I just had to write a review about my experience so far as it has been great. The market I am looking in Minnesota has very limited availability at this time of year so it has been a challenge and a little frustrating but Oneal is keeping me ontrack and upbeat which is greatly appreciated! "I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying ...I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team."

I didn't really know much about the homebuying or loan process, but Anna thoroughly talked me through everything. She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."

"When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first ...When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first time buyer. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. When I decided to proceed, it felt like Louis did ALL the work, I only needed to provide him information, send some faxes of my finances...etc. Louis would send me emails to update me on progress of my loan, when he said he would call, he would call just as he said, I NEVER felt out of the loop. He walked me through every single step, even helping me to use some features of my home computer, (Im not very computer literate). The service I received from Louis Mendoza was beyond 5 stars, he continuously went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. THANKS Louis!!"

He facilitated everything smoothly for our re-location, got us approved with a contingent offer as we sold one home, found another, took a new job with a new salary that was all rolled into the picture and it all went incredibly well. I knew I had a great job offer and that the move was right for my family, but I was worried that selling one house, moving, finding another, buying that one, all while starting a new job and getting the kids enrolled in a new school would be a gigantic task. Kevin helped us work through a ton of details and was super quick to respond to all of our questions. This is our second purchase of a home through Rocket Mortgage and this was even more impressive service than our first one was!"

He had a Great Attitude, Courteous, and professional, but there were others assisting him with the loan that needs I think more Training in Customer Service and knowledge of Rocket Mortgage's products! There were a couple times when I asked a question by phone, and they referred the question over Dan! Over all however, we're thrilled with the results of our loan process! We had a VA loan both me & my Husband served in the Army, so we both had E.O.Bs (Eligibility of Benefits from the VA) with another Company called "Roundpoint Mortgage!" Roundpoint Mortgage never reached out to us about refinancing until we were about to Close with Rocket Mortgage Loan! We even called Roundpoint before contacting Rocket Mortgage, but we never got a call back from them! Roundpoint did however, offer us more money back at closing to consolidate out bills or for home improvements and we turned Roundpoint down, because we didn't want to wait and go through the hassle of updating our documents with them. Plus Roundpoint, I've never heard about until at closing and I've heard of Rocket Mortgage and their J.D. Powers & Associates Awards for their Company! I worked for a company and we were always getting recognition from J.D. Power & Associates too for Customer Service, and overall Customer Satisfaction with our product. I know how important it is for a company be recognized and to receive this Award! Refinancing a VA Loan usually takes longer and requires more paperwork to "Close" on the loan! The Only Real Complaints that I had during this process is that we; my husband and I had to open 2 accounts with Rocket Mortgage which made it confusing when I have a "Notarized DPOA" (Durable Power of Attorney) prepared by an Attorney and signed by my husband so I could "Act" & "Sign" on my husband's behalf! I brought this up to Dan, but Dan told me we had to have 2 accounts. Both accounts needed to be signed into so I could sign our documents separately. I would like to see moving forward, Rocket Mortgage adopt a way to combine the 2 accounts into 1 account for future Rocket Mortgage customers. Every once in awhile I would get an email stating there was document(s) to sign or required my attention. I would log into my account and wouldn't see the documents in question. I figured either the documents were taken care of by myself or Rocket Mortgage earlier just before an email was sent to me and Rocket Mortgage removed the documents. I forgot that I had 2 accounts to sign into, because most of the work was done on my account. Chase Bank combined mine and my husband's accounts. I only need to sign into my account to work on either mine or my husband's bills or other banking issues. I believe Rocket Mortgage would only need to upgrade their Software to accomplish this for future Customers. I think Docu-Sign has a way to combine the 2 accounts into 1 account. It would be easier to remember the 1 account. Anyway, Thanks to Dan with helping get us our Loan with a Low Interest Rate! I wish we could've got a way to get more money at closing to consolidate some credit cards we used to when we 1st moved into this home, because the seller (who just flips houses) bought this house which needed repairs at Auction and only minimally repaired this house and added new carpeting, but after the 1st closing we had to do a little updating like putting in a "Walk-in Shower" with "Handicap Bars", because we're disabled Veterans, and my husband couldn't lift his legs over the bathtubs! Plus the tubs, both were 2 small to put a "Shower Chair" in either one of them. I also applied for a Rocket Mortgage line of Credit and got approved for only about $6,000, but the interest rate was like 23-25% so I declined to take the loan. Anyway, I look forward to the many years we'll have with Rocket Mortgage! "

From our first interaction (the instant chat while applying for a pre-approval), he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As I progressed through the loan process, I was comparing two "local" lenders with Rocket. Jo made all the difference. He was able to explain terms/processes/charges in plain, understandable language. To top that off, he was able to get me a better rate than others were offering. Jo made himself (and his team) available whenever I had a question, and they had everything done in a timely manner. Also, having Jo as a contact throughout the entire process was awesome!!! Service alone, Jo earned five stars. But throw in his personality?? We're talking 10 stars and beyond!!! Thank you so much Jo!!!"

"Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend ...Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend to use a local mortgage company only to find myself in living hell. Having committed myself I started looking at other companies that I can change to and saw more good things about Rocket Mortgage than bad so I reached out. In quickly got a call from Jerome who was cordial, calm and expressed verbally a true desire to help. After I explained the situation I was in he explained that he would step with me through the entire process and gave me some recommendations that made me feel at ease. In a few short weeks it seemed that everythignwas going fine until I was made aware of a feew glitches with my credit or to better say people I once had credit with. Jerome and the Team advised it would not be a problem and guided me through the work I diligently had to do. Unfortunately, the mistakes that were made by the companies needed a deeper resolution and I found myself running out of time. Jerome told me not to worry that the time lapse would not be a problem and when I got everything resolved we would refresh and get it done. Indeed we did and I could not be more happy with Rocket Mortgage and Jerome, a true professional and very customer sensitive - traits hard to come by with customer service these days. I have and will continue to recommend Rocket Mortgage to any and all looking to finance or refinance their home."
