But we ...My wife and I wanted to discover a way to consolidate some bill's and have some funds available to do some much-needed home renovations through a refinance of our current home mortgage. But we currently have a comfortable mortgage payment, so we did not want a refinance plan to greatly increase our monthly payment. Nick took a preliminary look at our financial profile and our wish list and said he was pretty confident he could work out a plan for us with a lower interest rate than would let us maintain a monthly payment in the neighborhood of our current payment. And did he! This very patient, knowledgeable professional spent much of one afternoon working on a proposal for us that met all of our expectations and more. The entire process was painless and Nick was very patient while helping us obtain necessary documents and information to complete the application process. We were very fortunate that Nick was the guy who answered the phone and offered to work with us to successfully complete the process. Thank you Nick!"

He did everything and beyond to make it go well, reassure me when we had " buyer anxiety attacks", through the whole process he explained every detailed and the most amazing thing, even with some limitations in our debt/ income ratio we overcame the issues and I was in my new house within 2 months of starting the process. I have been recommending Gabe and the company to all my friends and even strangers when I get a chance. I had hesitated in buying a house because of all the hassle and fear of not being able to get what I wanted in a booming market, I was wrong. It was easy and we have the house of our dreams. Make sure you work with Gabe, but I will have to say that the whole team was fantastic. Enjoy your new home...just like we are! Rafael Gonzalez/ a customer and a fan!"

When I first clicked on the internet and the calls started coming in, I would not even answer the phone. Somehow Mike Ayoub reached out to me and convinced me that refinancing was the way to go. The savings was there with a 15 year mortgage. Mike explained the process and got me through to the closing without any hardships. If you are looking for a Mortgage Banker, Mike Ayoub is your best choice. I loved working with him."

She made everything easy to understand and never became frustrated when I asked questions (there were A LOT of questions). She was always available and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident. Cristian even supported me emotionally when I became overwhelmed with the process. Tom chatted with me through the whole process. I shared that God is Lord; that whatever happened through this process, that I would accept this loan being rejected or that through this process, I would be redeemed. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"! Thanks Tom"

I was about to give up until I called Rocket Mortgage and talked to Mr. Hazem, he ran my credit report and got me approved in one hour. He help me alone the way with all my questions and paper works. Thanks to him I am a happy home owner."

I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah. Gino adjusted to my style and I appreciate that. He was also quite easy to either reach him or have a response in a timely manner."

Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Just so you know, I contacted my previous mortgage company with questions about refinancing a couple days before talking to Rocket Mortgage and today I closed my refinancing with Rocket Mortgage while I never heard back from my previous company! Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience. This is the time to refinance and Rocket Mortgage Mortgage and Daniel Komertz are the way to go!"

Andrew Maher basically hand walked my wife and I through the entire process and allowed us to feel at ease. He answered every question in a manner my wife and I understood. He was easy to reach and returned every call immediately. The process was super fast and the online access showed what step we were in and all info in that step. I was very happy with the rate Andrew originally found and then he came back later and gave us an even better rate. 2.99% is pretty great. Andrew is no nonsense and straight forward. In other words, he is honest. I am very impressed with him and if I need to refi again, I will be contacting Andrew Maher."
