"I had a unique situation. I talk with a lot of other banks first and Shawtann said "tell me what you are trying to accomplish and I will find a loan that fits your situation" All of the other banks ...I had a unique situation. I talk with a lot of other banks first and Shawtann said "tell me what you are trying to accomplish and I will find a loan that fits your situation" All of the other banks I spoke to said within the 1st few minutes that no you don't qualify for a construction loan, no one actually stop to ask what I was trying to do with it. But he stopped to ask what I was trying to accomplish and then told me that what I really needed was something totally different than a construction loan and now I am starting to build my house because he took 10 minutes out of his day to find out what I needed ."
