Shawn engaged with us immediately and we completed the application on February 5. We closed on our line of credit on FEBRUARY 24!! He and his colleagues and vendors moved swiftly, courteously and knowledgeably to get our application approved and the appraisal of our property completed in 19 days. We were kept in the loop by phone, email and website account page updates every step of the way with timely and professional communications. Rocket has its "ship" together systems-wise, and most importantly, PEOPLE-WISE! Many were involved, but Shawn was the mover and shaker, and a complete pleasure to work with. We are grateful!"

Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job! Thanks for everything Marty, you made this process worthwhile (even when I had my doubts!"

All the necessary changes were done on line - he ...I have had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage for several years and wanted to refinance my home. Joe was the perfect person to accomplish this easily. All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was available to answer any questions. He even helped me with anything else that may have been going on throughout the process. His response back to emails and phone calls/voice messages were amazing. I would go through him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional, but also laid back at the same time. I felt calm even when I wasn't. We both made a Jeopardy joke at times which was awesome! Chris you deserve more than 5 stars, hands down! Thank you once again! "

Twice the previous company had to pay me money they were fined for overcharges. I was not a trusting person when it came to refinance to begin with and believed my credit score would prove an obstacle as well, but then I talked with Jeff. After answering a couple of simple questions, he said he thought he could indeed help me. He walked me through the process telling me he would be totally honest throughout and if I felt uncomfortable or needed to ask any questions just do so. I had many and must admit still skeptical. I was thinking okay, any moment, as in the past, this guy was going to come back and tell me sorry he was wrong. Jeff was calm and reassuring. Jeff is an amazing man He got me the loan, saved me a ton of money, gave me piece of mind, and some much needed breathing room. I don't know how I can ever thank him enough!"

Chris has been an outstanding partner through multiple missions with my mortgage. Chris initially helped me with the purchase of my new home, as well as the subsequent refinances. Chris made everything easy to understand, and he was always punctual with his responses. In addition, Chris gave answers to my questions that were supported by evidence and explanation (i.e. Is it worthwhile to refinance? Should I buy down points? Etc. Etc. Etc.). When anyone talks about home ownership and the mortgage process, they always talk about what a headache it was, and what I always tell them is TALK TO MY GUY CHRIS AT Rocket Mortgage!!!! The honesty, availability, and care Chris displayed 100% of the time, is the reason I consult with him and him only. You wont regret it."

It had been quite a while since we had been in the mortgage world and our past experiences had not always been great. He was wonderful and made the experience so refreshing. We have been raving about him and Rocket mortgage to all our friends. We actually had a friend go through Rocket after our experience and they also had a wonderful experience. Albert is a ROCK STAR and he customer service is top notice."

"I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage ...I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage centers, but on our initial inquiry into re-financing our home, Brian laid it all out for us and even answered questions honestly when we put him on the spot with our "how secure is this online thing" questions. We went ahead and decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did, as we were never disappointed. Working with Brian was by far the best experience we've had with the mortgage/loan industry. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. Our communications were handled in a timely fashion giving us all of the necessary information we needed throughout our entire process. The online portal that we accessed was always up-to-date with the most current information they were needing from us and/or we were needing from them. I tell everyone I know, "Hey, if you are ever in need of a mortgage, re-fi, home loan information, I have the perfect person you've gotta talk to". I will only use Brian for any future loans and seriously give him 10 stars!!!"
