Each call was not as a sales or marketing call, and felt very comfortable and personal, with every concern of mine being theirs as well. The whole process was very smooth and as stress free as possible and any issues that arose, were handled quickly. Communication was great and I never once had to worry about what was going on in the process. If anyone is looking to purchase, or refinance, the only option is to give Rocket Mortgage a call, specifically work with Marissa."

That kind of customer service is rare today as was a welcome relief. He made the whole process very seamless. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. We cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts and so grateful to have worked with him."

Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"

I worked with their Mortgage Specialist, David Toma and right from the start he was not only very polite & professional BUT was very patient with me through all the details and processes… He took the time to explain everything and totally looked out for my best interest. With all of that I was not only able to lock a great rate but also with very affordable payments. David Toma listened to me and what my needs and overall objectives were with the purchase of my home. Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick.
