We started the process with Ara around May or June 2022. Yes, at least 11 months because were doing a new construction loan. But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan process. He never was like this loan is taking too long, so I'm out. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service. If you are looking for a great mortgage company to be your mortgage provider than I highly recommend Ara w/Rocket Mortgage. Best, Christy A"

What a blessing he is! He is friendly, fast, and empathetic. He made the annoying and cumbersome refinance process so easy and within the next few weeks, we closed on our home loan. "I was very impressed with Ms. Scales. She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with ...I was very impressed with Ms. Scales. She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."

We spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes and he provided every once of information I needed. Moving from PA to AL has been a stressful process the last few weeks, and Alec helped eliminate a large majority of it today. Extremely professional, laid out every step of the loan approval process, and even referred me to a different department to get as many benefits from my relocation as possible. I cannot recommend working with Alec enough. Keep up the good work!"

He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would ...I was contacted by Trevor Davis through Lending Tree and he has been the best resource I have had while trying to set up a loan. He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would have never thought of otherwise. Even when I told him that I was going to be doing my loan through another lender he asked about it and advised me on parts of it that seemed like they could be problematic…and he was right. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product. It would be nice if everyone provided this kind of service as it would make life so much easier overall."

I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah. Gino adjusted to my style and I appreciate that. He was also quite easy to either reach him or have a response in a timely manner."
