Nick knows who because he took it on the chin and I apologize for that Nick. I'm sorry, you didn't deserve that. Wish you had a staff full of Nick's working for your company. He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."

Customer service has always been important to me but over the last 14 yrs of struggling, to get help, from people I thought were my friends, after breaking my neck, customer service is now a necessity! Chad, went above and beyond what I expected making the processes so much easier and faster then I thought. I live in constant pain yet he made it fairly pain free. "

He stayed in constant contact and answered all of my questions and has had great advice since day one, definitely above and beyond. I will miss our frequent conversations about life he isn't just pushing the business and takes his time getting to know you and your needs and I can honestly say he has become like family in our time togeather. Can't recommend him enough and hope he stays in contact long after our business is concluded"

We closed on our line of ...We reached out to Rocket during the last week of January to inquire about obtaining a HELOC. Shawn engaged with us immediately and we completed the application on February 5. We closed on our line of credit on FEBRUARY 24!! He and his colleagues and vendors moved swiftly, courteously and knowledgeably to get our application approved and the appraisal of our property completed in 19 days. We were kept in the loop by phone, email and website account page updates every step of the way with timely and professional communications. Rocket has its "ship" together systems-wise, and most importantly, PEOPLE-WISE! Many were involved, but Shawn was the mover and shaker, and a complete pleasure to work with. We are grateful!"

Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job! Thanks for everything Marty, you made this process worthwhile (even when I had my doubts!"
