To that point, he even answered my call one time when he was on vacation in Disney Land!!! My first conversation with him was just information gathering a few months prior to being able to move forward & I was clear with him about that up front. He understood and patiently stayed in touch at appropriate intervals with no high pressure tactics, unlike other lenders I did similar information gathering with. As we made progress and things changed during the offer & negotiations, Justin was always willing to explore options, not just the ones he thought were the best, but the ones I wanted to know about so I could look at this major life event from different angles. I have no hesitation in recommending his services; Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him."

He would check in with me multiple times a day, constantly stay in contact with my Realtor, and make sure to let me know if anything was outstanding. He seriously made my house buying experience 1000 times better and I'm so happy I was able to work with him. He even called weeks later just to congratulate me and see if I needed anything. Even my realtor was so impressed by Dewayne and Rocket Mortgage, I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thanks Dewayne!"

He gave me an opportunity to consolidate some crippling debt and got me into the product that I needed to give me a new and fresh start. I cannot thank Sam enough. 6 stars if I could. We wanted to go forward, and Rick was very accommodating by setting a time at our convenience to call us and guide us through our entire online application. He went over each section with us as we went along, and we were done! He then explained what financial documents we would need to submit and that an appraiser would be contacting us soon, and to feel free to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. Rick made it very easy to get the process started."

Having been a homeowner for twenty years I have worked with many different mortgage brokers over the years and had drawn the conclusion that this process never goes as smoothly as advertised. Working with Gary and his team have changed every perception of the mortgage experience for me. They have over delivered on everything that was discussed. This could not have been a smoother process. He was able to arrange the loan amount that I needed and figure out the best options for my down payment, interest rate and closing costs. He guided the process though all the various departments and procedures to get the necessary approvals at each stage and all this was done online. However he called, texted and e-mailed whenever their was urgency or information that needed my immediate attention. This personal attention to detail and diligence throughout the process was the key ingredient that allowed me to close on my new house on schedule. His "can do" attitude was what made this happen for me and I appreciate his effort, guidance and professionalism. Thank you JohnPatrick!"

He worked efficiently and quickly to help me procure a refinance loan after the previous loan rep got angry with me because i hadnt changed my utilities to my name after my husbands death, for the proof of occupancy quickly enough for him. He put me on a three month wait. Jon called me and right away fixed and apologized for the rude treatment received from the fellow rep immediately. Thank you Jon, I will definitely use your services again if needed and refer you if someone is looking to buy or refinance a home."

I wasn’t the most prestigious customer who has applied to Rocket Mortgage, but Rocket Mortgage made me feel like I was there only customer. When the bid on my first dream house fell through, Andrew Skuzenski at Rocket Mortgage was there to transfer my application to the beautiful new home I recently purchased. Andrew gave advise on how to structure the agreement. Each and every time I txt, e-mailed or telephoned Andrew during the negotiating process, my calls were returned immediately with answers. I felt as though I was their most influential customer. Once the sales agreement was signed, staying on the same page between all parties can be a challenge. Rocket Mortgage has a CHAT line option to use during the closing process. To this day I am amazed by the action items each individual was willing to take on and able to resolve immediately with a simple CHAT question. The loan documentation process can be intimidating, but my loan was assigned a process specialists for documentation and another for communication. The Specialist along with Rocket’s website made the process flow like a stream in the mountains. My new mountain home is a dream. I believe we all agree that the purchase of a new home is to bring family together. Rocket Mortgage and especially Andrew made our dreams come true with special grace."

From beginning to end i had a lot of Questions and concerns and am sure i wasn't always a pleasure to work with.On many occasions after speaking with a agent from Rocket Mortgage i new no more after i hung up than i did before i called since closing i received a letter stating freddie max purchased my loan reading my letter stating this.As usual i misunderstood several things. Picking up the phone i got a Gentleman by the name of Stefan Stojanovic the pour soul that got to listAen to john.fter calming me done he proceeded to answer my Question and concerns like no other person i have ever work with. If i could have worked with this man from beginning to end i promise your telephone/personnel dept/and any and all expenses would have been slashed to a minimally. Expence That is unknow to this company. This man speaks with a tone that i have rarely heard his knowledge to every Question i ask was Explained with me having no doubt that this man was on top of the game.advise is something i usually am giving.Generally i am The one one explaining things And interrupting. If given the opportunity. I would love to speak with and then prove to upper management that Stefan Stojanovic should hold a position in upper management. I know your thinking who am i to think that i have this knowledge. believe what i am saying.if any of you at Rocket Mortgage would like to know just why i believe that i pocess this knowledge.
