He is also an astute boat mechanic. In other words not only can he help you with the process of repairing your credit. So that you can refinance your home. And then repair your boat engine. And go for a boat ride. Rocket Mortgage should be honored to have him as part of their team. He is a loyal and trustworthy person. Which is far few and in between in these times we are in. I see him as the Reconnaissance Man for Rocket Mortgage. Why is that??? Reason being is that he falls short of nothing that he can not fix to help you close on refinancing to close on your home. She would never let the ball drop, even if I was a bit delayed in my paperwork, she was there for me every step of the way with answers, and advising on every next step that needed to be done. For me, she was the face of Rocket Mortgage, which is saying a lot, because I am extremely impressed with Rocket Mortgage and their quick turnaround. Zena said it could take as little as two weeks, and true to her word, - it did take only two weeks! I am so thrilled with her service - -I know that for the life of the loan!! - that I can call on her anytime and get her immediately on the end of the phone line! She did a great job!"

It was great to get to speak with him every time I called or emailed even if he did not answer right away he always got back to me the very same day or early the next. That kind of customer service is rare today as was a welcome relief. He made the whole process very seamless. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. Within minutes my goals became ...If you end up working with Jenna, count yourself among the lucky ones. I had called Rocket on a whim to see about a refinance to accomplish a few financial goals. Within minutes my goals became Jenna's goals and she worked so hard to determine what the optimal approach would be. I never felt like she was "checking a box" or trying to push me in one direction or another. Rather she felt like a real partner in figuring out what we should be doing. Once we hit on the right direction, she became a guide, advisor, consultant, reassurer etc... Whatever she sensed we needed to make the process as smooth, transparent and easy as possible. With each new question - or the potentials that were unlocked as the process went along - Jenna was a part of our team. However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was ...Initially I was undecided about applying for a refinance loan online - I like the old school style of sitting across the desk from someone. However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!! Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"
