He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would have never thought of otherwise. Even when I told him that I was going to be doing my loan through another lender he asked about it and advised me on parts of it that seemed like they could be problematic…and he was right. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product. It would be nice if everyone provided this kind of service as it would make life so much easier overall."

With that being said, from the very first contact, William was the absolute best! During the whole loan process, not only did he communicate with me online, but would make a call to see if I had any questions or concerns with encouragement to contact him if any came up that I didn't think of at that time. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or that ANY of my questions weren't significant. I feel he was very patient and went above and beyond to get my loan to the next level in a timely manner all while working diligently to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage to others and if they happen to get William as a part of their loan team, they should consider that a bonus. Thank you, William Forbes, for your upfront honesty and your help in getting me into my new home! :)"

I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah. Gino adjusted to my style and I appreciate that. He was also quite easy to either reach him or have a response in a timely manner."

I feel that Cecilia went above and beyond her duties to allow me to be comfortable with process. It always provided peace of mind to know that I could call, text or email her and she would promptly get back to me and had an answer each time! Cecilia is knowledgeable and it is apparent she knows the finance world. This is the first time I have worked with a company that I was assigned to one individual to help me through the entire process. Many times, you need to tell your story and ask your question 10 times before getting an answer. Rocket Mortgage did me right by assigning Cecilia to me! If needing a home loan or refinance I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Cecilia to be your banker, she will not disappoint!!!"

Andrew Maher basically hand walked my wife and I through the entire process and allowed us to feel at ease. He answered every question in a manner my wife and I understood. He was easy to reach and returned every call immediately. The process was super fast and the online access showed what step we were in and all info in that step. I was very happy with the rate Andrew originally found and then he came back later and gave us an even better rate. 2.99% is pretty great. Andrew is no nonsense and straight forward. In other words, he is honest. I am very impressed with him and if I need to refi again, I will be contacting Andrew Maher."

He was there and answered every question or concern I had about purchasing my first home. He was the first person I talked to 10 minutes after I put my information on Rocket Mortgage website. I was truly amazed how quick they reached out to me. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch! I felt at home with him and his experience with military personnel, and VA loans. He was in contact with me everyday and gave me his personal contact information just in case I had a serious question or worry no matter the time. He even got a sick during our time that side lined him from going to work, but that did not stop him from working and staying in contact and getting the loan done. Now if that doesn't make you want him as your loan officer I dont know what will. He was great and I truly recommend him to everyone that's looking for a home loan, doesn't matter if it's your first mortgage or your third. Thanks again George you will be missed! "

He was extremely professional, responsive, relatable, knowledgeable, informative, experienced and the list goes on! He would respond quickly to calls and emails and even in the evening and weekends!!! Who does that! He's readily available! He even urged me to re-evaluate my current insurance as it sounded a bit high AND as a result I am now enjoying a savings of $1,200/yr!!!! Thank you, Todd! He walked me through the entire process and even anticipated my questions! I will recommend anyone who needs a loan to reach out to Todd Piechowski with Rocket Mortgage.
