To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."

He eased my nerves regarding something that I knew nothing about and was scared to do! Daniel was patient and understanding and was willing to explain the process and how Rocket works. Daniel advised me to look into a First Time Home Buyer program and talked me through the next steps that I would be taking. What was so wonderful about Daniel is that he was patient, kind and funny! He called and checked on me to see where I was in each step and encouraged me to step out and start looking for my home and told me to call him at any time! I really don't know what I would have done if Daniel was not the agent that answered the phone! Thank you so much Daniel! Thank you Rocket for employing such knowledgeable and caring people!"

Greg was with us every step of the way, offering us steps to take so could plan ahead the loan process and guidance in how to navigate through difficult situations. The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. I am glad I did speak with him. I wish I had done that 2 years ago. Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I would say honest in his interaction with me. He made everything easy as far as signing the documents. He guided me through all the complexities. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages. I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes with it) back in Puerto Rico. Until 2023 it made sense financially to rent a home here in South Dakota. In 2023 the monthly payment to continue to rent a home in Wagner became unrealistically high. Is not that I could not pay it but it no longer made sence financially. That's when buying a second home here in South Dakota with a fixed mortgage made sence. I started to research how to get a mortgage to buy a home here in South Dakota. That research started with google from my mobile phone. Rocketmortgage.com was one of the first search results I got. I don't know any mortgage bankers here in South Dakota so I decided to give Rocketmorgage.com a try. Every day since 2015 I took my two labrador retrievers to a tennis court in Wagner, South Dakota so they could run freely and play. That was the setting where I contacted Rocketmortgage.com from a chat on their website. All from my mobile phone. Immediately a Senior Mortgage Banker from RocketMortgage.com reached out -> Maxwell Bednarek. Then he contacted my over the phone. In less than 10 minutes over the phone he pre-qualified me. After we got a tour of our favorite house, me and my fiancé we decided not to lose the house we just took a tour of and we also decided to get a good rate with low down payment and with a good lender since we are first time home buyer. We ask our realtor for a quicker way and better lender to get the house, and she recommended us Rocket Mortgage. We applied for a pre-approval with Rocket Mortgage.
