From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed by her extensive knowledge and incredible enthusiasm to help me explore refinancing options. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances at the time, I wasn't able to proceed, but Elizabeth was so understanding and assured me I could reach out anytime I was ready again. When that time finally came, I contacted her, and she was on it immediately, making me feel truly invested in and supported! Thanks to her dedication and genuine effort, my child and I are now living with a newfound sense of ease and comfort. It might sound a bit silly to say about someone I've never met in person, but I honestly feel like Elizabeth made a profound and positive difference for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her – and anyone she suggests – because she consistently provides honest, direct advice and will undoubtedly guide you in the right direction. After starting the mortgage process with another loan company, we were left completely confused, frustrated, and discouraged. That company took over two weeks just trying to verify my employment and salary, and we still felt like we were getting nowhere. Enter Brian — and everything changed. From our very first conversation, Brian was calm, kind, and incredibly patient. He walked us through the entire process, sometimes more than once, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What the previous lender couldn’t do in two weeks, Brian got done in a single day. He had us in underwriting within 24 hours and helped us regain confidence in a process that had felt impossible before. But beyond just being efficient, Brian became someone we truly trusted. He was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and guide us every step of the way. By the end of the process, he wasn’t just the person who helped us get a loan — he became a trusted advisor and friend. Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job! Thanks for everything Marty, you made this process worthwhile (even when I had my doubts!"

All the necessary changes were done on line - he ...I have had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage for several years and wanted to refinance my home. Joe was the perfect person to accomplish this easily. All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was available to answer any questions. He even helped me with anything else that may have been going on throughout the process. His response back to emails and phone calls/voice messages were amazing. I would go through him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional, but also laid back at the same time. I felt calm even when I wasn't. We both made a Jeopardy joke at times which was awesome! Chris you deserve more than 5 stars, hands down! Thank you once again! "

Chris has been an outstanding partner through multiple missions with my mortgage. Chris initially helped me with the purchase of my new home, as well as the subsequent refinances. Chris made everything easy to understand, and he was always punctual with his responses. In addition, Chris gave answers to my questions that were supported by evidence and explanation (i.e. Is it worthwhile to refinance? Should I buy down points? Etc. Etc. Etc.). When anyone talks about home ownership and the mortgage process, they always talk about what a headache it was, and what I always tell them is TALK TO MY GUY CHRIS AT Rocket Mortgage!!!! The honesty, availability, and care Chris displayed 100% of the time, is the reason I consult with him and him only. You wont regret it."
