Not only did he allay every fear, but he answered my questions with gentle professionalism (no matter how silly some of them might have been). Every time I reached out to him, he got back to me quickly. He walked me through the entire application process with such regard for my special needs (VA Loan with extenuating personal circumstances), I felt like a friend had been helping me. Rocket Mortgage is fortunate to have such a dedicated and kind professional on the team. If I ever have a friend looking for a mortage, I will 100% suggest Cameron."

He asked me some questions and the very next day had everything planned out, he listened to what I was dealing with and Proposed a Great Solution to my woes!!! He knows what he is doing and provided me with HOPE!! There is Light at the end of the Tunnel, sometimes we have to search for it and sometimes they come in the form of an Angel! All the necessary changes were done on line - he ...I have had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage for several years and wanted to refinance my home. Joe was the perfect person to accomplish this easily. All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was available to answer any questions. He even helped me with anything else that may have been going on throughout the process. His response back to emails and phone calls/voice messages were amazing. I would go through him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional, but also laid back at the same time. I felt calm even when I wasn't. We both made a Jeopardy joke at times which was awesome! Chris you deserve more than 5 stars, hands down! Thank you once again! "

I had just found out from my mortgage company that there wasn't enough money taken out for tax and insurance so I owed this amount more and my monthly payments were to go up. My first thought was they couldn't figure this out before I started making payments! So, I got on the computer looking for a refinance company that I could use. I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. I am glad that he has had the patience to work with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs the help like I did."

Chris has been an outstanding partner through multiple missions with my mortgage. Chris initially helped me with the purchase of my new home, as well as the subsequent refinances. Chris made everything easy to understand, and he was always punctual with his responses. In addition, Chris gave answers to my questions that were supported by evidence and explanation (i.e. Is it worthwhile to refinance? Should I buy down points? Etc. Etc. Etc.). When anyone talks about home ownership and the mortgage process, they always talk about what a headache it was, and what I always tell them is TALK TO MY GUY CHRIS AT Rocket Mortgage!!!! The honesty, availability, and care Chris displayed 100% of the time, is the reason I consult with him and him only. You wont regret it."

Customer service has always been important to me but over the last 14 yrs of struggling, to get help, from people I thought were my friends, after breaking my neck, customer service is now a necessity! Chad, went above and beyond what I expected making the processes so much easier and faster then I thought. I live in constant pain yet he made it fairly pain free. "

"Carly was Great. I always ask the person to assume a +/- 720 credit score prior to running any check - including a "Soft Hit." She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision. I agreed to allowing the credit soft hit, and we went through it again. She may have spent more time with me on the phone (1hr-40min), but it was all good with her. I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help. Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her. Fully Recommend !!! Thx"

Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable. I will never use a local laon officer again. Thank you Brandon, we appreciate all you did for us. God Bless, Roman & Maria Benitez "
