He made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. Ibrahim was available well beyond typical business hours, including evenings and weekends, and he remained consistently supportive throughout the entire experience—from the initial quote to final closing. His customer-first mindset and personal attention made all the difference. While Ibrahim’s service was outstanding, we did face some challenges with other members of the support team. They were not always available, sometimes requested the same documents more than once, and were slower to respond or follow up. "Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

I called him almost on a whim from a referral a friend gave me to see how much house I can afford in the next year.. or so. Turns out, we can make it happen a lot sooner and he has been instrumental in the process. He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. He follows up frequently to make sure I am still having a good experience and/or in case I may need anything from him in the short foreseeable future. Highly recommend Bryan's consultation."

We were somewhat overwhelmed when we started the pre-application process because of all the differing advice we'd received regarding which lender to use. We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly respond to realtors' inquiries. I'm happy to say that advice couldn't have been further from the truth!! Sage was immediate to respond to every question or concern we had and he stayed in constant contact with our realtor so no details slipped by. He was VERY informative and helpful but not too much...he didn't try to push any additional products/or services our way he just made sure we were set up for success in purchasing our home! We even had to go through the process twice due to our first attempted purchase not working out and he didn't miss a beat! Thank you Sage, your assistance in helping us close the deal on our home is tremendously appreciated!! For anybody else reading this who may be unsure of where to go to start the mortgage process, look no further!! Chris and Emily"

From our initial conversation, I knew I was working with a true professional and a like minded advocate for our client. If communication is key, then consider Jettsen the locksmith. Jettsen immediately reached out to a listing agent for his client once we had submitted an offer for the home of his dreams. The agent and sellers were very much impressed with Jettsen's proactivity and I honestly believe that hustle and drive to represent his client played a major role on getting the offer accepted. It didnt stop there... Jettsen was available at any given moment throughout the process for even the smallest of our clients hurdles, and making sure to deliver any transactional updates as they came in. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. We cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts and so grateful to have worked with him."

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

"Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick.
