I am only 22 years old and it is by far the most difficult task I have had to navigate. I am beyond thankful that I had Cristian by my side throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and never became frustrated when I asked questions (there were A LOT of questions). She was always available and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident. Cristian even supported me emotionally when I became overwhelmed with the process. This woman is a ROCKSTAR! She deserves all the credit in the world for the job she does. I would recommend her over and over again, especially to first time homebuyers."

Tom chatted with me through the whole process. I shared that God is Lord; that whatever happened through this process, that I would accept this loan being rejected or that through this process, I would be redeemed. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"! Thanks Tom"

With an excellent credit score I tried to get a loan from my bank, they turned me down because I was new at my job, then I tried USAA, they also turned me down because I didn't have any debt. I was about to give up until I called Rocket Mortgage and talked to Mr. Hazem, he ran my credit report and got me approved in one hour. He help me alone the way with all my questions and paper works. Thanks to him I am a happy home owner."

I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah. Gino adjusted to my style and I appreciate that. He was also quite easy to either reach him or have a response in a timely manner."

Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Just so you know, I contacted my previous mortgage company with questions about refinancing a couple days before talking to Rocket Mortgage and today I closed my refinancing with Rocket Mortgage while I never heard back from my previous company! Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience. This is the time to refinance and Rocket Mortgage Mortgage and Daniel Komertz are the way to go!"

They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and ...Working with Sean and his entire crew at rocket was a relief. This includes Sean, Ken, Cortney, Jacob, Josh, Kayla, Amber and Allen. They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and comfortable. With tons of communication. We were never left to feel like we didn’t know what was happening or what to expect next. This was our first home and they were always patient and supportive. Just down to earth, decent people. Sean especially. Best part of working with him and his team, was when one person was out or away, there’s another rep on the same team that steps in, knows your situation and continues to carry the ball forward. We were never left waiting for a call back or response to an email. The “back office” items moved almost instantly from one step to the next. Ours was a coop, bank owned foreclosure. And with all the moving parts and different parties involved, their responsiveness was key to getting the purchase done efficiently. So imagine 5 cooks in the kitchen but make them all lawyers too. This could have been a nightmare. Sean and his team made this feel easy."

When I needed updated preapproval letters, he turned them around almost immediately, sometimes within minutes of my asking. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference, especially when we were moving fast and needed documentation on short notice. If you want a loan officer who actually picks up the phone and follows through, Chuck is it. Highly recommend."

All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance. It was a great experience. Ali Alshara thanks so much for providing excellent service."
