Jose Was very patient and always let us know that he had all the time that we needed To be sure we had all of our questions answered, and if he didn’t have the answer at the moment, he was sure enough to make sure he got it. Prime example of an individual who will go above and beyond for you and your family. Buying a home can be very scary for new time buyers but Jose is very good at what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable. I am very thankful to have Jose Zermeno as our loan officer Because I wouldn’t Want any other way. In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced. I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael, and everyone along the way, down through the Notary Ann who helped us sign and close, was fast, friendly, professional, and stress-free! I won't ever seek any lender other the Rocket Mortgage for my home mortgage needs. Consider this timeline! It's April 12th and I'm thinking about a better mortgage rate, consolidating debt and getting cash out. I input some information into a lender-finding app and here comes 3 or 4 ready to go. One stands out from the rest, then I get the call from Anna...the outstander. By April 14th, Michael is on me with what he needs to make it all work. I work with him and in no time flat he has me at closing. A great rate, total debt-consolidation and cash out, all happened in 21 days, a mere 3 weeks from the thought to fruition. We closed on May 3rd. Mind blown!!! Kudos, Anna and all the Rocket Mortgage angels!"

He listened to my story and was both kind and strategic in his directions. I could not believe how easy it was. I closed on the property in less than a month. I had a questions or two and he answered and followed through. Honestly, I do not believe I would own this property without him. I see advertisements for Rocket Mortgage. If they have won accolades in their 'space', it is because of folks like Jake. I could not have done it without him. He was beyond excellent!"

Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. He told that I could do everything online and he would be there to help me along the way if I needed anything. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay... It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did. Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !! When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call?? Alan !! "

U all know how buying a house is stressful but working with Mr Bommarito was stress fee. I felt comfortable talking to him. Could ask any questions even if it was a simple question he took his time to answer n explain everything to me. He Kept me informed on everything. Even when the papers were turn over to the underwriters, n they ask for a document I call Cory and he will explain it to me in a way that ican understand why certain documents were needed. He's the guy to talk to. u won't regret it at all. He's awesome to work with. pleasant, caring, patient n want to see that u get the best. Rocket Mortgage u have the best. We also told Kevin we wanted to close quickly and he helped us make that a reality - from our first call to closing day was 23 days!! Along the way, we had other people from Rocket Mortgage working with us, but we always turned back to Kevin to ask questions and understand the process. He always responded promptly and with the necessary information. I don't know if I would have recommended Rocket Mortgage to my friends if it hadn't been for Kevin!! Dorian Gray was our contact person from the beginning. He has made our entire experience with Rocket Mortgage smooth, painless and even entertaining at times. He was always professional and personable at the same time. Dorian was very knowledgeable of the entire process and knew exactly what we needed to find the right home for us within our budget and get the financing and mortgage payment we needed. He literally worked night and day to make sure we had what we needed to secure a good interest rate and get it locked in during these uncertain times, until we close. He even reached out directly to our realtor, as well as the seller's realtor to get the information we needed to do just that, surprising them as much as us in his tenacity to do a good job for us. We both have enjoyed working with Dorian and always felt like he really cared about meeting our needs throughout the entire process."

Andrew ...When my wife and I decided it was time for the next step in our journey of life to purchase a home we turned to Rocket Mortgage based off a referral we received from close family friends. Andrew right out of the gate was so helpful and really calmed us down about the whole home buying process. Andrew was super diligent and always a step ahead of the game. He and our realtor really made a great team which at the end of the day is what you want to have on your side! There were plenty of late nights making deals and writing contracts and Andrew taking time on his day off sending us our updated pre-approval letters. Needless to say he had nothing but our best interest in mind. We had a special situation regarding my wife's maternity leave and her verification of income, so Andrew worked non stop with the underwriting team and solved the issue extremely fast and we were back on track. Rocket Mortgage and their staff (especially Andrew) are wonderful and we look forward to working with them when we decide to refinance! Thanks Andrew for all you have done, my family and I really appreciate you so much! "
