I had just found out from my mortgage company that there wasn't enough money taken out for tax and insurance so I owed this amount more and my monthly payments were to go up. My first thought was they couldn't figure this out before I started making payments! So, I got on the computer looking for a refinance company that I could use. I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. I am glad that he has had the patience to work with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs the help like I did."

However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was ...Initially I was undecided about applying for a refinance loan online - I like the old school style of sitting across the desk from someone. However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!! He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."

Customer service has always been important to me but over the last 14 yrs of struggling, to get help, from people I thought were my friends, after breaking my neck, customer service is now a necessity! Chad, went above and beyond what I expected making the processes so much easier and faster then I thought. I live in constant pain yet he made it fairly pain free. "
