He ensured that the loan met our needs and desires, within the constraints of the law and fiscal responsibility, acting as a go-between with the underwriting team to get both sides to closing. Then he responds and speaks with total ...From the first time I talked to Sal I knew we would have a good working relationship. First and foremost, he listens to every concern before he speaks. Then he responds and speaks with total knowledge, professionalism and personality. If I call and leave a message he ALWAYS calls back in a timely manner. If he does not have the answer or wants to confirm his solution before he makes a wrong statement he returns that call quickly with the proper solutions. Going through this process is extremely nerve wracking. I have been through a few. NOT with Sal and the Rocket system. You'all make it simple, easy, quick and believe it or not fun. There is not enough GOOD I can say about Sal. He is a GOLDEN ASSET for your firm - I hope you show him all the appreciation possible. I have recommended Rocket - Sal - to our real estate agent and he refinanced his own mortgage with you. In addition the agent has also recommended one of his new clients to Rocket and the loan was just closed. I am sold on Sal and the process and procedures of Rocket mortgage and will continue to recommend all people I come in contact with to obtain their mortgage and loans from Rocket. Every time I reached out to him, he got back to me quickly. He walked me through the entire application process with such regard for my special needs (VA Loan with extenuating personal circumstances), I felt like a friend had been helping me. He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."

He asked me some questions and the very next day had everything planned out, he listened to what I was dealing with and Proposed a Great Solution to my woes!!! He knows what he is doing and provided me with HOPE!! There is Light at the end of the Tunnel, sometimes we have to search for it and sometimes they come in the form of an Angel! Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable. "I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!! I haven't dealt with anyone in the business world in a long time who made me feel as important as you did. Your genuine concern for my wife and me was so refreshing!
