When I first called I was at a loss and I thought I would never be able to afford purchasing a bigger home. He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

Each call was not as a sales or marketing call, and felt very comfortable and personal, with every concern of mine being theirs as well. The whole process was very smooth and as stress free as possible and any issues that arose, were handled quickly. Communication was great and I never once had to worry about what was going on in the process. If anyone is looking to purchase, or refinance, the only option is to give Rocket Mortgage a call, specifically work with Marissa."

Nathan delivered everything we needed. When we decided not to sell I guessed Nathan would be done with us. I couldn’t have been more wrong. When we told him we decided not to sell and would rather fix our home up. Nathan went back to work and delivered us the perfect refinance to stay where we are and make the updates we desired. Buying, selling or refinancing? I know no one who will work harder for you or get you better results than Nathan Ziolko."

Alex had actually called me the day after I had found out, I explained my frustration and how I disagreed with the decision and Alex said he was going to look into it. Not only did Alex look into it but he found that I was right, Alex took over and I was approved and had my refinance in lightening speed. I am so grateful that Alex had called me that day and took over, I was hopeless when he called that day and I feel that Alex went above and beyond for me. Alex was in constant contact, explaining everything to me as we went along, and Alex moved everything along quickly. Alex is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and the people that Rocket Mortgage serves. I am very grateful to Alex and I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family because of how Alex handled everything."

"Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

I called him almost on a whim from a referral a friend gave me to see how much house I can afford in the next year.. or so. Turns out, we can make it happen a lot sooner and he has been instrumental in the process. He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. He follows up frequently to make sure I am still having a good experience and/or in case I may need anything from him in the short foreseeable future. Highly recommend Bryan's consultation."
