Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism ...I’ve been dealing with Thomas over the past year trying to refinance my house. To some extent, I was a difficult client to deal with. Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism was in wavering. He was patient and understanding of my situation. He never pressured me towards anything and was always helpful as we worked out my refinance. I finally contacted him 3 weeks ago and he quickly locked me into a 30 yr conventional loan at 3.375%. He worked into the evening making sure we had everything covered and that enabled me to finally refinance my mortgage at a rate that benefits my family and I immensely. I recommend Thomas in handling any and all mortgage dealings. He has an in depth knowledge of the mortgage financing industry which based on his long tenure at Rocket Mortgage. He is more than capable of serving his clients’ mortgage needs."

Brandon Matti and Jennifer Parks held my hand, and walked me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone! Even when I thought we were going to be declined and we hit some pretty huge holes in the road Jennifer and Brandon always let me know they were fighting for me and what we had to do to make things right. I am now living in my house for a little over a month and all my Thanks go to these 2 people. Not to mention with the app, and online log on for Rocket Mortgage you can always see what documents you need, what you need to do next, where in the process you are, and a little chat window for questions and concerns. Rocket Mortgage is defiantly where the future of mortgage is going. Now I only wish I lived closer to their headquarters, I myself have a customer service related job and would only be so lucky to work for a company with such amazing customer service support! Great job guys! Keep up the OUTSTANDING job!"

What sold us on ...Getting a mortgage or refinancing is never something someone looks forward to doing. We were moving half way across the country and were given three recommended providers. What sold us on Quicken/Rocket was Rafael. He made the process super easy and super painless. He kept us up to date on everything, even calling us during his vacation. We were never wondering what happened next. He guided us through the process in a way that made us feel like he truly cared about us. I am a 30 year attorney who was relocating for a high level job. I didn't need anything to worry about. In prior loans, I always felt like they were hiding the ball (and often they were), but Rafael was upfront and diligent. He returned calls immediately. I have done this many times and would say that each was a horrible experience. This was the first mortgage that was pain free and problem free. Can no speak higher about Rafael."

In that way, it was easier for me to gather together paperwork and documents needed. Matt was very helpful. He listened to my story and was both kind and strategic in his directions. I could not believe how easy it was. I closed on the property in less than a month. I had a questions or two and he answered and followed through. Honestly, I do not believe I would own this property without him. I see advertisements for Rocket Mortgage. If they have won accolades in their 'space', it is because of folks like Jake. I could not have done it without him. He was beyond excellent!"

"Alan encouraged me to complete the application process with Rocket Mortgage when I called to inquire. I had received so many rejections in the past from my previous mortgage holders. Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. He told that I could do everything online and he would be there to help me along the way if I needed anything. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay... It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did. Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !! When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call?? Alan !! "

He was super patient with all of our questions and requests for different loan package estimates since we weren't even sure how much we wanted to put down as a down payment. We also told Kevin we wanted to close quickly and he helped us make that a reality - from our first call to closing day was 23 days!! Along the way, we had other people from Rocket Mortgage working with us, but we always turned back to Kevin to ask questions and understand the process. He always responded promptly and with the necessary information. I don't know if I would have recommended Rocket Mortgage to my friends if it hadn't been for Kevin!! So if he is your rep at Rocket Mortgage, you can trust that you are in good hands."

Once the process started, he made it easy, answered my calls and texts quickly making the process simple. Not only simple, but from day one to closing, it only took 17 Days approx. Anyone who takes a call from Mr. Gallagher in reference to refinancing, I would recommend you listen to the numbers before just saying no, Thank You Again Mr. Gallagher"
