It is not often that I get an opportunity to work seamlessly over the phone with a personal banker going over my financial goals although he may have peers with equal skills I still wanted to thank him for his service and offer a review as he certainly deserves a great review. I was a first time homebuyer but Josh helped me feel educated on every decision that was made providing me with help and knowledge. My experience with him was wonderful. Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"

They ...My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Little back story: two Rocket Mortgage guys called me, talking all fast and super business on the go go go. I have a speech impediment. They got impatient with me and hung up in my face!!! Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and they tried to get me a refi loan, and they couldn't. Texas is near impossible to get a refi loan due all kinds of restrictions. Crazy thing, I forgot I ever called back! So I called Rocket Mortgage again out of the blue and Abe answered. I told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and he seemed to take it personal! He somehow managed to squeeze out a loan even with Texas' laws and restrictions. He was patient with my and my stutter, he was diligent in his work, super knowledgeable, and was able to do what other employees at Rocket Mortgage were able to do. Save me a ton of money with a refi, was able to get me into a 20 year loan as opposed to 30. He's just... the best. Don't even consider working with anyone else if you have the option. Abe absolutely will take care of you."

Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

If you are a real estate agent looking to grow your business with a true professional Crystal is your person and if a buyer/refinance client Crystal will walk you through the process and make you feel at ease as she leads you with confidence and reassurance. I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Andy or I neither one are Savvy with computers. He walked us through every step as he also had to give us computer knowledge along the way. Spent well over half an afternoon and then evening but we finally got it done. As we began the work with other members of the loan process we would call to ask if things were correct or if we needed to do other things. Even though this was not his place to do this ,Mike would find out and call right back. Mike became our personal advisor all the way to the end. Couldn't have ask for more than he gave and would recommend friends to Rocket Mortgage due to his dedication."
