After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

This second refi has me working with Zee, who is amazing! I had a little trouble getting my refi worked to fit my budget, along with other issues at home delaying the process. Zee never gave up on me. She has the patience of a saint, a way of explaining things so they make sense, and she got my numbers where I wanted them. Now I can get my home exterior painted and a MUCH lower interest rate! Thank you, Zee!"

What sold us on Quicken/Rocket was Rafael. He made the process super easy and super painless. He kept us up to date on everything, even calling us during his vacation. We were never wondering what happened next. He guided us through the process in a way that made us feel like he truly cared about us. I am a 30 year attorney who was relocating for a high level job. I didn't need anything to worry about. In prior loans, I always felt like they were hiding the ball (and often they were), but Rafael was upfront and diligent. He returned calls immediately. I have done this many times and would say that each was a horrible experience. This was the first mortgage that was pain free and problem free. Can no speak higher about Rafael."

He answered all of our questions, as well as returned phone calls promptly. We feel that Ryan goes above and beyond for his potential clients. My wife left him a voicemail over the long Thanksgiving weekend, not expecting any response until after the holiday break. However, Ryan actively checks his messages even while away from the office, Needless to say, her call was returned and questions answered long before that Monday ever rolled around. We were so impressed with Ryan that we would highly recommend him, as well as Rocket Mortgage, to any future potential clients. As the process advanced, we were also impressed with the other Rocket Mortgage representatives we dealt with. Truly a professional group of people."

He kept me up to date on text, email or a phone call and was always courteous of my time (or lack of). I would definitely recommend this process to anyone else looking to refinance a home. He was able to get us the same rate we have but knock off years from our mortgage and get rid of our PMI."

I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes with it) back in Puerto Rico. Until 2023 it made sense financially to rent a home here in South Dakota. In 2023 the monthly payment to continue to rent a home in Wagner became unrealistically high. Is not that I could not pay it but it no longer made sence financially. That's when buying a second home here in South Dakota with a fixed mortgage made sence. I started to research how to get a mortgage to buy a home here in South Dakota. That research started with google from my mobile phone. Rocketmortgage.com was one of the first search results I got. I don't know any mortgage bankers here in South Dakota so I decided to give Rocketmorgage.com a try. Every day since 2015 I took my two labrador retrievers to a tennis court in Wagner, South Dakota so they could run freely and play. That was the setting where I contacted Rocketmortgage.com from a chat on their website. All from my mobile phone. Immediately a Senior Mortgage Banker from RocketMortgage.com reached out -> Maxwell Bednarek. Then he contacted my over the phone. In less than 10 minutes over the phone he pre-qualified me. He was very customer friendly and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision to go ahead and try to get a mortgage with Rocketmortgage.com. I never though that I actually could buy a home directly from the internet and using as a tool just my phone to make and receive phone calls and my email to receive and reply to messages ! People like Max make you trust something as potentially not personal as the internet as a way to get a mortgage and buy a home which traditionally has been done by going to a regular bank and dealing in person with a Mortgage Banker. There is nothing wrong with that. That is how I got my mortgage in Puerto Rico for the home that I have there. However, my primary home which is here in South Dakota and is located in the city of Armour is the one that I purchased with the mortgage from Rocketmortgage.com and it is all thanks to Maxwell Bednarek. My refinance took around 30 days from start to finish and the Rocket Mortgage website made everything so simple. I could follow the loan process, see what they needed, and easily upload any information. My refi was complicated because I own a few businesses, my house is in a trust and have rental properties. Jonathan simplified in ONE month , what the other bank couldn't get done on 2 months. His communication was excellent and very timely. Everything went EXACTLY as he explained it and in the timeframe he laid out. WHEN you call Rocket Mortgage, ask for Jonathan- you will not be disappointed. "

He was very quick to answer any questions regarding my concerns.Also, he when the time arise that what we had agree in the original loan document had a few discrepancies from what we had in our closing documents we are very grateful that he took the time to go back and correct the savings that we had agree when we started the process .We are happy and Brent did this in a very professional and expedited the process and we where able to close on the date that the closing was set and we are very satisfied with his work and the time he took to correct the discrepancies and his personal interest in that the loan terms where met like we had original intended.Thank you and he is an asset to your company and we appreciate his help ."
