Moving from PA to AL has been a stressful process the last few weeks, and Alec helped eliminate a large majority of it today. Extremely professional, laid out every step of the loan approval process, and even referred me to a different department to get as many benefits from my relocation as possible. I cannot recommend working with Alec enough. Keep up the good work!"

When I first clicked on the internet and the calls started coming in, I would not even answer the phone. Somehow Mike Ayoub reached out to me and convinced me that refinancing was the way to go. The savings was there with a 15 year mortgage. Mike explained the process and got me through to the closing without any hardships. If you are looking for a Mortgage Banker, Mike Ayoub is your best choice. I loved working with him."

I can sense if the person I deal with is trying to create a solution or is just doing their job. Kyle is one of the finest customer service reps I have worked with. He provided a solution that would work for our refinance. From the very first contact with Kyle to closing Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and explain anything I didn't understand. I'm sure you already know how invaluable Kyle Bennett is to Rocket Mortgage. There are employees who are there for a paycheck and others who truly are there for the customer. He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would have never thought of otherwise. Even when I told him that I was going to be doing my loan through another lender he asked about it and advised me on parts of it that seemed like they could be problematic…and he was right. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product. It would be nice if everyone provided this kind of service as it would make life so much easier overall."

His experience and very detailed explanation was like no other mortgage professional I have every worked with. The entire process was complete in less than 30 days, and we were able to do everything we hoped with no surprises. We even were able to complete some of the closing docs online, and the few signatures in person on the day of closing took 10 minutes and was at our home.
