He ...I would give Jill more than 5 stars. I spent much of my working years in customer service and she is tops on my assessment. I once had an "exchange engineer" from Pakistan as a repeat customer. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas I spent time actually getting to know him. I probably missed a lot of sales during the times I spent with him, but that compliment made up for it in spades."

Sarah made the process absolutely painless and was amazing to work with, answering every one of our mountain of questions along the way regardless of when we bugged her. One of the reasons we actually moved forward with a purchase was because Sarah made everything so easy that it took a lot of worry out of the process. We're closing on our new house soon, and I honestly don't know how the experience could have been improved at all. Sarah did a FANTASTIC job, communicated all of the info we needed and asked for clearly and quickly, and turned the home loan process (something normally incredibly complex and frustrating) into something simple and easy. Great work Sarah!"

Throughout the sometimes frustrating and lengthy process, she was creative in problem solving. Dealing with multiple incomes from different countries with tax treaties involved, Mallory stuck with me and got every one of the sixty plus documents I uploaded, approved. Whenever she handed me over to other Rocket employees to do the next step, they weren’t able to get it done as efficiently and promptly as Mallory did when I asked her to help yet again. Any corporation should be so lucky to have highly capable, dedicated, committed and passionate staff like Mallory working for them. I sincerely hope that Rocket Mortgage is aware and appreciate the jewel they have in her. If you are lucky enough to have Mallory on your case, you can breath easy, she’ll get you through it!"

To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."

Daniel advised me to look into a First Time Home Buyer program and talked me through the next steps that I would be taking. What was so wonderful about Daniel is that he was patient, kind and funny! He called and checked on me to see where I was in each step and encouraged me to step out and start looking for my home and told me to call him at any time! I really don't know what I would have done if Daniel was not the agent that answered the phone! Thank you so much Daniel! Thank you Rocket for employing such knowledgeable and caring people!"

The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. I am glad I did speak with him. I wish I had done that 2 years ago. Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I would say honest in his interaction with me. He made everything easy as far as signing the documents. He guided me through all the complexities. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages.
