I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming along. Additionally, his positive attitude and sense of humor always lifted my spirits and made me want to continue to look for my perfect home. When I finally found "the one", I put an offer in. The seller's realtor had some concerns about about accepting my offer, however, Toby went above and beyond and was instantly working with my realtor and writing a personalized approval letter to show the seller's agent that I was a qualified buyer. I truly believe I would have lost this house to another offer had Toby not gone out of his way to do this for me. Toby is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he has an awesome accent! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!"

Alicia did an amazing job of always making us feel at ease. Alicia's expertise and professionalism is a model of how this process should be for people. Alicia always made us feel that we came first. Alicia would go above and beyond. Even when Alicia would be unavailable for a few days for time off, she would take the time to let us know when she would return, and who to contact if we needed help in the meantime. I could go on and on about how she made our experience perfect. I would suggest to anyone looking for a mortgage to seek out the best of the best and contact Alicia today."

That steady, every-client-every-time dedication is rare, and it made all the difference. Throughout the process, Matt was clear, communicative, and genuinely warm. He had a gift for breaking down the most complicated parts of the loan and explaining them simply. It was proof that simplicity really is genius. Just as importantly, it always felt like he cared about us and our goal far more than the transaction itself. I've worked with many bankers over the years, and Matt was by far the best. I had seen the commercials for Rocket Mortgage on TV. They made it seem so easy. I was dubious but I called to see for myself. From the very first call I had with Scott we moved from "thinking about buying" to "Let's do it!" Scott clearly knows the business inside and out but more, he understands that his clients do not do this everyday. He spends the time to patiently walk through the pieces. He left us with such a sense of confidence that we jumped in and got our vacation home ... and we love it. If you are "thinking" too I highly recommend calling Scott and his team. If you are a real estate agent you should consider keeping Scott's number on file ... you will sell a lot more homes and have a lot more happy clients. It's only a shame I can't give Scott more than 5 stars. Thank you Scott!!"

Over time, I also found him to be on top of any questions I had and gave me answers that were point on...which in this day and age is remarkable. I was in the process of applying for and getting a VA loan to buy a home and Mitchell was completely familiar with the process and guided me along the way to ensure my mortgage needs were met. On a few occasions, we had a good laugh with each other which made Rocket Mortgage seem just that much more human and customer focused. I would suggest that anyone interested in applying for a VA loan, or any loan, contact Rocket Mortgage...you may be lucky enough to get Mitchell on the line. You won't be disappointed."

If it were not for Tammy, I would not have the dream home I purchased. Tammy was there every step of the way. She even began the process with so much reassurance, always. Tammy was always available, even when I felt I contacted her outside normal office hours. She had so much patience with me when it came to getting in all the necessary files. I had reached out to a couple of lenders before RM and none given me the satisfaction or assurance that Rocket Mortgage did. I am not the best with my words or writing a review but for Tammy, I had to. She made the process of lending with Rocket Mortgage seamless. I am so happy I picked Rocket Mortgage. At first, We had a loan application for a home. But my partner and I at the last minute decided to pull out and purchase a different home. Tammy was there every step of that as well. Reassuring us, every step of the way. Helping us again, start the process again. But never upset, never annoyed. Always happy, helpful, and cheerful. Many times, speaking 3-5 times a day. A pleasure every single time and making sure we had the best deal for our new home. We then went to buy our first home; a dream home and we could not have done it without Tammy’s kindness and patience. Tammy does well at her job and genuinely cares for her clients and their happiness when buying a home. I am happy every day we got Tammy as our Rocket Mortgage agent. I recommend her to absolutely anyone who will listen, along with Rocket Mortgage. 10/10 recommend Rocket Mortgage. I recommend Tammy Wright even more. 5 plus stars. 10/10 service.
