I went online and entered a desire to refinance our cooperative apartment with Lending Tree. The first and last call I took were with Hussain. He made me feel comfortable that my experience would be as painless as possible. He held our hands to the end and was always available to answer a question. I am a little concerned about his 24/7 schedule, but I must say it was to our advantage - as I never waited long to receive a reply. There were a few hiccups but not at the hands of Hussain and even with the hiccups the experience we had with Hussain and the other Rocket Mortgage affiliates was a pleasure. Thank you, Hussain and team."

Shawn engaged with us immediately and we completed the application on February 5. We closed on our line of credit on FEBRUARY 24!! He and his colleagues and vendors moved swiftly, courteously and knowledgeably to get our application approved and the appraisal of our property completed in 19 days. We were kept in the loop by phone, email and website account page updates every step of the way with timely and professional communications. Rocket has its "ship" together systems-wise, and most importantly, PEOPLE-WISE! Many were involved, but Shawn was the mover and shaker, and a complete pleasure to work with. We are grateful!"

I called him almost on a whim from a referral a friend gave me to see how much house I can afford in the next year.. or so. Turns out, we can make it happen a lot sooner and he has been instrumental in the process. He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. He follows up frequently to make sure I am still having a good experience and/or in case I may need anything from him in the short foreseeable future. Highly recommend Bryan's consultation."

She makes you feel like family and truly makes you feel like she has your best interest at heart. This was a big life change experience for us so we were very hesitant to proceed with a second home. Olivia answered all our questions and was never pushy to close the deal. If it was not right for us, she was ok with that also. As big as Rocket Mortgage is, the customer service has been great each step along the way for the initial inquiry to closing. We sure feel like they truly want our business which brought us back to Rocket Mortgage after we refinanced our first home."

Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also ...I joined Paul's team, The Symphony, two months into my time in The Foundation and honestly feel so blessed that I was on his team. Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also demands the highest level of excellence, execution, and accountability from his team. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my fellow teammates and I were as prepared as we possibly could be come graduation day. He did this by constantly holding "sales clinics" during lunch and after our team huddles to rep out the CCP and discuss the Rocket Mortgage products and programs. On a daily basis, Paul assigned action items centered around sharpening our sales skills and learning the technology (AMP) that we would be using on the banking floor. In addition to this, Paul was a huge supporter of culture and innovation and helped a fellow teammate and myself create a weekly video series, "Cooper's Culture" that has spread Foundation wide and will continue into New Development. I am beyond grateful to have had Paul as a leader and a mentor and just know that he will positively impact the lives of so many more."

We were somewhat overwhelmed when we started the pre-application process because of all the differing advice we'd received regarding which lender to use. We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly respond to realtors' inquiries. I'm happy to say that advice couldn't have been further from the truth!! Sage was immediate to respond to every question or concern we had and he stayed in constant contact with our realtor so no details slipped by. He was VERY informative and helpful but not too much...he didn't try to push any additional products/or services our way he just made sure we were set up for success in purchasing our home! We even had to go through the process twice due to our first attempted purchase not working out and he didn't miss a beat! Thank you Sage, your assistance in helping us close the deal on our home is tremendously appreciated!! For anybody else reading this who may be unsure of where to go to start the mortgage process, look no further!! Chris and Emily"

However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was ...Initially I was undecided about applying for a refinance loan online - I like the old school style of sitting across the desk from someone. However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!! I even ended up in the ICU with the China Virus and she was helpful in getting the refi team to change the date with no issues as I thought for sure it was going to be messed up, nope it was all done right…. I found her extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and on task to get my refi done right. She always returned my inquires quickly and completed required task on time. She even kept track of my responsibility to complete and when I fell behind on them, she would contact me to help. I highly recommend her as your loan professional as she knows her work well, use her as she’s that good. Thanks Malak for all your help!"
