When I first called I was at a loss and I thought I would never be able to afford purchasing a bigger home. He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

From our initial conversation, I knew I was working with a true professional and a like minded advocate for our client. If communication is key, then consider Jettsen the locksmith. Jettsen immediately reached out to a listing agent for his client once we had submitted an offer for the home of his dreams. The agent and sellers were very much impressed with Jettsen's proactivity and I honestly believe that hustle and drive to represent his client played a major role on getting the offer accepted. It didnt stop there... Jettsen was available at any given moment throughout the process for even the smallest of our clients hurdles, and making sure to deliver any transactional updates as they came in. Hands down one of the smoothest processes Ive had the pleasure of being apart of in my real estate career. Both myself and my client strongly recommend Jettsen to any buyer looking to purchase their first, or fifteenth property. Youre the man, Jettsen!!"

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

"Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. We cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts and so grateful to have worked with him."

With all of that I was not only able to lock a great rate but also with very affordable payments. David Toma listened to me and what my needs and overall objectives were with the purchase of my home. So a BIG thank you to David Toma! There were some others involved in the process including, Christina Cooper and Zaccarri Krasnov on the closing side of the process which they were also very polite and professional.
