I called him almost on a whim from a referral a friend gave me to see how much house I can afford in the next year.. or so. Turns out, we can make it happen a lot sooner and he has been instrumental in the process. He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. He follows up frequently to make sure I am still having a good experience and/or in case I may need anything from him in the short foreseeable future. Highly recommend Bryan's consultation."

She makes you feel like family and truly makes you feel like she has your best interest at heart. This was a big life change experience for us so we were very hesitant to proceed with a second home. Olivia answered all our questions and was never pushy to close the deal. If it was not right for us, she was ok with that also. As big as Rocket Mortgage is, the customer service has been great each step along the way for the initial inquiry to closing. We sure feel like they truly want our business which brought us back to Rocket Mortgage after we refinanced our first home."

Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also ...I joined Paul's team, The Symphony, two months into my time in The Foundation and honestly feel so blessed that I was on his team. Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also demands the highest level of excellence, execution, and accountability from his team. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my fellow teammates and I were as prepared as we possibly could be come graduation day. He did this by constantly holding "sales clinics" during lunch and after our team huddles to rep out the CCP and discuss the Rocket Mortgage products and programs. On a daily basis, Paul assigned action items centered around sharpening our sales skills and learning the technology (AMP) that we would be using on the banking floor. In addition to this, Paul was a huge supporter of culture and innovation and helped a fellow teammate and myself create a weekly video series, "Cooper's Culture" that has spread Foundation wide and will continue into New Development. I am beyond grateful to have had Paul as a leader and a mentor and just know that he will positively impact the lives of so many more."

We were somewhat overwhelmed when we started the pre-application process because of all the differing advice we'd received regarding which lender to use. We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly respond to realtors' inquiries. I'm happy to say that advice couldn't have been further from the truth!! Sage was immediate to respond to every question or concern we had and he stayed in constant contact with our realtor so no details slipped by. He was VERY informative and helpful but not too much...he didn't try to push any additional products/or services our way he just made sure we were set up for success in purchasing our home! We even had to go through the process twice due to our first attempted purchase not working out and he didn't miss a beat! Thank you Sage, your assistance in helping us close the deal on our home is tremendously appreciated!! For anybody else reading this who may be unsure of where to go to start the mortgage process, look no further!! Chris and Emily"

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

I even ended up in the ICU with the China Virus and she was helpful in getting the refi team to change the date with no issues as I thought for sure it was going to be messed up, nope it was all done right…. I found her extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and on task to get my refi done right. She always returned my inquires quickly and completed required task on time. She even kept track of my responsibility to complete and when I fell behind on them, she would contact me to help. I highly recommend her as your loan professional as she knows her work well, use her as she’s that good. Thanks Malak for all your help!"

"I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, ...I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, NM. But I decided to look into Rocket Mortgage and see what it was like. The agent I was directed to was Aaron Nasan because he was licensed for that area also. I was so pleasantly surprised with the very personal attention he gave me. We had not done a mortgage in many years and I was somewhat leery and definitely confused with the process. He completely put me at ease with his personal and quick responses to my many (often silly I now realize) questions. He continually checked with me even when he didn't have to. We established a good relationship very quickly and I even said to my wife that I think we could count him to be a friend under other circumstances. He is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and I have told people who questioned whether it was smart to go with a large corporation like Rocket Mortgage that I would recommend Rocket Mortgage 100% for a mortgage if they ever needed to apply for one. To sum up, do not lose him. He brings expertise and the personal touch to his clients"

We got the best of both worlds: great rate, and great customer service. George was very personable, friendly, honest, no BS and a straight shooter to deal with. He was transparent and just extremely pleasant to work with. Felt like working with a friend than a banker. When we sold our house and moved to a new state, we wanted to use George again, but he wasn't licensed in our new state as we moved to a totally different region of the country. We're house shopping in our new state, and we wish we could have George again! I would 100% recommend George, just go straight to him. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage. Thank you George!!"
