I went online and entered a desire to refinance our cooperative apartment with Lending Tree. The first and last call I took were with Hussain. He made me feel comfortable that my experience would be as painless as possible. He held our hands to the end and was always available to answer a question. I am a little concerned about his 24/7 schedule, but I must say it was to our advantage - as I never waited long to receive a reply. There were a few hiccups but not at the hands of Hussain and even with the hiccups the experience we had with Hussain and the other Rocket Mortgage affiliates was a pleasure. Thank you, Hussain and team."

Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"

If you are a real estate agent looking to grow your business with a true professional Crystal is your person and if a buyer/refinance client Crystal will walk you through the process and make you feel at ease as she leads you with confidence and reassurance. I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Again I can go on and on about how great Crystal was but please do not hesitate to reach out to her yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."
