We never gave Rocket Mortgage a thought until a few of our friends had used them and was very pleased. Aanand and the entire team at Rocket Mortgage was truly there to assist us in getting our new home! They returned calls and emails no matter the time of day or how ridiculous my questions may have been. They kept us updated regularly either with a weekly phone call or through our dashboard. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

Andy or I neither one are Savvy with computers. He walked us through every step as he also had to give us computer knowledge along the way. Spent well over half an afternoon and then evening but we finally got it done. As we began the work with other members of the loan process we would call to ask if things were correct or if we needed to do other things. Even though this was not his place to do this ,Mike would find out and call right back. Mike became our personal advisor all the way to the end. Couldn't have ask for more than he gave and would recommend friends to Rocket Mortgage due to his dedication."

"Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. ...Travis is AMAZING! Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. We had multiple problems with 2 different owners during the process of buying our new home that meant that we lost the first two properties, and in total needed to get 3 completely different mortgages on 3 completely different properties sorted out to enable us to close by the end of the month. Travis literally worked until the early hours on many occasions and at weekends to get paperwork raised, completed and re-raised as properties dropped out. He then finally got our last property through in an amazing 15 days from start to completion to enable us to move in on our much needed move date. Genuinely if you want the best in the business Travis Totty is your guy and Rocket Mortgage will get the job done!"

She would never let the ball drop, even if I was a bit delayed in my paperwork, she was there for me every step of the way with answers, and advising on every next step that needed to be done. For me, she was the face of Rocket Mortgage, which is saying a lot, because I am extremely impressed with Rocket Mortgage and their quick turnaround. Zena said it could take as little as two weeks, and true to her word, - it did take only two weeks! I am so thrilled with her service - -I know that for the life of the loan!! - that I can call on her anytime and get her immediately on the end of the phone line! She did a great job!"
