I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah. Gino adjusted to my style and I appreciate that. He was also quite easy to either reach him or have a response in a timely manner."

I feel that Cecilia went above and beyond her duties to allow me to be comfortable with process. It always provided peace of mind to know that I could call, text or email her and she would promptly get back to me and had an answer each time! Cecilia is knowledgeable and it is apparent she knows the finance world. This is the first time I have worked with a company that I was assigned to one individual to help me through the entire process. Many times, you need to tell your story and ask your question 10 times before getting an answer. Rocket Mortgage did me right by assigning Cecilia to me! If needing a home loan or refinance I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Cecilia to be your banker, she will not disappoint!!!"

He was extremely professional, responsive, relatable, knowledgeable, informative, experienced and the list goes on! He would respond quickly to calls and emails and even in the evening and weekends!!! Who does that! He's readily available! He even urged me to re-evaluate my current insurance as it sounded a bit high AND as a result I am now enjoying a savings of $1,200/yr!!!! Thank you, Todd! He walked me through the entire process and even anticipated my questions! I will recommend anyone who needs a loan to reach out to Todd Piechowski with Rocket Mortgage. "I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, ...I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, I was reticent to go through the cumbersome process of refinancing, since two attempts (one with Rocket Mortgage) failed due to the incompetence of the handlers. Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance. I say promote her, pay her more and use her talents and methods as a template to hire or work with anyone looking for a mortgage."

She always responded in a timely manner and followed up. Anything with your home in the balance is a bit intimidating plus never meeting the actual person but Brie was professional and I was able to trust that Rocket Mortgage was the right pick for me! We were heart broken and defeated after wasting 10 months with another lender who could not get the job done. Then we gave Rocket Mortgage a try and found Joey. From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."
