We had sold our previous home and paid off the mortgage (with Rocket, also) and wanted to be prepared if/when we found the right home. Steven called and texted every week to check in our process, each time asking if we needed any assistance. He even provided his cell phone number in case we had a closing scheduled on his day off or a weekend. We found a home that we loved that we could purchase for cash and did not need the financing; Steven was so gracious in his congratulations to us--even though he/Rocket were not making a penny on us! I truly appreciate his support through the entire process. We definitely felt taken care of and I highly recommend him!"

From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed by her extensive knowledge and incredible enthusiasm to help me explore refinancing options. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances at the time, I wasn't able to proceed, but Elizabeth was so understanding and assured me I could reach out anytime I was ready again. When that time finally came, I contacted her, and she was on it immediately, making me feel truly invested in and supported! Thanks to her dedication and genuine effort, my child and I are now living with a newfound sense of ease and comfort. It might sound a bit silly to say about someone I've never met in person, but I honestly feel like Elizabeth made a profound and positive difference for my family. After starting the mortgage process with another loan company, we were left completely confused, frustrated, and discouraged. That company took over two weeks just trying to verify my employment and salary, and we still felt like we were getting nowhere. Enter Brian — and everything changed. From our very first conversation, Brian was calm, kind, and incredibly patient. He walked us through the entire process, sometimes more than once, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What the previous lender couldn’t do in two weeks, Brian got done in a single day. He had us in underwriting within 24 hours and helped us regain confidence in a process that had felt impossible before. But beyond just being efficient, Brian became someone we truly trusted. When we told him we decided not to sell and would rather fix our home up. Nathan went back to work and delivered us the perfect refinance to stay where we are and make the updates we desired. Buying, selling or refinancing? I know no one who will work harder for you or get you better results than Nathan Ziolko."

"I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage ...I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage centers, but on our initial inquiry into re-financing our home, Brian laid it all out for us and even answered questions honestly when we put him on the spot with our "how secure is this online thing" questions. We went ahead and decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did, as we were never disappointed. Working with Brian was by far the best experience we've had with the mortgage/loan industry. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. Our communications were handled in a timely fashion giving us all of the necessary information we needed throughout our entire process. The online portal that we accessed was always up-to-date with the most current information they were needing from us and/or we were needing from them. I tell everyone I know, "Hey, if you are ever in need of a mortgage, re-fi, home loan information, I have the perfect person you've gotta talk to". I will only use Brian for any future loans and seriously give him 10 stars!!!"

Alex had actually called me the day after I had found out, I explained my frustration and how I disagreed with the decision and Alex said he was going to look into it. Not only did Alex look into it but he found that I was right, Alex took over and I was approved and had my refinance in lightening speed. I am so grateful that Alex had called me that day and took over, I was hopeless when he called that day and I feel that Alex went above and beyond for me. Alex was in constant contact, explaining everything to me as we went along, and Alex moved everything along quickly. Alex is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and the people that Rocket Mortgage serves. I am very grateful to Alex and I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family because of how Alex handled everything."
