Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare ...When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare pre-approval letters for each of 4 - 5 different properties, which he always did quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under contract by the time we were able to present our offer. On our fifth attempt to purchase a home, the seller requested a faster than normal closing time, and once again Mario worked to accomodate our request. The fifth time "was a charm" however, and we are scheduled to close on our new home in a few days. We would highly recommend Mario Glimpse and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and process. He made the sometimes frustrating home-buying experience much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you, Mario!"
