She makes you feel like family and truly makes you feel like she has your best interest at heart. This was a big life change experience for us so we were very hesitant to proceed with a second home. Olivia answered all our questions and was never pushy to close the deal. If it was not right for us, she was ok with that also. As big as Rocket Mortgage is, the customer service has been great each step along the way for the initial inquiry to closing. We sure feel like they truly want our business which brought us back to Rocket Mortgage after we refinanced our first home."

Never negative. He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and he researched every avenue to come up with a solution. We never got stressed with anything he asked us for or needed. When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. Within minutes my goals became ...If you end up working with Jenna, count yourself among the lucky ones. I had called Rocket on a whim to see about a refinance to accomplish a few financial goals. Within minutes my goals became Jenna's goals and she worked so hard to determine what the optimal approach would be. I never felt like she was "checking a box" or trying to push me in one direction or another. Rather she felt like a real partner in figuring out what we should be doing. Once we hit on the right direction, she became a guide, advisor, consultant, reassurer etc... Whatever she sensed we needed to make the process as smooth, transparent and easy as possible. With each new question - or the potentials that were unlocked as the process went along - Jenna was a part of our team. I went online and entered a desire to refinance our cooperative apartment with Lending Tree. The first and last call I took were with Hussain. He made me feel comfortable that my experience would be as painless as possible. He held our hands to the end and was always available to answer a question. I am a little concerned about his 24/7 schedule, but I must say it was to our advantage - as I never waited long to receive a reply. There were a few hiccups but not at the hands of Hussain and even with the hiccups the experience we had with Hussain and the other Rocket Mortgage affiliates was a pleasure. Thank you, Hussain and team."

I was a first time homebuyer but Josh helped me feel educated on every decision that was made providing me with help and knowledge. My experience with him was wonderful. Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"
