Not only was Christian always on top of our loan status, he was so personable that it was like we were dealing with someone we had known for many years. After my retirement from the USMC I sold cars for 22yrs. so you can get a pretty good ideas of how many loan professionals I have come in contact with, so for me to tell you how much of a pleasure it was to have someone like Christian handle our refinance you can believe that I know what I'm talking about when I sing his praises. I will definitely recommend Rocket mortgage company and Christian to all of my friends that are thinking of buying a house or if they want to refinance their current one. Imagine my delight to get a call from him later that same day letting me know he had done more research through some other resources and WAS able to approve me. I had heard horror stories about the mortgage refinance process but Justin made it a breeze. He was highly communicative, professional and knowledgeable. We were heart broken and defeated after wasting 10 months with another lender who could not get the job done. Then we gave Rocket Mortgage a try and found Joey. From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."

I can sense if the person I deal with is trying to create a solution or is just doing their job. Kyle is one of the finest customer service reps I have worked with. He provided a solution that would work for our refinance. From the very first contact with Kyle to closing Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and explain anything I didn't understand. I'm sure you already know how invaluable Kyle Bennett is to Rocket Mortgage. There are employees who are there for a paycheck and others who truly are there for the customer. "My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience ...My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience with the loan officers we were put in touch with and wasted 3 months with nothing positive coming out of it. When RM contacted us again to refinance our loan, I told them I wasn't interested in working with them and they asked that we give them one more opportunity and they would put us in contact with a loan officer that specializes in self-employed. Josh came into the picture and I immediately explained my lack of confidence in RM. He proved me wrong! Josh did a very good job to follow up with me, understood the process and how to handle different situations as they arose, and helped us get through everything getting our loan closed this time. Although I think RM has work to do prior to soliciting current clients, Josh was excellent and a pleasure to work with. If i was going to apply for another loan I would deffinately prefer to work with Josh. Thank Josh"

Whenever I had a question via text, email, or voice message, Jenna promptly returned my communications. If we ever went a couple days without talking, Jenna would reach out to me to ensure that everything was going well. Even as I dealt with a couple other agents during the process, Jenna ALWAYS made herself available to me and NEVER acted as if I was taking time out of her day or putting her out.
