Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and we forged ahead. Within a day the application was complete and we had a tentative approval in no time flat! Dan stayed with me until the next section when I was switched to another person on the following team. Even then, he took my calls and answered questions that came up. Eighteen days later, we will sit at the settlement table. This might not have been the quickest mortgage Dan has worked with but his professionalism and doggedness allowed us to complete with a remarkably shirt time period and an absolute minimum of issues. Thank you!"

He wants the loan to work out as much as you do. He celebrated my appraisal report with me. He can be trusted. He was not the first agency that I spoke with. I changed over to him. The first agency the man made me feel pressured. That company was also giving me a higher interest rate. The man seemed frustrated. When I spoke with Adam the first time I knew that he was the right choice. I know this was an online loan but I felt safer doing this than I did when I first got my home loan through a hometown bank!"

Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism ...I’ve been dealing with Thomas over the past year trying to refinance my house. To some extent, I was a difficult client to deal with. Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism was in wavering. He was patient and understanding of my situation. He never pressured me towards anything and was always helpful as we worked out my refinance. I finally contacted him 3 weeks ago and he quickly locked me into a 30 yr conventional loan at 3.375%. He worked into the evening making sure we had everything covered and that enabled me to finally refinance my mortgage at a rate that benefits my family and I immensely. I recommend Thomas in handling any and all mortgage dealings. He has an in depth knowledge of the mortgage financing industry which based on his long tenure at Rocket Mortgage. He is more than capable of serving his clients’ mortgage needs."

Brandon Matti and Jennifer Parks held my hand, and walked me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone! Even when I thought we were going to be declined and we hit some pretty huge holes in the road Jennifer and Brandon always let me know they were fighting for me and what we had to do to make things right. I am now living in my house for a little over a month and all my Thanks go to these 2 people. Not to mention with the app, and online log on for Rocket Mortgage you can always see what documents you need, what you need to do next, where in the process you are, and a little chat window for questions and concerns. Rocket Mortgage is defiantly where the future of mortgage is going. Now I only wish I lived closer to their headquarters, I myself have a customer service related job and would only be so lucky to work for a company with such amazing customer service support! Great job guys! Keep up the OUTSTANDING job!"

Anytime I wanted to ask a question, I could post it on their site and typically received a satisfactory response within a few short hours. Additionally, people were usually available via phone. The website is user friendly and all folks that I talked to were professional, knowledgable and friendly. I communicated with three people during the process and Marc was one of them, he kept me up to date on my status so I was confident that he was monitoring/updating my account regularly. I will strongly encourage all that I know to go through Rocket Mortgage when purchasing a home!"

To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."

In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced. I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael, and everyone along the way, down through the Notary Ann who helped us sign and close, was fast, friendly, professional, and stress-free! I won't ever seek any lender other the Rocket Mortgage for my home mortgage needs. Consider this timeline! It's April 12th and I'm thinking about a better mortgage rate, consolidating debt and getting cash out. I input some information into a lender-finding app and here comes 3 or 4 ready to go. One stands out from the rest, then I get the call from Anna...the outstander. By April 14th, Michael is on me with what he needs to make it all work. I work with him and in no time flat he has me at closing. A great rate, total debt-consolidation and cash out, all happened in 21 days, a mere 3 weeks from the thought to fruition. We closed on May 3rd. Mind blown!!! Kudos, Anna and all the Rocket Mortgage angels!"

I had a questions or two and he answered and followed through. Honestly, I do not believe I would own this property without him. I see advertisements for Rocket Mortgage. If they have won accolades in their 'space', it is because of folks like Jake. I could not have done it without him. He was beyond excellent!"
