However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!! Within 5 minutes I had a person calling me. I had been with the other company 20 years and hadn't spoke to anyone. It was Cole, he was very informative and concerned with my situation. He talked to me about options and offered a best solution. I am forever grateful for his help and ease of processes. I had been dealing with the now old company for over a month and was going no where and with Cole guiding the way closed within a few weeks. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing a mortgage."

Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. "Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"
