few minutes and he always did just that. There is nothing I could possibly complain about, the entire process was perfect in every way. Sam, my Friend, I take my Hat off to you! It has been a true Pleasure. The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to do, which was refinance my home. He asked me some questions such as my income and debts. Then he had me to draw a chart to show my present monthly debts. On the other side it showed what my monthly debts would be if I were to refinance my hwith them. He also quoted me a lower interest rate. I was amazed with how much money I could save each month by refinancing my home and paying off all of my debts. Then he told me that I was approved. He walked me through the process step by step. Giancarlo always made himself available to answer any concerns that I had. No matter how many times in a day that I called him his personality never changed. He was always courteous and polite. He is an awesome man that really knows what he is doing. I thank God for Giancarlo who reassured me from day one that he had me, and he did. Now instead of just existing, I can live my life to the fullest. I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone that is wanting to buy a home or refinance their existing home. If I knew who Giancarlo immediate supervisor was I would highly recommend that he be given a raise for all that he did to help me. Because my life was truly a living night mare until I refinance my home with Rocket Mortgage."

He was very quick to answer any questions regarding my concerns.Also, he when the time arise that what we had agree in the original loan document had a few discrepancies from what we had in our closing documents we are very grateful that he took the time to go back and correct the savings that we had agree when we started the process .We are happy and Brent did this in a very professional and expedited the process and we where able to close on the date that the closing was set and we are very satisfied with his work and the time he took to correct the discrepancies and his personal interest in that the loan terms where met like we had original intended.Thank you and he is an asset to your company and we appreciate his help ."

Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."
