"I had a unique situation. I talk with a lot of other banks first and Shawtann said "tell me what you are trying to accomplish and I will find a loan that fits your situation" All of the other banks ...I had a unique situation. I talk with a lot of other banks first and Shawtann said "tell me what you are trying to accomplish and I will find a loan that fits your situation" All of the other banks I spoke to said within the 1st few minutes that no you don't qualify for a construction loan, no one actually stop to ask what I was trying to do with it. But he stopped to ask what I was trying to accomplish and then told me that what I really needed was something totally different than a construction loan and now I am starting to build my house because he took 10 minutes out of his day to find out what I needed ."

Whenever problems arose, he was attentive and very responsive. Over time (because there were delays in construction, it took some time for us to close), we came to trust Ralph's advice and his sincerity. He never led us wrong and always provided us with a clear roadmap as to next steps. He's an amazing individual and we are very fortunate that we lucked out and got to work with him. "When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare ...When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare pre-approval letters for each of 4 - 5 different properties, which he always did quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under contract by the time we were able to present our offer. On our fifth attempt to purchase a home, the seller requested a faster than normal closing time, and once again Mario worked to accomodate our request. The fifth time "was a charm" however, and we are scheduled to close on our new home in a few days. We would highly recommend Mario Glimpse and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and process. He made the sometimes frustrating home-buying experience much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you, Mario!"
