That kind of customer service is rare today as was a welcome relief. He made the whole process very seamless. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. We cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts and so grateful to have worked with him."

Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. She's very professional and very kind at the same time which makes you feel a little more at ease going through the process of trying to correct your credit in order to refinance her to get a mortgage on your home. She is so courteous and again professional and helped in such a quick and timely manner that I would recommend her for any and everybody needing to help with their credit score. If it wasn't for her I do believe I'd be losing my home to back taxes but thanks to her I'll be able to now move forward with refinancing my home and saving it. Thank you so much Poppi."

Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick. We got the best of both worlds: great rate, and great customer service. George was very personable, friendly, honest, no BS and a straight shooter to deal with. He was transparent and just extremely pleasant to work with. Felt like working with a friend than a banker. When we sold our house and moved to a new state, we wanted to use George again, but he wasn't licensed in our new state as we moved to a totally different region of the country. We're house shopping in our new state, and we wish we could have George again! I would 100% recommend George, just go straight to him. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage.
