He answered all of our questions, as well as returned phone calls promptly. We feel that Ryan goes above and beyond for his potential clients. My wife left him a voicemail over the long Thanksgiving weekend, not expecting any response until after the holiday break. However, Ryan actively checks his messages even while away from the office, Needless to say, her call was returned and questions answered long before that Monday ever rolled around. We were so impressed with Ryan that we would highly recommend him, as well as Rocket Mortgage, to any future potential clients. As the process advanced, we were also impressed with the other Rocket Mortgage representatives we dealt with. Truly a professional group of people."

This was my first home buying experience, and working with Jo was what made it a pleasurable one. From our first interaction (the instant chat while applying for a pre-approval), he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As I progressed through the loan process, I was comparing two "local" lenders with Rocket. Jo made all the difference. He was able to explain terms/processes/charges in plain, understandable language. To top that off, he was able to get me a better rate than others were offering. Jo made himself (and his team) available whenever I had a question, and they had everything done in a timely manner. Also, having Jo as a contact throughout the entire process was awesome!!! Service alone, Jo earned five stars. But throw in his personality?? We're talking 10 stars and beyond!!! Thank you so much Jo!!!"

"Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend ...Waiting for sometime to refinance my home because I just didn't want to go through the horror stories that I had heard about with the process I finally gave in and took the recommendation of a Friend to use a local mortgage company only to find myself in living hell. Having committed myself I started looking at other companies that I can change to and saw more good things about Rocket Mortgage than bad so I reached out. In quickly got a call from Jerome who was cordial, calm and expressed verbally a true desire to help. After I explained the situation I was in he explained that he would step with me through the entire process and gave me some recommendations that made me feel at ease. In a few short weeks it seemed that everythignwas going fine until I was made aware of a feew glitches with my credit or to better say people I once had credit with. Jerome and the Team advised it would not be a problem and guided me through the work I diligently had to do. Unfortunately, the mistakes that were made by the companies needed a deeper resolution and I found myself running out of time. Jerome told me not to worry that the time lapse would not be a problem and when I got everything resolved we would refresh and get it done. Indeed we did and I could not be more happy with Rocket Mortgage and Jerome, a true professional and very customer sensitive - traits hard to come by with customer service these days. I have and will continue to recommend Rocket Mortgage to any and all looking to finance or refinance their home."

When Nathan and I connected for the first time, his courteous, knowledgeable, and professional poise definitely eased my doubts and, I could also tell, he was just as excited as I was for me to acquire my new home! That in itself convinced me he would me diligent and motivated to make it all happen! Even through the pandemic and with many businesses closed, I am gratefully writing this review from my NEW home about a good Friend I highly recommend to anyone who is considering any of Nathan's assistance! He never steered me wrong and if he was unsure about something, he told me he was but said he would get back to me with the right answer! He always did!!! That's solid in my book! After receiving some calls, I finally called them back and immediately felt at home with my advisor, Philip Dodd. He truly understood my fears, my desire to get an accurate account of what I would be able to afford, and really expressed that he would be in my corner every step of the way - which he was. He gave me accurate figures that allowed me to buy the house I am in now without worrying about any surprises. He was always reachable (evenings, weekends, etc) which made the entire process much more comfortable for me. He was great every step of the way. What really convinced me to work with him (and Rocket Mortgage) was when he sent me an email after our first conversation stating that, although we would probably never meet in person, he wanted me to know him as if we had, and he proceeded to send me an email about himself with a picture of his family. It was a great personal touch."
