He ...A friend of mine had referred Cameron to refinance my mortgage. I have never dealt with someone who was more focused on my needs than he was. He was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. He made me feel like I was their only customer. He took stayed in contact with me through the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from beginning to closing. Even after closing, he followed up with me to thank me for my business and asked if I had any questions. With the customer dashboard, you know exactly what step you are in every day. Not once was I put on hold or transferred. I think of Cameron not only as my mortgage banker but am also to call him my friend. I promise you will not find someone more customer service oriented than Cameron and I highly, highly recommend him!"

From the moment my wife and I started talking to him, he very quickly strived to understand what it is we were trying to accomplish. And once he understood that, he very quickly and with great thoughtfulness guided us in accomplishing what we wanted. He then guided me in a very knowledgable way in using my computer as we talked on the phone in order to get all of the preliminary paperwork accomplished which set the actual accomplishment of our refinance in motion. I think Jonathan is first rate as an agent to set up these kinds of transactions."

Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t ...So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of it and within about an hour I was already signing documents via DocuSign. The next day Ken was unavailable, but not to worry, a member of Ken‘s team contacted me and was able to keep the ball rolling. As a team they never let me down. And now thankfully to the whole rocket mortgage team I have closed on my house and have moved in and I am most thankful for that team."

I feel that Cecilia went above and beyond her duties to allow me to be comfortable with process. It always provided peace of mind to know that I could call, text or email her and she would promptly get back to me and had an answer each time! Cecilia is knowledgeable and it is apparent she knows the finance world. This is the first time I have worked with a company that I was assigned to one individual to help me through the entire process. Many times, you need to tell your story and ask your question 10 times before getting an answer. Rocket Mortgage did me right by assigning Cecilia to me! If needing a home loan or refinance I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Cecilia to be your banker, she will not disappoint!!!"

As luck would have it, things out of our control pushed our timeline back a bit but this man kept up and managed all of situation im a matte that made us feel safe. Down to the last couple of details, Daniel pushed and fought for us to finish this process so my family could move by our deadline. Working in customer service myself, this experience definitely met all my conditions and Daniel went above and beyond. I will recommend everyone I can to Daniel and Rocket Mortgage. But we ...My wife and I wanted to discover a way to consolidate some bill's and have some funds available to do some much-needed home renovations through a refinance of our current home mortgage. But we currently have a comfortable mortgage payment, so we did not want a refinance plan to greatly increase our monthly payment. Nick took a preliminary look at our financial profile and our wish list and said he was pretty confident he could work out a plan for us with a lower interest rate than would let us maintain a monthly payment in the neighborhood of our current payment. And did he! This very patient, knowledgeable professional spent much of one afternoon working on a proposal for us that met all of our expectations and more. The entire process was painless and Nick was very patient while helping us obtain necessary documents and information to complete the application process. We were very fortunate that Nick was the guy who answered the phone and offered to work with us to successfully complete the process. Thank you Nick!"

He did everything and beyond to make it go well, reassure me when we had " buyer anxiety attacks", through the whole process he explained every detailed and the most amazing thing, even with some limitations in our debt/ income ratio we overcame the issues and I was in my new house within 2 months of starting the process. I have been recommending Gabe and the company to all my friends and even strangers when I get a chance. I had hesitated in buying a house because of all the hassle and fear of not being able to get what I wanted in a booming market, I was wrong. It was easy and we have the house of our dreams. Make sure you work with Gabe, but I will have to say that the whole team was fantastic. Enjoy your new home...just like we are! Rafael Gonzalez/ a customer and a fan!"
