He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I started the home buying process about a year ago with another company, and it was clear that they did not want to assist me in purchasing a home. This was not the case this time around. I am so glad I waited and was able to be connected with Phillip. I gave him most of my information that afternoon. He called me back @ 6:30 PM for a couple of items I was missing, and seeing that I stepped out and wouldn't be home till @ 7PM, he stayed after hours to help me out.
