Throughout the sometimes frustrating and lengthy process, she was creative in problem solving. Dealing with multiple incomes from different countries with tax treaties involved, Mallory stuck with me and got every one of the sixty plus documents I uploaded, approved. Whenever she handed me over to other Rocket employees to do the next step, they weren’t able to get it done as efficiently and promptly as Mallory did when I asked her to help yet again. Any corporation should be so lucky to have highly capable, dedicated, committed and passionate staff like Mallory working for them. I sincerely hope that Rocket Mortgage is aware and appreciate the jewel they have in her. If you are lucky enough to have Mallory on your case, you can breath easy, she’ll get you through it!"

Finding our home was a long arduous journey, as we ran into several unforeseen challenges. Greg was with us every step of the way, offering us steps to take so could plan ahead the loan process and guidance in how to navigate through difficult situations. The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. I am glad I did speak with him. I wish I had done that 2 years ago. Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I would say honest in his interaction with me. He made everything easy as far as signing the documents. He guided me through all the complexities. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages. In addition, there were also several personnel challenges within Rocket Mortgage which got confusing. By the time my file got to Victor I was completely discouraged and ready to give up, but the 7% interest rate we were paying told me to press forward. So I did! Victor ensured me that I would be the last person I spoke with and promised to see my file to close. HE DID JUST THAT! His continuous communication and knowledge of the mortgage industry was paramount to helping my situation. The road was not easy and there were a few moments of despair but Victor held steadfast and knew that our file could close. Victor, I scream THANK YOU!!!! U all know how buying a house is stressful but working with Mr Bommarito was stress fee. I felt comfortable talking to him. Could ask any questions even if it was a simple question he took his time to answer n explain everything to me. He Kept me informed on everything. Even when the papers were turn over to the underwriters, n they ask for a document I call Cory and he will explain it to me in a way that ican understand why certain documents were needed. His good nature came through from the beginning, and, remained the same to the very end of our business relationship with him. It was very obvious that he is a person who takes his profession and customer service very seriously. His calm and soothing voice came in very handy when we had to deal with challenges, especially since we were purchasing a home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. His soothing, verbal manner in relating to us, especially as Seniors who are not so highly technologically savvy, gave us the confidence, assurance and trust when we needed it most. The best part of Mike is that he is just a caring and trustworthy guy who knows his stuff which is an essential and priceless asset when assuming a mortgage! They have figured out how to make things very simplistic, which is needed in today's age of technology where many banks fail in that regard.
