Alex had actually called me the day ...I told Alex I was going to give him the best review because of how he helped me. I was told that there was an issue and I could not get approved in that moment. Alex had actually called me the day after I had found out, I explained my frustration and how I disagreed with the decision and Alex said he was going to look into it. Not only did Alex look into it but he found that I was right, Alex took over and I was approved and had my refinance in lightening speed. I am so grateful that Alex had called me that day and took over, I was hopeless when he called that day and I feel that Alex went above and beyond for me. Alex was in constant contact, explaining everything to me as we went along, and Alex moved everything along quickly. Alex is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and the people that Rocket Mortgage serves. I am very grateful to Alex and I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family because of how Alex handled everything."

He was knowledgeable, forthright and honest to a fault. Without his involvement and continued interaction, we would not have felt so at ease with the general loan process. His demeanor helped to reduce any anxiety with the procedures of applying for this loan. Edmir continually provided support and great interaction throughout this process. "I went on line to find a mortgage company since I was having issues with the current company with a assumption request. Within 5 minutes I had a person calling me. Within 5 minutes I had a person calling me. I had been with the other company 20 years and hadn't spoke to anyone. It was Cole, he was very informative and concerned with my situation. He talked to me about options and offered a best solution. I am forever grateful for his help and ease of processes. I had been dealing with the now old company for over a month and was going no where and with Cole guiding the way closed within a few weeks. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing a mortgage."
