My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next person. I declined to continue the loan process. Rocket Mortgage sent me an email assuring me they could help. So, I contacted them a second time. The fella I talked to seemed nice enough but wasn’t able to help and I did not go through with the loan. The third time Rocket Mortgage contacted I was starting to get annoyed but I thought, why not? It will either be the third time is the charm or three strikes and you’re out. With Mona is the charm. She listened when I talk and heard me. This time when I hit the snag Mona went out of her way to help me through it. Mona gets 5 stars from and I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation."

There were several moments when we weren’t sure what to do or how to approach a situation, and Corey went above and beyond to fill those knowledge gaps and ensure we felt confident in our decisions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first-time buyers."

I called her many times when I had complicated questions and simple questions. She never hesitated to offer up her knowledge, opinion and expertise in helping me make the right decisions. She made me feel comfortable and unique as a customer. I didn't feel like she was "going through the motions" or just simply doing her job...she did her job, but she did it in a way where there were no doubts to whether I was given the right information. She is a wonderful person and I have and will continue to give out her information to future customers. She confirmed to me that I will always use Rocket Mortgage in the future if needed. I only hope she isn't the CEO the next time I need her services so I can get the same amount of service that she undoubtedly gives all of her clients. I was extremely lucky to get in touch with her when I called Rocket Mortgage. "

After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

This second refi has me working with Zee, who is amazing! I had a little trouble getting my refi worked to fit my budget, along with other issues at home delaying the process. Zee never gave up on me. She has the patience of a saint, a way of explaining things so they make sense, and she got my numbers where I wanted them. Now I can get my home exterior painted and a MUCH lower interest rate! Thank you, Zee!"

I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services. My wife left him a voicemail over the long Thanksgiving weekend, not expecting any response until after the holiday break. However, Ryan actively checks his messages even while away from the office, Needless to say, her call was returned and questions answered long before that Monday ever rolled around. We were so impressed with Ryan that we would highly recommend him, as well as Rocket Mortgage, to any future potential clients.
