Not only did he allay every fear, but he answered my questions with gentle professionalism (no matter how silly some of them might have been). Every time I reached out to him, he got back to me quickly. He walked me through the entire application process with such regard for my special needs (VA Loan with extenuating personal circumstances), I felt like a friend had been helping me. Rocket Mortgage is fortunate to have such a dedicated and kind professional on the team. If I ever have a friend looking for a mortage, I will 100% suggest Cameron."

He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."

From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed ...A few months back, when I first reached out to Rocket Mortgage, I was incredibly fortunate to connect with Elizabeth as my initial point of contact. From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed by her extensive knowledge and incredible enthusiasm to help me explore refinancing options. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances at the time, I wasn't able to proceed, but Elizabeth was so understanding and assured me I could reach out anytime I was ready again. When that time finally came, I contacted her, and she was on it immediately, making me feel truly invested in and supported! Thanks to her dedication and genuine effort, my child and I are now living with a newfound sense of ease and comfort. It might sound a bit silly to say about someone I've never met in person, but I honestly feel like Elizabeth made a profound and positive difference for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her – and anyone she suggests – because she consistently provides honest, direct advice and will undoubtedly guide you in the right direction. He stayed in constant contact and answered all of my questions and has had great advice since day one, definitely above and beyond. I will miss our frequent conversations about life he isn't just pushing the business and takes his time getting to know you and your needs and I can honestly say he has become like family in our time togeather. Can't recommend him enough and hope he stays in contact long after our business is concluded"

Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job! Thanks for everything Marty, you made this process worthwhile (even when I had my doubts!"

All the necessary changes were done on line - he ...I have had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage for several years and wanted to refinance my home. Joe was the perfect person to accomplish this easily. All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was available to answer any questions. He even helped me with anything else that may have been going on throughout the process. His response back to emails and phone calls/voice messages were amazing. I would go through him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional, but also laid back at the same time. I felt calm even when I wasn't. We both made a Jeopardy joke at times which was awesome! Chris you deserve more than 5 stars, hands down! Thank you once again! "

Chris has been an outstanding partner through multiple missions with my mortgage. Chris initially helped me with the purchase of my new home, as well as the subsequent refinances. Chris made everything easy to understand, and he was always punctual with his responses. In addition, Chris gave answers to my questions that were supported by evidence and explanation (i.e. Is it worthwhile to refinance? Should I buy down points? Etc. Etc. Etc.). When anyone talks about home ownership and the mortgage process, they always talk about what a headache it was, and what I always tell them is TALK TO MY GUY CHRIS AT Rocket Mortgage!!!! The honesty, availability, and care Chris displayed 100% of the time, is the reason I consult with him and him only. You wont regret it."
