Professional and courteous he always had the answer to whatever I asked and I am confident that on the occasion that he couldn't, he would have gotten me the answer. He constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was going as anticipated, and was honestly concerned. He is destined to move up in the company quickly with his knowledge and enthusiasm. From our first conversation he made sure I got what I was looking for and made it happen..and faster than originally estimated......a week early! Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to work with this man because he is a credit to the Rocket Mortgage team and what makes this company worth working with. And just in short, I got several other quotes and none of them could offer what Danny and Rocket Mortgage were able to get me. Bravo Rocket Mortgage and Danny!!!"

He advised me that I would no benefit from refinancing ...I called for information on the HARP program to see if it would benefit me to refinance. Our experience started out with a real estate ...Jim Canfield is outstanding with customer service! We knew nothing about purchasing a home, but Jim always made himself available to us day or night. Our experience started out with a real estate agent, but we decided on a house the was For Sale by Owner. Thats when we found out we had to do all the leg work that the realtor usually does ourselves. Jim was there for us the entire process. We only worked with Jim a couple months, but it felt like we knew him for years. Could we have gone elsewhere to seek financing....sure, but I don't think we would have received the friendly service and devotion that we recieved from Jim. It's funny how a bank lender we never met can have such a impact on us. I hadn't talked to him in almost 3 weeks and he called to see how we were settling into our new home. That phone call goes to show how good a person Jim is. It shows you're a person to him and not just a number. If you decide to go with Rocket Mortgage I strongly suggest you request Jim Canfield. I promise you will not be disappointed. Jim...if you read this...thank you for all your help and direction. You're the best!"

"well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks.
