He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I started the home buying process about a year ago with another company, and it was clear that they did not want to assist me in purchasing a home. This was not the case this time around. I am so glad I waited and was able to be connected with Phillip. First of all he is very professional but with a kindness and warmth in his voice , you feel at ease immediately. I was told previously there really wasn't much that could be done to benefit my needs. So that is how our conversation started. However after he asked a few questions and gave me some different scenarios I realized I was dealing with someone who understood and wanted to help. The biggest surprise came when only after a week he called with an amazing solution and I think I made him a little nervous when I couldn't talk. I was so overwhelmed and unsure that what he said could really be done for me. Yet he made it sound so simple and that this is what he does to help people. I have told many others about him and my refi experience. And will definitely be in touch with him should the need arise again in the future. I truly cannot thank him enough!"

I gave him most of my information that afternoon. He called me back @ 6:30 PM for a couple of items I was missing, and seeing that I stepped out and wouldn't be home till @ 7PM, he stayed after hours to help me out.
