I called 5 different entities to seek my options and calling Dino was the BEST Decision I have ever made! He asked me some questions and the very next day had everything planned out, he listened to what I was dealing with and Proposed a Great Solution to my woes!!! He knows what he is doing and provided me with HOPE!! There is Light at the end of the Tunnel, sometimes we have to search for it and sometimes they come in the form of an Angel! I had just found out from my mortgage company that there wasn't enough money taken out for tax and insurance so I owed this amount more and my monthly payments were to go up. My first thought was they couldn't figure this out before I started making payments! So, I got on the computer looking for a refinance company that I could use. I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. I am glad that he has had the patience to work with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs the help like I did."

We had sold our previous home and paid off the mortgage (with Rocket, also) and wanted to be prepared if/when we found the right home. Steven called and texted every week to check in our process, each time asking if we needed any assistance. He even provided his cell phone number in case we had a closing scheduled on his day off or a weekend. We found a home that we loved that we could purchase for cash and did not need the financing; Steven was so gracious in his congratulations to us--even though he/Rocket were not making a penny on us! I truly appreciate his support through the entire process. We definitely felt taken care of and I highly recommend him!"

After starting the mortgage process with another loan company, we were left completely confused, frustrated, and discouraged. That company took over two weeks just trying to verify my employment and salary, and we still felt like we were getting nowhere. Enter Brian — and everything changed. From our very first conversation, Brian was calm, kind, and incredibly patient. He walked us through the entire process, sometimes more than once, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What the previous lender couldn’t do in two weeks, Brian got done in a single day. "My husband and I have always used a local loan officer for our mortgages but when we spoke to Brandon Chapdelaine and he told us he could get us a lower interest rate, we decided to explore the idea. ...My husband and I have always used a local loan officer for our mortgages but when we spoke to Brandon Chapdelaine and he told us he could get us a lower interest rate, we decided to explore the idea. Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable. "I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!!
