Imagine my delight to get a call from him ...What can I say other than Justin was absolutely awesome! Initially, he didn't think I would be able to be approved for the refinance I was looking for. Imagine my delight to get a call from him later that same day letting me know he had done more research through some other resources and WAS able to approve me. I had heard horror stories about the mortgage refinance process but Justin made it a breeze. He was highly communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Justin, for your tenacity and for making this process such a pleasant experience! You rock!!"

We were heart broken and defeated after wasting 10 months with another lender who could not get the job done. Then we gave Rocket Mortgage a try and found Joey. From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."

"My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience ...My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience with the loan officers we were put in touch with and wasted 3 months with nothing positive coming out of it. When RM contacted us again to refinance our loan, I told them I wasn't interested in working with them and they asked that we give them one more opportunity and they would put us in contact with a loan officer that specializes in self-employed. Josh came into the picture and I immediately explained my lack of confidence in RM. He proved me wrong! Josh did a very good job to follow up with me, understood the process and how to handle different situations as they arose, and helped us get through everything getting our loan closed this time. Although I think RM has work to do prior to soliciting current clients, Josh was excellent and a pleasure to work with. If i was going to apply for another loan I would deffinately prefer to work with Josh. Thank Josh"

Somehow though, Evan managed ...I keep coming back to Rocket Mortgage because they are easily the simplest, most collaborative and most insightful team out there when it comes to navigating home loans. Somehow though, Evan managed to exceed my already very high expectations. He responded almost instantly on a Sunday night when I first submitted my application, and from that point on he answered every question, big or small, at any hour of the day. He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity. What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone. Evan is collaborative, friendly, deeply knowledgeable and just an all around great person to work with. I felt supported the entire way through, and that kind of trust is rare. Fingers crossed I get to work with him again on my next mortgage."

At closing, the title company agent and our realtor discussed how they appreciated Michael's attention to detail and exceptional service. I overhead them both say they will absolutely reach out to Michael for their own mortgage needs. Again, from our first introduction to the recent follow up call from Michael, it has been a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!"

She guided me ...Wow, I am beyond pleased with my experience with Salwa. Being a first-time home buyer, I was stressed out initially. After connecting with Salwa, she made everything a breeze. She guided me step-by-step all the way to closing. I am not a financially intuitive person in nature, and Salwa was extremely patient, kind, and informative throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond and found me certain discounts and items that I qualified for that I had no idea existed! I work crazy hours but Salwa was always accommodating to my schedule- she even called me at 9-10pm some days when I needed extra guidance. I felt like I was talking to a friend who GENUINELY wanted to get me the best deal. I am so glad I went with Salwa for purchasing my first home. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Salwa's and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Oh, and not to mention that Salwa was able to close on my house in 11 days!!!!!!!!! Everyone that I spoke to said this was a very rare incident as most homes close in 30-45 days. She honestly is just incredible! Thank you so, so, so much Salwa. You are amazing"

I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable. Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7. It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as almost everything is done on line. Kandi is excellent at her job with outstanding service! I highly recommend Kandi Galler, Loan Officer when purchasing your next home or condo."

I have been going through some very difficult family, health and work issues this past year and it leaked over...I would like to express my appreciation to John Gandara and his team at Rocket Mortgage. I have been going through some very difficult family, health and work issues this past year and it leaked over to my finances. If it was not for John and his team I think I would still be feeling overwhelmed and defeated. What can I say about John Gandara. He listened to my embarrassing and crazy life story that got me into this financial mess. He was very patient and did not judge me. It made me feel safe to admit I made a mess of my finances and I needed help to get back on track. Mr. Gandara and his team were all very positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. I was expecting him to tell me I was denied the home loan. However, he was able to able to create magic and refinanced my home loan with debt consolidation. This loan is saving me a few thousand dollars a month and has gotten the gorilla off my chest. John also gave me some sound financial advice and ideas for short term goals to assist in saving additional money. I will be working on those goals and thanking God everyday John Gandara and his team were sent to me. You have all given me so much relief that I have not had an anxiety attack since we signed the documents. I really appreciate you all and especially John Gandara for being understanding and kind. When my initial agent found he had insufficient experience for my unique case he passed my account over to Glenn Jackson. Mr. Jackson did everything in his power to get my loan through. He had to go through many different options, several different supervisors, and a lot of inventive angles to accomplish the goal. I was not always kind, as my frustration grew with repeated road blocks, but he was patient and worked with me to get past them. Eventually we were able to close the loan. It was team work and he shouldered a lions share. Rocket mortgage is lucky to have such a dedicated employee and I am glad that he was assigned to my case."
