He ...A friend of mine had referred Cameron to refinance my mortgage. I have never dealt with someone who was more focused on my needs than he was. He was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. He made me feel like I was their only customer. He took stayed in contact with me through the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from beginning to closing. Even after closing, he followed up with me to thank me for my business and asked if I had any questions. With the customer dashboard, you know exactly what step you are in every day. Not once was I put on hold or transferred. I think of Cameron not only as my mortgage banker but am also to call him my friend. I promise you will not find someone more customer service oriented than Cameron and I highly, highly recommend him!"

I am only 22 years old and it is by far the most difficult task I have had to navigate. I am beyond thankful that I had Cristian by my side throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and never became frustrated when I asked questions (there were A LOT of questions). She was always available and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident. Cristian even supported me emotionally when I became overwhelmed with the process. This woman is a ROCKSTAR! She deserves all the credit in the world for the job she does. I would recommend her over and over again, especially to first time homebuyers."

We started the process with Ara around May or June 2022. Yes, at least 11 months because were doing a new construction loan. But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan process. He never was like this loan is taking too long, so I'm out. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service. If you are looking for a great mortgage company to be your mortgage provider than I highly recommend Ara w/Rocket Mortgage. Best, Christy A"

They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and ...Working with Sean and his entire crew at rocket was a relief. This includes Sean, Ken, Cortney, Jacob, Josh, Kayla, Amber and Allen. They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and comfortable. With tons of communication. We were never left to feel like we didn’t know what was happening or what to expect next. This was our first home and they were always patient and supportive. Just down to earth, decent people. Sean especially. Best part of working with him and his team, was when one person was out or away, there’s another rep on the same team that steps in, knows your situation and continues to carry the ball forward. We were never left waiting for a call back or response to an email. The “back office” items moved almost instantly from one step to the next. Ours was a coop, bank owned foreclosure. And with all the moving parts and different parties involved, their responsiveness was key to getting the purchase done efficiently. So imagine 5 cooks in the kitchen but make them all lawyers too. This could have been a nightmare. Sean and his team made this feel easy."

When she first contacted me, ...I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, I was reticent to go through the cumbersome process of refinancing, since two attempts (one with Rocket Mortgage) failed due to the incompetence of the handlers. Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance. I say promote her, pay her more and use her talents and methods as a template to hire or work with anyone looking for a mortgage."

She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."

Moving from PA to AL has been a stressful process the last few weeks, and Alec helped eliminate a large majority of it today. Extremely professional, laid out every step of the loan approval process, and even referred me to a different department to get as many benefits from my relocation as possible. I cannot recommend working with Alec enough. Keep up the good work!"
