However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!! I would most definitely recommend Blake to handle your financial needs with Rocket Mortgage. Thank you Blake!!"

"Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a ...Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a friend and not a client. I still told him I was going with the other lender and he said yeah no worries just making sure Elvis working out for you. I told him yes and moved on. He called me multiple times checking in even on weekends, something in the back of my head said “ this is what I want from a lender!” I sent him an email, said this is what I’m getting from the other lender, make me want to work with you. To my surprise he came back with a better offer and I said sold. Get the ball rolling and he did. We closed quickly and in the back of my head I said, nearly two months trying to get money from the other lender, and he got me closed in a third of the time. Jesse is an all star, if more people were like him, the world would be more efficient."

She's very professional and very kind at the same time which makes you feel a little more at ease going through the process of trying to correct your credit in order to refinance her to get a mortgage on your home. She is so courteous and again professional and helped in such a quick and timely manner that I would recommend her for any and everybody needing to help with their credit score. If it wasn't for her I do believe I'd be losing my home to back taxes but thanks to her I'll be able to now move forward with refinancing my home and saving it. Thank you so much Poppi."

Twice the previous company had to pay me money they were fined for overcharges. I was not a trusting person when it came to refinance to begin with and believed my credit score would prove an obstacle as well, but then I talked with Jeff. After answering a couple of simple questions, he said he thought he could indeed help me. He walked me through the process telling me he would be totally honest throughout and if I felt uncomfortable or needed to ask any questions just do so. I had many and must admit still skeptical. I was thinking okay, any moment, as in the past, this guy was going to come back and tell me sorry he was wrong. Jeff was calm and reassuring. Jeff is an amazing man He got me the loan, saved me a ton of money, gave me piece of mind, and some much needed breathing room. I don't know how I can ever thank him enough!"

That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."

Alex had actually called me the day after I had found out, I explained my frustration and how I disagreed with the decision and Alex said he was going to look into it. Not only did Alex look into it but he found that I was right, Alex took over and I was approved and had my refinance in lightening speed. I am so grateful that Alex had called me that day and took over, I was hopeless when he called that day and I feel that Alex went above and beyond for me. Alex was in constant contact, explaining everything to me as we went along, and Alex moved everything along quickly. Alex is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and the people that Rocket Mortgage serves. I am very grateful to Alex and I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family because of how Alex handled everything."
