"Bradford was great to work with, there were a ton of documents etc that had to be worked through, digital signatures done properly, plus the scanning and then my posting of certain financial documents...Bradford was great to work with, there were a ton of documents etc that had to be worked through, digital signatures done properly, plus the scanning and then my posting of certain financial documents that were needed. There were a number of computer interfaces that needed to be used and he adroitly walk us through each one, even if it took several days and multiple phone calls. A number of external documents, such as credit scores, bank accounts, and other, where, once we had got the signatures and permissions set up electronically, Bradford took care of getting everything compiled and together for the closing team."

Was able to do it all online and they even sent a notary to sign our documents to us while we were on ...Our loan process was fabulous. It took 6 days from start to finish to refinance our home. Was able to do it all online and they even sent a notary to sign our documents to us while we were on vacation in another state. Second time we have used Rocket Mortgage and we would absolutely call them first if and when we ever need another! "
