"I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!! I haven't dealt with anyone in the business world in a long time who made me feel as important as you did. Your genuine concern for my wife and me was so refreshing! I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services. Whenever I had a question I was able to text him or call him and always got reassuring answers from him. I wasn't expecting this kind of amazing customer service at all! Working with Marty has been a pleasure, he always advised me what was next on the "To Do" list and answered all my questions (as many times as I asked over and over)! I highly recommend working with Marty! He's one of those "great finds" - I've never received such top-notch professional customer service and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, he genuinely cares about what he does and it's clear that he is great at his job! All the necessary changes were done on line - he explained each step and I was pleased with the new loan. Now I have a lower interest rate over a shorter period of time while only slightly increasing my bi-monthly payments. The automatic payments were adjusted and all transactions went very smoothly. Joe was always available to answer questions throughout the process. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to set up a mortgage or re-fi an existing one."

His response back to emails and phone calls/voice messages were amazing. I would go through him again and recommend him to everyone. He was professional, but also laid back at the same time. I felt calm even when I wasn't. We both made a Jeopardy joke at times which was awesome! Chris you deserve more than 5 stars, hands down! Thank you once again! "

I had just found out from my mortgage company that there wasn't enough money taken out for tax and insurance so I owed this amount more and my monthly payments were to go up. My first thought was they couldn't figure this out before I started making payments! So, I got on the computer looking for a refinance company that I could use. I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. I am glad that he has had the patience to work with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs the help like I did."

Chris has been an outstanding partner through multiple missions with my mortgage. Chris initially helped me with the purchase of my new home, as well as the subsequent refinances. Chris made everything easy to understand, and he was always punctual with his responses. In addition, Chris gave answers to my questions that were supported by evidence and explanation (i.e. Is it worthwhile to refinance? Should I buy down points? Etc. Etc. Etc.). When anyone talks about home ownership and the mortgage process, they always talk about what a headache it was, and what I always tell them is TALK TO MY GUY CHRIS AT Rocket Mortgage!!!! The honesty, availability, and care Chris displayed 100% of the time, is the reason I consult with him and him only. You wont regret it."

Customer service has always been important to me but over the last 14 yrs of struggling, to get help, from people I thought were my friends, after breaking my neck, customer service is now a necessity! Chad, went above and beyond what I expected making the processes so much easier and faster then I thought. I live in constant pain yet he made it fairly pain free. "
