My first loan specialist talked but didn’t listen. It felt like she was in a hurry to get to next person. I declined to continue the loan process. Rocket Mortgage sent me an email assuring me they could help. So, I contacted them a second time. The fella I talked to seemed nice enough but wasn’t able to help and I did not go through with the loan. The third time Rocket Mortgage contacted I was starting to get annoyed but I thought, why not? It will either be the third time is the charm or three strikes and you’re out. With Mona is the charm. She listened when I talk and heard me. This time when I hit the snag Mona went out of her way to help me through it. Mona gets 5 stars from and I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation."

Greg was with us every step of the way, offering us steps to take so could plan ahead the loan process and guidance in how to navigate through difficult situations. The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. I asked him to give me his honest opinion. He stated that he will call me back, after doing some calculations. He did call me back, and stated that I would save from paying too much interest on the loan, after giving me a 2.99% from 5.50%. I am glad I did speak with him. I wish I had done that 2 years ago. Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I would say honest in his interaction with me. He made everything easy as far as signing the documents. He guided me through all the complexities. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages. My refinance took around 30 days from start to finish and the Rocket Mortgage website made everything so simple. I could follow the loan process, see what they needed, and easily upload any information. My refi was complicated because I own a few businesses, my house is in a trust and have rental properties. Jonathan simplified in ONE month , what the other bank couldn't get done on 2 months. His communication was excellent and very timely. Everything went EXACTLY as he explained it and in the timeframe he laid out. WHEN you call Rocket Mortgage, ask for Jonathan- you will not be disappointed. "

After we got a tour of our favorite house, me and my fiancé we decided not to lose the house we just took a tour of and we also decided to get a good rate with low down payment and with a good lender since we are first time home buyer. We ask our realtor for a quicker way and better lender to get the house, and she recommended us Rocket Mortgage. We applied for a pre-approval with Rocket Mortgage. We are glad and really satisfied that we choose Rocket Mortgage as our lender. We are satisfied and happy with their fair fees, easy and quick processing of getting of our favorite house. We got a good acceptable interest rate and we paid a very low down payment.
