I gave him most of my information that afternoon. He called me back @ 6:30 PM for a couple of items I was missing, and seeing that I stepped out and wouldn't be home till @ 7PM, he stayed after hours to help me out. I would like to thank him, and your company, for helping me do what I thought was impossible with my situation."

Max has made it a point to remain in communication often. Also having positive attitude goes a long way. There was never a time that Max indicated that something could not be accomplished. Max did not hesitate when it became necessary for us to up our approval from $330K to $400K allowing us to expand our search for our new home!
