He explained to me the exact process and how long approximately it would take and keep the ball rolling from day 1. Nothing better when someone gives you a deadline and lives up to it. Also Mason always made me feel like I wasn’t a burden for asking questions or to see if documents were received. All in all a perfect experience and would recommend Mason and Rocket Mortgage any day. With an excellent credit score I tried to get a loan from my bank, they turned me down because I was new at my job, then I tried USAA, they also turned me down because I didn't have any debt. I was about to give up until I called Rocket Mortgage and talked to Mr. Hazem, he ran my credit report and got me approved in one hour. He help me alone the way with all my questions and paper works. Thanks to him I am a happy home owner."

Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t ...So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of it and within about an hour I was already signing documents via DocuSign. The next day Ken was unavailable, but not to worry, a member of Ken‘s team contacted me and was able to keep the ball rolling. As a team they never let me down. And now thankfully to the whole rocket mortgage team I have closed on my house and have moved in and I am most thankful for that team."

We've gone through foreclosure number of years ago and we were very nervous about getting a new home loan. It wasn't hard to get approved and I really appreciated all of the online ability to be able to complete all the paperwork. Joshua was there whenever I had any questions and needed some reassurance. When we finally closed on the loan I already talked to him about possibly refinancing in a year or two. Our rate was good but I think we can get a better Loan in a year or two with a conventional loan and he said he would also be there for us at that time too by going from FHA to conventional. It was nice having somebody on the phone that had a friendly voice, sometimes I think we're always afraid of that person of the bank saying no when Rocket Mortgage and Joshua said yes"

Daniel has great communication skills and is able to explain everything easily. Even if the question is not in his department, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right answer. Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Just so you know, I contacted my previous mortgage company with questions about refinancing a couple days before talking to Rocket Mortgage and today I closed my refinancing with Rocket Mortgage while I never heard back from my previous company! Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience. This is the time to refinance and Rocket Mortgage Mortgage and Daniel Komertz are the way to go!"

As luck would have it, things out of our control pushed our timeline back a bit but this man kept up and managed all of situation im a matte that made us feel safe. Down to the last couple of details, Daniel pushed and fought for us to finish this process so my family could move by our deadline. Working in customer service myself, this experience definitely met all my conditions and Daniel went above and beyond. I will recommend everyone I can to Daniel and Rocket Mortgage. But we currently have a comfortable mortgage payment, so we did not want a refinance plan to greatly increase our monthly payment. Nick took a preliminary look at our financial profile and our wish list and said he was pretty confident he could work out a plan for us with a lower interest rate than would let us maintain a monthly payment in the neighborhood of our current payment. And did he! This very patient, knowledgeable professional spent much of one afternoon working on a proposal for us that met all of our expectations and more. The entire process was painless and Nick was very patient while helping us obtain necessary documents and information to complete the application process. We were very fortunate that Nick was the guy who answered the phone and offered to work with us to successfully complete the process. Thank you Nick!"

All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance. He ...A friend of mine had referred Cameron to refinance my mortgage. I have never dealt with someone who was more focused on my needs than he was. He was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. He made me feel like I was their only customer. He took stayed in contact with me through the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from beginning to closing. Even after closing, he followed up with me to thank me for my business and asked if I had any questions. With the customer dashboard, you know exactly what step you are in every day. Not once was I put on hold or transferred. I think of Cameron not only as my mortgage banker but am also to call him my friend. I promise you will not find someone more customer service oriented than Cameron and I highly, highly recommend him!"
