Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. He told that I could do everything online and he would be there to help me along the way if I needed anything. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay... It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did. Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !! When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call?? Alan !! "

Because of his prompt responses, we were able to get the home of our dreams. We had traveled to Atlanta to see one home, then found another in a higher price range. But thanks to Ali picking up calls on a Saturday afternoon and getting us pre-qualified that evening, we were able to get an offer in on the hot property before it was sold to someone else. Just amazing really. We are grateful for Ali. AND he was really fun to work with too."

U all know how buying a house is stressful but working with Mr Bommarito was stress fee. I felt comfortable talking to him. Could ask any questions even if it was a simple question he took his time to answer n explain everything to me. He Kept me informed on everything. Even when the papers were turn over to the underwriters, n they ask for a document I call Cory and he will explain it to me in a way that ican understand why certain documents were needed. He's the guy to talk to. u won't regret it at all. He's awesome to work with. pleasant, caring, patient n want to see that u get the best. Rocket Mortgage u have the best. Don't loose him he will make ur company proud."

Andrew ...When my wife and I decided it was time for the next step in our journey of life to purchase a home we turned to Rocket Mortgage based off a referral we received from close family friends. Andrew right out of the gate was so helpful and really calmed us down about the whole home buying process. Andrew was super diligent and always a step ahead of the game. He and our realtor really made a great team which at the end of the day is what you want to have on your side! There were plenty of late nights making deals and writing contracts and Andrew taking time on his day off sending us our updated pre-approval letters. Needless to say he had nothing but our best interest in mind. We had a special situation regarding my wife's maternity leave and her verification of income, so Andrew worked non stop with the underwriting team and solved the issue extremely fast and we were back on track. Rocket Mortgage and their staff (especially Andrew) are wonderful and we look forward to working with them when we decide to refinance! Thanks Andrew for all you have done, my family and I really appreciate you so much! "

He single-handedly won our business from our last mortgage provider and exceeded our expectations throughout the purchase process. Kory is a man of his word and a valuable home-buying partner. When we found our dream home and prepared to make a late Saturday night offer, Kory was right there with us to amend our authorization letter and help us secure the deal. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas I spent time actually getting to know him. I probably missed a lot of sales during the times I spent with him, but that compliment made up for it in spades."

"The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We ...The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We knew we had equity and wanted to do a refinance so that we could do some updating. I was very hesitant to even go in that direction again, but I took a chance and contacted Rocket Mortgage on-line and received a call from Brent in about 10 min. This was this past summer and it took us about 45 days to close. It was the BEST call I ever made. Brent is an absolute joy to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and the outcome!!! We just recently did a second refinance and were able to switch from an FHA to a Conventional loan and be able to drop our PMI, which saved us $115.00 a month on our mortgage. Again, I worked with Brent and again, it was a joy!!! We closed in about 15 days!!! Brent is helpful, honest and caring!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi. Most importantly for me, was the rapport that Brent and I had during each process...he's extremely easy to talk to and he just made the whole thing a very positive experience!!! I would never hesitate to recommend Rocket Mortgage, but especially Brent Saxe!!!!"

"I was skeptical of using Rocket. Why? Honestly, it was too easy. I submitted my information and in less than 24 hours Juan had contacted me and gave me a verified pre-approval. What? I was actively ...I was skeptical of using Rocket. Why? Honestly, it was too easy. I submitted my information and in less than 24 hours Juan had contacted me and gave me a verified pre-approval. What? I was actively looking at two other companies at the same time. The other 2 companies had yet to even give me a call back about my application. I just couldn’t believe Rocket was really that quick. I ended up going forward with another company that had given me a lower rate by .25%. I went down the road with them to save the .25%. Well, the other company made me pay for their appraisal, get a specific inspection, and lay out close to $1200 before giving me a final approval on our home. Guess what? Less than a week before we were set to close the other lender said they were not going to allow part of my income to be included in my loan and that they couldn’t move forward with my loan. This had already been discussed and approved by the broker with the other company and now I was not going to be able to close my loan. I was beyond upset. Juan had kept in touch even during the process with the other lender. I called Juan and laid it all out. He literally said, we’ll get you closed, no problem. I still was in disbelief that Rocket could make it happen, but I’m here to say they did it. I have nothing but positive experiences to relate with Juan and the entire team from Rocket. They will always get a great reference from me. Even my realtor was stunned they made it happen. Thanks Juan."

In addition, there were also several personnel challenges within Rocket Mortgage which got confusing. By the time my file got to Victor I was completely discouraged and ready to give up, but the 7% interest rate we were paying told me to press forward. So I did! Victor ensured me that I would be the last person I spoke with and promised to see my file to close. HE DID JUST THAT! His continuous communication and knowledge of the mortgage industry was paramount to helping my situation. The road was not easy and there were a few moments of despair but Victor held steadfast and knew that our file could close. Victor, I scream THANK YOU!!!! I hope you hear me as multiple states separate us. I will definitely use Rocket Mortgage again and specifically request Victor Vasquez. One happy customer, Karla Revere "
