All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance. It was a great experience. Ali Alshara thanks so much for providing excellent service."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers ...I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers from Missouri. After signing on with Rocket Mortgage, Scott made the process feel completely effortless, if Scott said he would call you at 10am your time, you received a call at 10am. If I needed to call him on Sunday morning on his cell, I would receive a "Goodmorning this is Scott" There never was any pressure as with other mortgage companies, and like any other 68 year old you enjoy a captive audience, Scott was all business with your best interest at heart, but there was always time for personal conversation. Scott and his team were able to meet my pressing personal circumstances and finalize underwriting and were ready to close within seven days. My suggestion to anyone looking for a personal touch in your mortgage financing is to contact Scott Claeson at Rocket Mortgage. Scott has put personal back into the mortgage business."

With that being said, from the very first contact, William was the absolute ...First of all I must admit that I am a very type "A" person and have to "know" the details upfront without any "surprises". With that being said, from the very first contact, William was the absolute best! During the whole loan process, not only did he communicate with me online, but would make a call to see if I had any questions or concerns with encouragement to contact him if any came up that I didn't think of at that time. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or that ANY of my questions weren't significant. I feel he was very patient and went above and beyond to get my loan to the next level in a timely manner all while working diligently to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage to others and if they happen to get William as a part of their loan team, they should consider that a bonus. Thank you, William Forbes, for your upfront honesty and your help in getting me into my new home! :)"

We started the process with Ara around May or June 2022. Yes, at least 11 months because were doing a new construction loan. But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan process. He never was like this loan is taking too long, so I'm out. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service. If you are looking for a great mortgage company to be your mortgage provider than I highly recommend Ara w/Rocket Mortgage. Best, Christy A"

He was there and answered every question or concern I had about purchasing my first home. He was the first person I talked to 10 minutes after I put my information on Rocket Mortgage website. I was truly amazed how quick they reached out to me. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch! I felt at home with him and his experience with military personnel, and VA loans. He was in contact with me everyday and gave me his personal contact information just in case I had a serious question or worry no matter the time. He even got a sick during our time that side lined him from going to work, but that did not stop him from working and staying in contact and getting the loan done. Now if that doesn't make you want him as your loan officer I dont know what will. He was great and I truly recommend him to everyone that's looking for a home loan, doesn't matter if it's your first mortgage or your third. Thanks again George you will be missed! "

He was extremely professional, responsive, relatable, knowledgeable, informative, experienced and the list goes on! He would respond quickly to calls and emails and even in the evening and weekends!!! Who does that! He's readily available! He even urged me to re-evaluate my current insurance as it sounded a bit high AND as a result I am now enjoying a savings of $1,200/yr!!!! Thank you, Todd! He walked me through the entire process and even anticipated my questions! I will recommend anyone who needs a loan to reach out to Todd Piechowski with Rocket Mortgage. I am forever grateful to Rocket Mortgage and Dalton for making this process smooth and efficient. Dalton truly is a crown jewel to the organization—a “crown banker,” no pun intended! If I ever need to refinance or purchase another home, Rocket Mortgage will definitely be my first choice. "I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, ...I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, I was reticent to go through the cumbersome process of refinancing, since two attempts (one with Rocket Mortgage) failed due to the incompetence of the handlers. Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance. I say promote her, pay her more and use her talents and methods as a template to hire or work with anyone looking for a mortgage."
