He promptly returned emails or phone calls through out the whole process of doing our reverse mortgage. Even since closing he has been great to get back with us about a couple questions that have come up. We would definitely recommend Neil to anyone we know who might be investigating a reverse mortgage."

When I contacted him regarding refinancing of my mortgage I made it clear that I wanted to lower my monthly payment and he took all my details and said he would call back. As promised he did call back and, to my surprise, honestly told me he wouldn’t be able to lower my monthly payments enough to make an impact because I was still early in my current mortgage. Where other reps would have pushed to make a sale Zach was honest and wanted to do what was best for me. If I ever have need of refinancing or purchasing a new place, Zach will be my first call."
