Literally I can not say enough about this amazing and professional guy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get not one but 3 different occasions in the space of a month. We had multiple problems with 2 different owners during the process of buying our new home that meant that we lost the first two properties, and in total needed to get 3 completely different mortgages on 3 completely different properties sorted out to enable us to close by the end of the month. Travis literally worked until the early hours on many occasions and at weekends to get paperwork raised, completed and re-raised as properties dropped out. He then finally got our last property through in an amazing 15 days from start to completion to enable us to move in on our much needed move date. Genuinely if you want the best in the business Travis Totty is your guy and Rocket Mortgage will get the job done!"

She would never let the ball drop, even if I was a bit delayed in my paperwork, she was there for me every step of the way with answers, and advising on every next step that needed to be done. For me, she was the face of Rocket Mortgage, which is saying a lot, because I am extremely impressed with Rocket Mortgage and their quick turnaround. Zena said it could take as little as two weeks, and true to her word, - it did take only two weeks! I am so thrilled with her service - -I know that for the life of the loan!! - that I can call on her anytime and get her immediately on the end of the phone line! She did a great job!"

Within minutes my goals became Jenna's goals and she worked so hard to determine what the optimal approach would be. I never felt like she was "checking a box" or trying to push me in one direction or another. Rather she felt like a real partner in figuring out what we should be doing. Once we hit on the right direction, she became a guide, advisor, consultant, reassurer etc... Whatever she sensed we needed to make the process as smooth, transparent and easy as possible. With each new question - or the potentials that were unlocked as the process went along - Jenna was a part of our team. They ...My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Little back story: two Rocket Mortgage guys called me, talking all fast and super business on the go go go. I have a speech impediment. They got impatient with me and hung up in my face!!! Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and they tried to get me a refi loan, and they couldn't. Texas is near impossible to get a refi loan due all kinds of restrictions. Crazy thing, I forgot I ever called back! So I called Rocket Mortgage again out of the blue and Abe answered. I told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and he seemed to take it personal! He somehow managed to squeeze out a loan even with Texas' laws and restrictions. He was patient with my and my stutter, he was diligent in his work, super knowledgeable, and was able to do what other employees at Rocket Mortgage were able to do. Save me a ton of money with a refi, was able to get me into a 20 year loan as opposed to 30. He's just... the best. Don't even consider working with anyone else if you have the option. Abe absolutely will take care of you."
