Jesse called and talked to me like a ...Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a friend and not a client. I still told him I was going with the other lender and he said yeah no worries just making sure Elvis working out for you. I told him yes and moved on. He called me multiple times checking in even on weekends, something in the back of my head said “ this is what I want from a lender!” I sent him an email, said this is what I’m getting from the other lender, make me want to work with you. To my surprise he came back with a better offer and I said sold. Get the ball rolling and he did. We closed quickly and in the back of my head I said, nearly two months trying to get money from the other lender, and he got me closed in a third of the time. Jesse is an all star, if more people were like him, the world would be more efficient."

His customer-first mindset and personal attention made all the difference. While Ibrahim’s service was outstanding, we did face some challenges with other members of the support team. They were not always available, sometimes requested the same documents more than once, and were slower to respond or follow up. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. He walked us through every step of the process, spent hours on the phone with my husband, and talked us through every possible scenario and outcome so we always knew what to expect. We felt informed, prepared, and confident from start to finish. He was also extremely responsive and communicative, answering every question (and we had a lot!), always making himself available, and making us feel like a priority throughout the entire process. Jettsen immediately reached out to a listing agent for his client once we had submitted an offer for the home of his dreams. The agent and sellers were very much impressed with Jettsen's proactivity and I honestly believe that hustle and drive to represent his client played a major role on getting the offer accepted. It didnt stop there... Jettsen was available at any given moment throughout the process for even the smallest of our clients hurdles, and making sure to deliver any transactional updates as they came in. I was forced from family members to go through a local bank named 'Union Savings' in Ohio, they have been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting 2 months to close because the MLO does not know how to communicate what papers or documents he has needed to help close on my home! The short experience I had with Nathan involved him calling daily to check if I needed anything or if I had questions, even if I couldn't answer he would leave a short voicemail with information he needed or I needed. He responded to emails quickly and was very clear in his request. I regret not going through Nathan and recommend you jump on board due to his phenomenal customer service"
