Within an hour of first contact, I was given assurance that they could work with me on my new home loan. Within a day I had a letter of approval to show the seller and put the house I wanted under contract. Will and his crew were with me every step of the way explaining and helping me as a first time home buyer. I called several other loan companies (including my bank) and was greeted with very little enthusiasm... and call-backs almost a week later. When I spoke with Will for the first time, his enthusiasm was infectious. The loan approval process was very smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have fallen into the right hands... thank you!"

When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a solution. Doing some reach search online, I thought I had wanted a certain loan to be able to buy a new house before we sold our old house. Eli explained this really isn’t the best choice for us, he was just plain honest. Could he sell us this loan? Yes, but I really appreciated that he didn’t think it would be the best choice for us. Instead he gave me his take on it, which was perfect. When I realized he didn’t want to just sell me on anything, I knew he could be trusted. Eli asked me if I had a realtor and I said I wanted to ask my old one. Well that was hard to get a hold of my old one, so I asked him for a referral for a realtor. Having some trust in Eli was the best choice to sell and buy. Eli linked us up with an amazing realtor locally, so having an amazing lender and realtor, it created a force that really gave my wife and I a competitive edge against the other buyers. Eli’s amazing communication to me, my realtor and seller’s for a few offers, really amazed some of the sellers realtors. I’m happy to report, because of Eli, and his referral of our realtor, we were able to lock in and buy the most amazing house. We sold our old house and bought a new one and CLOSED THE SAME DAY AND TIME. Who do you know that is able to do this in this market?! Was it easy? No but Eli seriously made it happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us get into our dream home. Never thought I’d own a house like this."

Buying or refinancing a home can be one of the most stressful experiences, but Tiffany made me feel comfortable from day one all the way through closing. She was there every step of the process, always answering my calls, responding to my questions, and taking the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. What impressed me most wasn’t just her knowledge it was her patience, professionalism, and the genuine care she showed throughout the entire process. Anytime I started to feel overwhelmed or anxious, Tiffany knew exactly how to keep me calm and reassure me that everything was on track. She never made me feel like I was “just another client.” She treated me like family. There were moments when I honestly didn’t know how everything was going to come together, but Tiffany stayed on top of every detail and worked tirelessly to make sure it did. "My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were ...My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were glad we choose Rocket Mortgage. Honestly, Josh was the one who made the process extremely easy for us (but to be fair the rest of the staff were great too, Josh was simply extra helpful) to the point that we thought this was a scam because it was to good to be true. While we had a hiccup with the initial mortgage (property failed inspection), Josh was there to help us through it all and explain the next steps and set expectations. He even went out of his way to take calls after hours just to help us out as quickly as he could. Considering that our case might have been unusual (or maybe not) since we went through two properties until we found the right home, we were lucky to have Josh in our corner throughout it all. Additionally, the Rocket Mortgage process in general is light years ahead of other banks (at least compared to our past experience with Chase and Citibank), all of the paperwork is submitted electronically (I mean Citibank... seriously... a fax machine...) and the Rocket Mortgage website/app added additional ease to the entire process. At any rate, if you are lucky enough to have him as your representative, rest assured, he will help you through it all. Think of Josh as your Parisian tour guide, he knows it all and is there to make sure you do not get lost."

To that point, he even answered my call one time when he was on vacation in Disney Land!!! My first conversation with him was just information gathering a few months prior to being able to move forward & I was clear with him about that up front. He understood and patiently stayed in touch at appropriate intervals with no high pressure tactics, unlike other lenders I did similar information gathering with. As we made progress and things changed during the offer & negotiations, Justin was always willing to explore options, not just the ones he thought were the best, but the ones I wanted to know about so I could look at this major life event from different angles.
