Imagine my delight to get a call from him ...What can I say other than Justin was absolutely awesome! Initially, he didn't think I would be able to be approved for the refinance I was looking for. Imagine my delight to get a call from him later that same day letting me know he had done more research through some other resources and WAS able to approve me. I had heard horror stories about the mortgage refinance process but Justin made it a breeze. He was highly communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Justin, for your tenacity and for making this process such a pleasant experience! You rock!!"

We were heart broken and defeated after wasting 10 months with another lender who could not get the job done. Then we gave Rocket Mortgage a try and found Joey. From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."

I can sense if the person I deal with is trying to create a solution or is just doing their job. Kyle is one of the finest customer service reps I have worked with. He provided a solution that would work for our refinance. From the very first contact with Kyle to closing Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and explain anything I didn't understand. I'm sure you already know how invaluable Kyle Bennett is to Rocket Mortgage. There are employees who are there for a paycheck and others who truly are there for the customer. At closing, the title company agent and our realtor discussed how they appreciated Michael's attention to detail and exceptional service. I overhead them both say they will absolutely reach out to Michael for their own mortgage needs. Again, from our first introduction to the recent follow up call from Michael, it has been a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!"

Honestly, had it not been for Jenna, I don't feel that I would have received such a five star experience in purchasing my home. Jenna goes out of her way to treat her customers with the respect and positive experience we all deserve, and she does so with the greatest positive and vibrant attitude. Whenever I had a question via text, email, or voice message, Jenna promptly returned my communications. If we ever went a couple days without talking, Jenna would reach out to me to ensure that everything was going well. Even as I dealt with a couple other agents during the process, Jenna ALWAYS made herself available to me and NEVER acted as if I was taking time out of her day or putting her out. She was always willing AND happy to assist with whatever I needed. Jenna.... you are a true professional. The time that you made for me to ensure this process went smoothly is second to none. "Emmanuel has done an amazing job! I contacted Emmanuel last August to refi my existing mortgage with 5th3rd. After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my ...Emmanuel has done an amazing job! I contacted Emmanuel last August to refi my existing mortgage with 5th3rd. After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my mortgage there. Naturally they said yes, and started the process. After giving them $400 to start the process, I never heard back. At this time, I was locked in. 4 months went by and still no refi. In the meantime, Emmanuel would continue to check in on me to see if everything was ok, and if he could help - just give hime a call. Once we rolled into 2021, I had enough. I contacted 5th 3rd (dozens of times since they don't respond to calls or emails) to cancel the refi. I reached out to Emmanuel and within a week we already had my closing scheduled for the end of January 2021. Believe it or not, this is the short story - I didn't think the hell I had to go through with the other bank was worth wasting your time. Bottom line - I will never bank with 5th 3rd again, and my future business will be with Emmanuel as well as recommendations to friends and colleagues. He did an amazing job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Thank you, Scott"

We were given his cell number, that we were encouraged to use, for any questions that we had. He was so helpful, in explaining what documents were needed and where to locate them, and even walked us through how to upload on the mortgage site! This was our fourth mortgage loan, and I have to say the easiest and no one had to take any time off work, or make any appointments at the bank. Doug was our personal banker, and made our experience very pleasant, and accommodated us, as to when we could talk over information. Thanks so much Doug."

Then I was referred to Zane by a very hard to please and not usually impressed friend, who was very pleased and impressed by Zane's expertise and professionalism in getting the job done. I could not agree more, the process through Zane was the easiest experience I have had in accomplishing a task in a long time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient with someone who is not that experienced in all the on line and computer technology required now a days. He is one of the few employees I have had to interact with that had a cadence that I could understand at my age, and he has the aptitude of sensing when a customer needs assistance. A thousand thanks to him and his team for making what I thought would be a world of stress, into a positive experience."
