Max has made it a point to remain in communication often. Also having positive attitude goes a long way. There was never a time that Max indicated that something could not be accomplished. Max did not hesitate when it became necessary for us to up our approval from $330K to $400K allowing us to expand our search for our new home! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Max, who made us feel like family. I will highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to any family and friends, and especially recommend Max!
