He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."

All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

Customer service has always been important to me but over the last 14 yrs of struggling, to get help, from people I thought were my friends, after breaking my neck, customer service is now a necessity! Chad, went above and beyond what I expected making the processes so much easier and faster then I thought. I live in constant pain yet he made it fairly pain free. "

That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."

Within 5 minutes I had a person calling me. I had been with the other company 20 years and hadn't spoke to anyone. It was Cole, he was very informative and concerned with my situation. He talked to me about options and offered a best solution. I am forever grateful for his help and ease of processes. I had been dealing with the now old company for over a month and was going no where and with Cole guiding the way closed within a few weeks. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing a mortgage."

Jesse called and talked to me like a friend and not a client. I still told him I was going with the other lender and he said yeah no worries just making sure Elvis working out for you. I told him yes and moved on. He called me multiple times checking in even on weekends, something in the back of my head said “ this is what I want from a lender!” I sent him an email, said this is what I’m getting from the other lender, make me want to work with you. To my surprise he came back with a better offer and I said sold. Get the ball rolling and he did. We closed quickly and in the back of my head I said, nearly two months trying to get money from the other lender, and he got me closed in a third of the time. Jesse is an all star, if more people were like him, the world would be more efficient."

Shawn engaged with us immediately and we completed the application on February 5. We closed on our line of credit on FEBRUARY 24!! He and his colleagues and vendors moved swiftly, courteously and knowledgeably to get our application approved and the appraisal of our property completed in 19 days. We were kept in the loop by phone, email and website account page updates every step of the way with timely and professional communications. Rocket has its "ship" together systems-wise, and most importantly, PEOPLE-WISE! Many were involved, but Shawn was the mover and shaker, and a complete pleasure to work with. We are grateful!"

Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job!
