Todd and I were absolutely blow away at his level of customer service and attention to detail. It had been quite a while since we had been in the mortgage world and our past experiences had not always been great. He was wonderful and made the experience so refreshing. We have been raving about him and Rocket mortgage to all our friends. We actually had a friend go through Rocket after our experience and they also had a wonderful experience. Albert is a ROCK STAR and he customer service is top notice."

It is quite refreshing when someone calls you back the exact time they say they're going to and always answerd the phone when you call.. This is a rarity. "Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a ...Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a friend and not a client. I still told him I was going with the other lender and he said yeah no worries just making sure Elvis working out for you. I told him yes and moved on. He called me multiple times checking in even on weekends, something in the back of my head said “ this is what I want from a lender!” I sent him an email, said this is what I’m getting from the other lender, make me want to work with you. To my surprise he came back with a better offer and I said sold. Get the ball rolling and he did. We closed quickly and in the back of my head I said, nearly two months trying to get money from the other lender, and he got me closed in a third of the time. Jesse is an all star, if more people were like him, the world would be more efficient."

He made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. Ibrahim was available well beyond typical business hours, including evenings and weekends, and he remained consistently supportive throughout the entire experience—from the initial quote to final closing. His customer-first mindset and personal attention made all the difference. While Ibrahim’s service was outstanding, we did face some challenges with other members of the support team. They were not always available, sometimes requested the same documents more than once, and were slower to respond or follow up. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. That being ...To summarize, Branden is someone who cares not only about your business but rather you as a person. If you would like more context as to why I feel this way I put my experience below. That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."
