He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I started the home buying process about a year ago with another company, and it was clear that they did not want to assist me in purchasing a home. This was not the case this time around. I am so glad I waited and was able to be connected with Phillip. I also do not have a typical work schedule, and he was able to work around that as well, all while keeping a positive attitude. I am so grateful for him - more than he will ever know. Thank you!"
