We decided to remain in our house. We did a refinance and got equity to help us to achieve our golds. Geoff was a great help in suggesting ways to help us make a decision to achieve the needs we had. The process was very easy and closing was within a couple weeks. At closing Rocket had an notary come to our house to notarize the papers. I have used Rocket Mortgage on other occations and found the process to be very easy."

Over time, I also found him to be on top of any questions I had and gave me answers that were point on...which in this day and age is remarkable. I was in the process of applying for and getting a VA loan to buy a home and Mitchell was completely familiar with the process and guided me along the way to ensure my mortgage needs were met. On a few occasions, we had a good laugh with each other which made Rocket Mortgage seem just that much more human and customer focused. I would suggest that anyone interested in applying for a VA loan, or any loan, contact Rocket Mortgage...you may be lucky enough to get Mitchell on the line. You won't be disappointed."

He answered all questions I had and amazed me at the speed of obtaining a rocket loan. In fact, the whole team gets a 'hat's off'. I had already submitted a loan application from my bank of many years. At the last moment on a Sunday, I called and he was able to get me a rate 1.1% lower. WOW! I contact several other lenders and Rocket Mortgage blew their doors off. 4 hours later I was approved and 1 month later the process was complete. Easy and fast. Thank you Patrick and all others. Rocket Mortgage Rocket loan is the only way to go. And I proudly recommend them. God bless you all and praise to him that lead me to you."

If it were not for Tammy, I would not have the dream home I purchased. Tammy was there every step of the way. She even began the process with so much reassurance, always. Tammy was always available, even when I felt I contacted her outside normal office hours. She had so much patience with me when it came to getting in all the necessary files. I had reached out to a couple of lenders before RM and none given me the satisfaction or assurance that Rocket Mortgage did. I am not the best with my words or writing a review but for Tammy, I had to. She made the process of lending with Rocket Mortgage seamless. I am so happy I picked Rocket Mortgage. At first, We had a loan application for a home. But my partner and I at the last minute decided to pull out and purchase a different home. Tammy was there every step of that as well. Reassuring us, every step of the way. Helping us again, start the process again. But never upset, never annoyed. Always happy, helpful, and cheerful. Many times, speaking 3-5 times a day. A pleasure every single time and making sure we had the best deal for our new home. We then went to buy our first home; a dream home and we could not have done it without Tammy’s kindness and patience. Tammy does well at her job and genuinely cares for her clients and their happiness when buying a home. I am happy every day we got Tammy as our Rocket Mortgage agent. I recommend her to absolutely anyone who will listen, along with Rocket Mortgage. 10/10 recommend Rocket Mortgage. I recommend Tammy Wright even more. 5 plus stars. 10/10 service. We found our dream home Jan 20, and confidently made an offer with the power of rocket mortgage behind us. 25 days later, we were at closing and officially homeowners. We went into this process with the worst in our minds. We thought it would be difficult, a lot of paper work, and hard to contact the team. I can tell you first hand, that was not the case. Our Mortgager, Steven Youanis was the absolute best for the job! He stayed in contact with us from beginning to end. He was a liaison when we needed. He explained everything to us, patiently answered all our questions, and guided us the whole way through. I have since referred him several times and will continue to do so. Steve Youanis is amazing at what he does and a pleasure to work with! What are you waiting for?! Call him now!"

This put Kassem in the position of having to educate us on procedures and and the language of the business end of the process. He was patient and kind and never made us feel stupid. The only thing that I would change is there could have been a smoother transition once his part was done. I had developed a working relationship with Kassem but all of a sudden I had to deal with another person that I hadn't worked with and my calls didn't go to him. I feel like the transition would have been better if we had known in advance that we would be dealing with someone else as things progressed."
