He took all our information and despite some of the real estates which have a lower than normal market value on our house he asked what we thought our house should be valued at. We thought it much higher and he took us at our word. Several real estate websites showed a higher market value so based on that and our current credit scores he got all our information together and submitted everything to their processing team. Joe was very friendly, very professional, and was a great help on getting us started on the short journey to refinancing our home. We were signing closing papers just 31 days later. They estimated up to 45 days for everything to come together for the loan to close. I have no doubt that he ensured everyone we talked to was up to speed so that we didn't experience any lag time or frustration. From start to end the whole process was very smooth. If we had to do it all over again we would definitely choose Rocket Mortgage. They definitely get a top score from us. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with Rocket Mortgage. In some instances, I end up answering the same question at least 2 times and this is quite irritating.. Lastly, I have some suggestions in the preparation for the cash needed at closing cost. As a client, I would want that the estimated cash needed at closing to be as close as possible to the actual amount. At my closing there is at least $ 500+ related to the homeowner association that should have been disclosed at the beginning. The standard estimate form should include this, although it may increase the closing cost that is presented to the potential client."

She made the process so easy, and we got through the application process in a very short time. Anna got me logged onto the Rocket Mortgage web page, open my profile and walked me through the process step by step, she was thorough and made it super easy. In the end I got a great deal, saved a few hundred dollars a month on my mortgage and it took no time or extra effort. If you're wondering whether you can lower your monthly payment, I'd highly recommend giving Anna a call!"
