She made sure that my wife and I understood the entire process, she was very realistic in expectation from the start, and once she was able to piece together all the information needed, she worked with us on a plan that met all of our goals and needs. I have had other loan officers contact us and always offer us the moon to get our business, Isabel was not like that at all. What made it even better was her accessibility and the team that she has surrounding her. When ever I had questions (which were a few), she always responded and got back to me. Even when it involved her other team members, she made sure that she was looped in and stayed on top of everything.....from start till finish. I am so glad that we worked with her and mortgage rocket."

"When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare ...When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare pre-approval letters for each of 4 - 5 different properties, which he always did quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under contract by the time we were able to present our offer. On our fifth attempt to purchase a home, the seller requested a faster than normal closing time, and once again Mario worked to accomodate our request. The fifth time "was a charm" however, and we are scheduled to close on our new home in a few days. We would highly recommend Mario Glimpse and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and process. He made the sometimes frustrating home-buying experience much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you, Mario!"

I am delighted that phone call was answered by Phillip Hansen of Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, Michigan. Phillip was Friendly, Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. Ever since While we looked @ more than a dozen properties in Greater Sacramento area, Phillip was guiding and updating me so that My monthly mortgage payment remains healthy and financially viable. After consulting with his underwriter, He also suggested that I payoff some of my outstanding loans which I did and I am glad that I did and it feels like less of a financial burden now. Phillip is extremely diligent, meticulous and hard worker. There are three hour time difference between me and Phillip. His response to any question via text or email was always instantaneous. He was even answering his emails while honeymooning in Mexico. In Northern California, during this whole process was an intense sellers’ market. After getting outbid by so many offers sometimes $40/$50K over the asking price, I almost gave up. Phillip was calm, positive and tenacious and made certain I get my home that I am happy with. The loan was expedited and closed in 25 days. We got the keys on June,13 of 2022. We are very happy with our purchase and living the American dream. Thank-you Phillip. Throughout the sometimes frustrating and lengthy process, she was creative in problem solving. Dealing with multiple incomes from different countries with tax treaties involved, Mallory stuck with me and got every one of the sixty plus documents I uploaded, approved. Whenever she handed me over to other Rocket employees to do the next step, they weren’t able to get it done as efficiently and promptly as Mallory did when I asked her to help yet again. Any corporation should be so lucky to have highly capable, dedicated, committed and passionate staff like Mallory working for them. Finding our home was a long arduous journey, as we ran into several unforeseen challenges. Greg was with us every step of the way, offering us steps to take so could plan ahead the loan process and guidance in how to navigate through difficult situations. The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. I am glad I did speak with him. I wish I had done that 2 years ago. Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I would say honest in his interaction with me. He made everything easy as far as signing the documents. He guided me through all the complexities. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages.
