From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed ...A few months back, when I first reached out to Rocket Mortgage, I was incredibly fortunate to connect with Elizabeth as my initial point of contact. From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed by her extensive knowledge and incredible enthusiasm to help me explore refinancing options. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances at the time, I wasn't able to proceed, but Elizabeth was so understanding and assured me I could reach out anytime I was ready again. When that time finally came, I contacted her, and she was on it immediately, making me feel truly invested in and supported! Thanks to her dedication and genuine effort, my child and I are now living with a newfound sense of ease and comfort. It might sound a bit silly to say about someone I've never met in person, but I honestly feel like Elizabeth made a profound and positive difference for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her – and anyone she suggests – because she consistently provides honest, direct advice and will undoubtedly guide you in the right direction. He was quick to respond to calls, easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable all during the process. The closing was prompt due to Matt's explanation of all that was needed. In that way, it was easier for me to gather together paperwork and documents needed. Matt was very helpful. He listened to my story and was both kind and strategic in his directions. I could not believe how easy it was. I closed on the property in less than a month. I had a questions or two and he answered and followed through. Honestly, I do not believe I would own this property without him. I see advertisements for Rocket Mortgage. If they have won accolades in their 'space', it is because of folks like Jake. I could not have done it without him. He was beyond excellent!"

Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. He told that I could do everything online and he would be there to help me along the way if I needed anything. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay... It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did. Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !! When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call?? Alan !! "

"I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!! Dorian Gray was our contact person from the beginning. He has made our entire experience with Rocket Mortgage smooth, painless and even entertaining at times. He was always professional and personable at the same time. Dorian was very knowledgeable of the entire process and knew exactly what we needed to find the right home for us within our budget and get the financing and mortgage payment we needed. He literally worked night and day to make sure we had what we needed to secure a good interest rate and get it locked in during these uncertain times, until we close. He even reached out directly to our realtor, as well as the seller's realtor to get the information we needed to do just that, surprising them as much as us in his tenacity to do a good job for us. We both have enjoyed working with Dorian and always felt like he really cared about meeting our needs throughout the entire process."

I believe that it was the people who did not have a comprehensive understanding about the products they had to offer and/or not willing to help make it happen. Erin, however, made it a priority to find a way and she made it a simple and a pleasurable experience and has already been referred because of her knowledge of the process. I have already and will continue to refer Rocket Mortgage via Erin Imsland exclusively. It says a lot for me to refer my friends family & business associates. If your entire staff treated the customer the way Erin handled my refinance, Rocket Mortgage would be the only company people would use. Erin Imsland was comprehensive in the entire process. If she said something was going to be done, It was done. when she explained the process....it was the process. When I asked her a question she had great confidence in her answers and her follow through was always as she said it would be. I owe a debt of gratitude to Erin Imsland for going the extra mile and making my refinancing a success. "
