Todd and I were absolutely blow away at his level of customer service and attention to detail. It had been quite a while since we had been in the mortgage world and our past experiences had not always been great. He was wonderful and made the experience so refreshing. We have been raving about him and Rocket mortgage to all our friends. We actually had a friend go through Rocket after our experience and they also had a wonderful experience. Albert is a ROCK STAR and he customer service is top notice."

That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."

"I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage ...I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage centers, but on our initial inquiry into re-financing our home, Brian laid it all out for us and even answered questions honestly when we put him on the spot with our "how secure is this online thing" questions. We went ahead and decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did, as we were never disappointed. Working with Brian was by far the best experience we've had with the mortgage/loan industry. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. Our communications were handled in a timely fashion giving us all of the necessary information we needed throughout our entire process. The online portal that we accessed was always up-to-date with the most current information they were needing from us and/or we were needing from them. I tell everyone I know, "Hey, if you are ever in need of a mortgage, re-fi, home loan information, I have the perfect person you've gotta talk to". I will only use Brian for any future loans and seriously give him 10 stars!!!"

It is quite refreshing when someone calls you back the exact time they say they're going to and always answerd the phone when you call.. This is a rarity. With complete confidence I can honestly say that Ray Dean is an asset to Rocket Mortgage .. As a small business owner such as myself his work ethic inspires me to continue doing the right next right thing .. Rock on Ray Dean !"

He was knowledgeable, forthright and honest to a fault. Without his involvement and continued interaction, we would not have felt so at ease with the general loan process. His demeanor helped to reduce any anxiety with the procedures of applying for this loan. Edmir continually provided support and great interaction throughout this process. He was an excellent representative of your company and a great individual with which to work!"

He was always available day or night. He checked in on me and when I was discouraged about losing a home or two, he cheered me up. I like the company so much based on Greg that I had my mom contact Rocket Mortgage about her refinance. They could not give her a better deal and told us that. I do like that they will service my loan the whole time. This company has the best reviews for years which I value; after working with Greg, I can definitely see why. I told him that no matter what the purchase price is, I wanted to stay in a certain range. Unlike the other lenders who told me it was not possible, he evaluated other loan options to fit what I wanted. He listened and proved that he had my best interests in mind. I could not ask for a better loan specialist. He is on the front line dealing with customers and because of him, I am moving forward with this company. Thanks Greg"

From the very first phone call up to and including the present-day after I closed the loan he has always ...It's difficult to find the words to describe the gratitude I have for Joseph but I will try. From the very first phone call up to and including the present-day after I closed the loan he has always been responsive and willing to assist with finding a solution to my questions or concerns. I was honestly hesitant in going through the refinance process but Joseph made it bearable and less frustrating even when I was working with other members of the mortgage team Joe checked in with me to see if things were moving along smoothly which was a welcomed act knowing someone was looking out for my interests and I wasn't just thrown into the mortgage pipeline. I felt like a person and not just a number or source of revenue I can honestly say that Joseph is a man of the utmost integrity and has the intestinal fortitude to get things done effectively for his clients. He is truly a valuable asset to the Rocket Mortgage organization and has the experience and knowledge to rise to the highest positions within the company. Good employees are a company's greatest strength and having Joseph in their ranks makes Rocket a force to be reckoned with."

"Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a ...Jesse is a go getter. In the beginning I was going with another lender because Rocket Mortgage wasn’t working with me and I found a better deal somewhere else. Jesse called and talked to me like a friend and not a client. I still told him I was going with the other lender and he said yeah no worries just making sure Elvis working out for you. I told him yes and moved on. He called me multiple times checking in even on weekends, something in the back of my head said “ this is what I want from a lender!” I sent him an email, said this is what I’m getting from the other lender, make me want to work with you. To my surprise he came back with a better offer and I said sold. Get the ball rolling and he did. We closed quickly and in the back of my head I said, nearly two months trying to get money from the other lender, and he got me closed in a third of the time. Jesse is an all star, if more people were like him, the world would be more efficient."
