Jose Was very patient and always let us know that he had all the time that we needed To be sure we had all of our questions answered, and if he didn’t have the answer at the moment, he was sure enough to make sure he got it. Prime example of an individual who will go above and beyond for you and your family. Buying a home can be very scary for new time buyers but Jose is very good at what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable. I am very thankful to have Jose Zermeno as our loan officer Because I wouldn’t Want any other way. He was there for us every step of the way, always taking the time to answer all our questions as we moved through the process. We really appreciated his “let’s get this done and get you guys into your new home” attitude. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to detail. Zac genuinely cares about his clients, and made himself readily available throughout the entire process. Having closed on our new home, we went by the property to celebrate. He explained the various loans available to buy a house, was knowledgeable, asked relevant questions, gave me concise factual information that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable talking to him. Alex made sure my husband and I understood the process of getting a loan, the various steps involved, and how Rocket Mortgage helped navigate the process. I was able to contact Alex at any time during the process. He was always available, or had a team member contact us. I always felt Alex was there to depend on. He contacted us periodically to update us on the progress of our loan, guide us through the paperwork, inform us of the next step as well as inform us who our contact people were. Alex's caring support kept applying for the loan and finding a home, from being overwhelming. We are more than grateful for his generous assistance. I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team."

She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."

"When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first ...When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first time buyer. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. When I decided to proceed, it felt like Louis did ALL the work, I only needed to provide him information, send some faxes of my finances...etc. Louis would send me emails to update me on progress of my loan, when he said he would call, he would call just as he said, I NEVER felt out of the loop. He walked me through every single step, even helping me to use some features of my home computer, (Im not very computer literate). The service I received from Louis Mendoza was beyond 5 stars, he continuously went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. THANKS Louis!!"
