Anytime I wanted to ask a question, I could post it on their site and typically received a satisfactory response within a few short hours. Additionally, people were usually available via phone. The website is user friendly and all folks that I talked to were professional, knowledgable and friendly. I communicated with three people during the process and Marc was one of them, he kept me up to date on my status so I was confident that he was monitoring/updating my account regularly. I will strongly encourage all that I know to go through Rocket Mortgage when purchasing a home!"

He ...I would give Jill more than 5 stars. I spent much of my working years in customer service and she is tops on my assessment. I once had an "exchange engineer" from Pakistan as a repeat customer. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas I spent time actually getting to know him. I probably missed a lot of sales during the times I spent with him, but that compliment made up for it in spades."

To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."

In addition, there were also several personnel challenges within Rocket Mortgage which got confusing. By the time my file got to Victor I was completely discouraged and ready to give up, but the 7% interest rate we were paying told me to press forward. So I did! Victor ensured me that I would be the last person I spoke with and promised to see my file to close. HE DID JUST THAT! His continuous communication and knowledge of the mortgage industry was paramount to helping my situation. The road was not easy and there were a few moments of despair but Victor held steadfast and knew that our file could close. Victor, I scream THANK YOU!!!! I hope you hear me as multiple states separate us. I will definitely use Rocket Mortgage again and specifically request Victor Vasquez. One happy customer, Karla Revere "

He was quick to respond to calls, easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable all during the process. The closing was prompt due to Matt's explanation of all that was needed. In that way, it was easier for me to gather together paperwork and documents needed. Matt was very helpful. In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced. I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael, and everyone along the way, down through the Notary Ann who helped us sign and close, was fast, friendly, professional, and stress-free! I won't ever seek any lender other the Rocket Mortgage for my home mortgage needs. Consider this timeline! It's April 12th and I'm thinking about a better mortgage rate, consolidating debt and getting cash out. I input some information into a lender-finding app and here comes 3 or 4 ready to go. One stands out from the rest, then I get the call from Anna...the outstander. By April 14th, Michael is on me with what he needs to make it all work. I work with him and in no time flat he has me at closing. A great rate, total debt-consolidation and cash out, all happened in 21 days, a mere 3 weeks from the thought to fruition. We closed on May 3rd. Mind blown!!! Kudos, Anna and all the Rocket Mortgage angels!"

He listened to my story and was both kind and strategic in his directions. I could not believe how easy it was. I closed on the property in less than a month. I had a questions or two and he answered and followed through. Honestly, I do not believe I would own this property without him. I see advertisements for Rocket Mortgage. If they have won accolades in their 'space', it is because of folks like Jake. I could not have done it without him. He was beyond excellent!"

Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. He told that I could do everything online and he would be there to help me along the way if I needed anything. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay... It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did. Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !! When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call?? Alan !! "

But thanks to Ali picking up calls on a Saturday afternoon and getting us pre-qualified that evening, we were able to get an offer in on the hot property before it was sold to someone else. Just amazing really. We are grateful for Ali. AND he was really fun to work with too."
