He was very congenial and patient throughout the process which made me feel "at ease". (This was my first time to decide to do something BIG like refinancing on my own as my late husband made such decisions....so I was very reluctant to try to refinance by myself) I was extremely pleased when Luke told me he thought my mortgage payments would be about $500.00 less than what I was paying per month. WOW, that was exciting to hear! I am so grateful to Luke for making the application process so easy to do."

So now because of Ashley I close on my refinance next Thursday. So to all that read this if your buying refinancing do yourself a favor call Ashley she’s the goods. During the pre-approval process she walked us through getting...Our experience with Andra was amazing. We had two pre-approvals (one with RocketMortgage and one with another lender (not to be named)). During the pre-approval process she walked us through getting set up with the Rocket Mortgage app, and was great at communicating if there were new things on the "To-Do- List" that needed our attention. At the time we had a signed offer contract, we notified both her and the other lender that evening at the same time. Our assumption based on the pre-approval rates of both lenders that we would have ended up choosing the other lender. We were absolutely wrong! Andra contacted us 1st thing in the morning with multiple options/promotions that were available. She did a great job explaining each one the pros and cons and made it extremely easy for us to make a decision. Just from that conversation we truly learned more about the mortgage peice of the home buying process. After that discussion we spoke with my realtor and they recommended looking into an adjustable rate mortgage. Back on the phone with Andra she explained that she had factored that into the options already and on some days depending on rates that makes most sense but based on the day we were locking it was most advantageous for us to go with a fixed rate. After locking the rate the support from Andra and the RocketMortgage team did not end. She was in contact with our realtor and title company. At closing the title company raved at the communication throughout the process with those that were representing including RocketMortgage. We want to thank Andra for her support. We are extremely blessed to have had her in our corner and would recommend her to anyone currently looking to buy a home. Toria and Joseph Billups"

We've gone through foreclosure number of years ago and we were very nervous about getting a new home loan. It wasn't hard to get approved and I really appreciated all of the online ability to be able to complete all the paperwork. Joshua was there whenever I had any questions and needed some reassurance. When we finally closed on the loan I already talked to him about possibly refinancing in a year or two. Our rate was good but I think we can get a better Loan in a year or two with a conventional loan and he said he would also be there for us at that time too by going from FHA to conventional. It was nice having somebody on the phone that had a friendly voice, sometimes I think we're always afraid of that person of the bank saying no when Rocket Mortgage and Joshua said yes"

Nick told me that it would ...When I was first contacted by Nick Karipides about refinancing my home, I was not of a mindset to do a refinance because I assumed it would be for another 30 year term. Nick told me that it would only be for 20 years and my monthly payment would still be very close to what I was paying already. Still not totally convinced, I agreed to start the process and am I glad that I did. Everything that Nick said would happen in my favor by doing the refinance came to fruition. Everything went as indicated and the process was smooth and without issues from start to finish. Thanks Nick for a wonderful refinance experience."

They ...My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Little back story: two Rocket Mortgage guys called me, talking all fast and super business on the go go go. I have a speech impediment. They got impatient with me and hung up in my face!!! Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and they tried to get me a refi loan, and they couldn't. Texas is near impossible to get a refi loan due all kinds of restrictions. Crazy thing, I forgot I ever called back! So I called Rocket Mortgage again out of the blue and Abe answered. I told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and he seemed to take it personal! He somehow managed to squeeze out a loan even with Texas' laws and restrictions. He was patient with my and my stutter, he was diligent in his work, super knowledgeable, and was able to do what other employees at Rocket Mortgage were able to do. Save me a ton of money with a refi, was able to get me into a 20 year loan as opposed to 30. He's just... the best. Don't even consider working with anyone else if you have the option. Abe absolutely will take care of you."

Andy or I neither one are Savvy with computers. He walked us through every step as he also had to give us computer knowledge along the way. Spent well over half an afternoon and then evening but we finally got it done. As we began the work with other members of the loan process we would call to ask if things were correct or if we needed to do other things. Even though this was not his place to do this ,Mike would find out and call right back. Mike became our personal advisor all the way to the end. Couldn't have ask for more than he gave and would recommend friends to Rocket Mortgage due to his dedication."

"Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. ...Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. We had multiple problems with 2 different owners during the process of buying our new home that meant that we lost the first two properties, and in total needed to get 3 completely different mortgages on 3 completely different properties sorted out to enable us to close by the end of the month. Travis literally worked until the early hours on many occasions and at weekends to get paperwork raised, completed and re-raised as properties dropped out. He then finally got our last property through in an amazing 15 days from start to completion to enable us to move in on our much needed move date. Genuinely if you want the best in the business Travis Totty is your guy and Rocket Mortgage will get the job done!"

"When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me.
