I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me.
