"well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks. Nathan has been very communicative, pleasant to work with, responsive, and works fast and in the best interests of his clients! In short, he takes the knife out of my blender. :) What a rock star loan officer. Personable and chugs right through it, and creatively when needed. We are on day 5 and thanks to Nathan and Rocket Mortgage's Rocket Loan Program I am conditionally approved with ease and I can slow the blender down.
