"Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. When we told him we decided not to sell and would rather fix our home up. Nathan went back to work and delivered us the perfect refinance to stay where we are and make the updates we desired. Buying, selling or refinancing? I know no one who will work harder for you or get you better results than Nathan Ziolko."

Within 5 minutes I had a person calling me. I had been with the other company 20 years and hadn't spoke to anyone. It was Cole, he was very informative and concerned with my situation. He talked to me about options and offered a best solution. I am forever grateful for his help and ease of processes. I had been dealing with the now old company for over a month and was going no where and with Cole guiding the way closed within a few weeks. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing a mortgage."

I was forced from family members to go through a local bank ...I actually ended up not going through Nathan, I regret it 100%. Nathan has the best communication skills from an MLO I have encountered. I was forced from family members to go through a local bank named 'Union Savings' in Ohio, they have been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting 2 months to close because the MLO does not know how to communicate what papers or documents he has needed to help close on my home! The short experience I had with Nathan involved him calling daily to check if I needed anything or if I had questions, even if I couldn't answer he would leave a short voicemail with information he needed or I needed. He responded to emails quickly and was very clear in his request. I regret not going through Nathan and recommend you jump on board due to his phenomenal customer service"
