The Rocket Mortgage team I worked with is great, answering details of the loan and closing cost. The web site is excellent, although, the requirements are sometimes not clear. In some instances, I end up answering the same question at least 2 times and this is quite irritating.. Lastly, I have some suggestions in the preparation for the cash needed at closing cost. As a client, I would want that the estimated cash needed at closing to be as close as possible to the actual amount. At my closing there is at least $ 500+ related to the homeowner association that should have been disclosed at the beginning. The standard estimate form should include this, although it may increase the closing cost that is presented to the potential client."
