When Nathan and I connected for the first time, his courteous, knowledgeable, and professional poise definitely eased my doubts and, I could also tell, he was just as excited as I was for me to acquire my new home! That in itself convinced me he would me diligent and motivated to make it all happen! Even through the pandemic and with many businesses closed, I am gratefully writing this review from my NEW home about a good Friend I highly recommend to anyone who is considering any of Nathan's assistance! He never steered me wrong and if he was unsure about something, he told me he was but said he would get back to me with the right answer! He always did!!! That's solid in my book! Again, great guy to work with!!!👍"

After receiving some calls, I finally called them ...One Friday night when I was trying to figure out what I should do in terms of buying a new home, I filled out a form on the Rocket Mortgage website. After receiving some calls, I finally called them back and immediately felt at home with my advisor, Philip Dodd. He truly understood my fears, my desire to get an accurate account of what I would be able to afford, and really expressed that he would be in my corner every step of the way - which he was. He gave me accurate figures that allowed me to buy the house I am in now without worrying about any surprises. He was always reachable (evenings, weekends, etc) which made the entire process much more comfortable for me. He was great every step of the way. What really convinced me to work with him (and Rocket Mortgage) was when he sent me an email after our first conversation stating that, although we would probably never meet in person, he wanted me to know him as if we had, and he proceeded to send me an email about himself with a picture of his family. It was a great personal touch."

"When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare ...When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare pre-approval letters for each of 4 - 5 different properties, which he always did quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under contract by the time we were able to present our offer. On our fifth attempt to purchase a home, the seller requested a faster than normal closing time, and once again Mario worked to accomodate our request. The fifth time "was a charm" however, and we are scheduled to close on our new home in a few days. We would highly recommend Mario Glimpse and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and process. He made the sometimes frustrating home-buying experience much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you, Mario!"

From the initial call, until closing, Simon was there every step of the way. I truly understand that there are stages to any loan that get passed on to the next person for their role in the process. Simon was there the entire way if I had any questions and always made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decisions as it is a huge step. Thank you Simon. Sarah made the process absolutely painless and was amazing to work with, answering every one of our mountain of questions along the way regardless of when we bugged her. One of the reasons we actually moved forward with a purchase was because Sarah made everything so easy that it took a lot of worry out of the process. We're closing on our new house soon, and I honestly don't know how the experience could have been improved at all. Sarah did a FANTASTIC job, communicated all of the info we needed and asked for clearly and quickly, and turned the home loan process (something normally incredibly complex and frustrating) into something simple and easy. Great work Sarah!"

Throughout the sometimes ...Mallory deserves at least ten stars! From the moment she answered my call to get pre approved until the day of closing, she has been super knowledgeable and very helpful. Throughout the sometimes frustrating and lengthy process, she was creative in problem solving. Dealing with multiple incomes from different countries with tax treaties involved, Mallory stuck with me and got every one of the sixty plus documents I uploaded, approved. Whenever she handed me over to other Rocket employees to do the next step, they weren’t able to get it done as efficiently and promptly as Mallory did when I asked her to help yet again. Any corporation should be so lucky to have highly capable, dedicated, committed and passionate staff like Mallory working for them. I sincerely hope that Rocket Mortgage is aware and appreciate the jewel they have in her. If you are lucky enough to have Mallory on your case, you can breath easy, she’ll get you through it!"

My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next person. I declined to continue the loan process. Rocket Mortgage sent me an email assuring me they could help. So, I contacted them a second time. The fella I talked to seemed nice enough but wasn’t able to help and I did not go through with the loan. The third time Rocket Mortgage contacted I was starting to get annoyed but I thought, why not? It will either be the third time is the charm or three strikes and you’re out. With Mona is the charm. She listened when I talk and heard me. This time when I hit the snag Mona went out of her way to help me through it. Mona gets 5 stars from and I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation."

Finding our home was a long arduous journey, as we ran into several unforeseen challenges. Greg was with us every step of the way, offering us steps to take so could plan ahead the loan process and guidance in how to navigate through difficult situations. The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. The qualities that he holds are definitely above and beyond the normal work ethic! He upholds high standards for his clients and is most compassionate!
