Ali approached everything with thoroughness and great detail! He was readily available through each step of the process! I found the Rocket Mortgage Site very user friendly, efficient & easy to navigate through! The whole process from beginning to end wrapped up in about a month which was great!! Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

He is outstanding for excellent customer service. I felt like he truly cared about me, as a person, not just "another customer." I felt completely confident with his guidance through my recent re-fi. He was "only a phone call away" and was very prompt in returning phone calls. It was great to have his attention to detail all along my re-fi. I have bought previous homes with other loan officers and not one holds a candle to Crystal, the process was extremely smooth and the communication was second to none... excellent! If you are a real estate agent looking to grow your business with a true professional Crystal is your person and if a buyer/refinance client Crystal will walk you through the process and make you feel at ease as she leads you with confidence and reassurance. I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Again I can go on and on about how great Crystal was but please do not hesitate to reach out to her yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. Andy or I neither one are Savvy with computers. He walked us through every step as he also had to give us computer knowledge along the way. Spent well over half an afternoon and then evening but we finally got it done. As we began the work with other members of the loan process we would call to ask if things were correct or if we needed to do other things. Even though this was not his place to do this ,Mike would find out and call right back. Mike became our personal advisor all the way to the end. Couldn't have ask for more than he gave and would recommend friends to Rocket Mortgage due to his dedication."

I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me. That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."
