They ...My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Little back story: two Rocket Mortgage guys called me, talking all fast and super business on the go go go. I have a speech impediment. They got impatient with me and hung up in my face!!! Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and they tried to get me a refi loan, and they couldn't. Texas is near impossible to get a refi loan due all kinds of restrictions. Crazy thing, I forgot I ever called back! So I called Rocket Mortgage again out of the blue and Abe answered. I told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and he seemed to take it personal! He somehow managed to squeeze out a loan even with Texas' laws and restrictions. He was patient with my and my stutter, he was diligent in his work, super knowledgeable, and was able to do what other employees at Rocket Mortgage were able to do. Save me a ton of money with a refi, was able to get me into a 20 year loan as opposed to 30. He's just... the best. Don't even consider working with anyone else if you have the option. Abe absolutely will take care of you."

We never gave Rocket Mortgage a thought until a few of our friends had used them and was very pleased. Aanand and the entire team at Rocket Mortgage was truly there to assist us in getting our new home! They returned calls and emails no matter the time of day or how ridiculous my questions may have been. They kept us updated regularly either with a weekly phone call or through our dashboard. Thank you again for making this new home purchase a smooth process! We will most definitely refer you and the Rocket Mortgage's team! "

Andy or I neither one are Savvy with computers. He walked us through every step as he also had to give us computer knowledge along the way. Spent well over half an afternoon and then evening but we finally got it done. As we began the work with other members of the loan process we would call to ask if things were correct or if we needed to do other things. Even though this was not his place to do this ,Mike would find out and call right back. Mike became our personal advisor all the way to the end. Couldn't have ask for more than he gave and would recommend friends to Rocket Mortgage due to his dedication."

"Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. ...Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. We had multiple problems with 2 different owners during the process of buying our new home that meant that we lost the first two properties, and in total needed to get 3 completely different mortgages on 3 completely different properties sorted out to enable us to close by the end of the month. Travis literally worked until the early hours on many occasions and at weekends to get paperwork raised, completed and re-raised as properties dropped out. He then finally got our last property through in an amazing 15 days from start to completion to enable us to move in on our much needed move date. Genuinely if you want the best in the business Travis Totty is your guy and Rocket Mortgage will get the job done!"

"When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me. At one point, I wasn’t sure why the numbers had changed the way they had, and he noticed that the loan amount had been changed slightly at some point in the underwriting process, which I had not noticed. This allowed me to go back and get the numbers where I wanted them; without his attention to detail and willingness to genuinely help, I would probably have been less satisfied with the loan. I’m very thankful for his time, attention and his willingness to help as much as possible!"

With his help, I was connected with a wonderful real estate agent, and the two of them put their heads together, found a home I thought I could only dream of affording, and got me set up with a mortgage I know I can handle without any issues. Thanks to Francisco, I finally have my own house, and I can move forward with my life and start forming a family with my girlfriend (and future wife). I finally feel like my life is coming together, and it all started with a call to Francisco. I can 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. If you (the reader) are looking at these reviews because you're undecided on if you want Francisco on your team, I would ask that you let me answer that question for you directly: you want Francisco. I could probably go on for a few more paragraphs in this review of how Francisco was able to help me secure my mortgage and my house, but I'll try to keep it succinct. Francisco was patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, attentive, available, and kind. Never once did I feel like I asked a stupid question despite me knowing practically nothing about mortgages going into the process. If you aren't convinced to choose Francisco from my review, I encourage you to read the other reviews. I'm confident that everyone else here had a similarly positive experience working with Francisco. Our loan was with Rocket Mortgage ...With the interest rates dropping I was considering refinancing, even though I had just refinanced a year ago. Initially I had started working with another lender. Our loan was with Rocket Mortgage and we were fully satisfied. I was just going with what I thought was a lower rate. Tim reached out to me and I am so happy that he did. He took the time to explain to me the terms of the agreement I was about to make. He also helped me understand some of the shadier lending practices that are out there. I also could tell that he would commit to doing what it takes to keep us as a client. In the whirlwind that followed I was so glad that I had someone who patiently explained what everything meant, responded to my calls/texts within minutes and made this process super smooth. He was aggressive when he needed to be and patient when he needed to be. All of the people I worked with during my refi were excellent - knowledgeable and responsive. I could not have asked for me. Honestly, I felt like he was taking care of family. Thank you so much!"

We've gone through foreclosure number of years ago and we were very nervous about getting a new home loan. It wasn't hard to get approved and I really appreciated all of the online ability to be able to complete all the paperwork. Joshua was there whenever I had any questions and needed some reassurance. When we finally closed on the loan I already talked to him about possibly refinancing in a year or two. Our rate was good but I think we can get a better Loan in a year or two with a conventional loan and he said he would also be there for us at that time too by going from FHA to conventional. It was nice having somebody on the phone that had a friendly voice, sometimes I think we're always afraid of that person of the bank saying no when Rocket Mortgage and Joshua said yes"
