I wasn’t the most prestigious customer who has applied to Rocket Mortgage, but Rocket Mortgage made me feel like I was there only customer. When the bid on my first dream house fell through, Andrew Skuzenski at Rocket Mortgage was there to transfer my application to the beautiful new home I recently purchased. Andrew gave advise on how to structure the agreement. Each and every time I txt, e-mailed or telephoned Andrew during the negotiating process, my calls were returned immediately with answers. I felt as though I was their most influential customer. Once the sales agreement was signed, staying on the same page between all parties can be a challenge. Rocket Mortgage has a CHAT line option to use during the closing process. To this day I am amazed by the action items each individual was willing to take on and able to resolve immediately with a simple CHAT question. The loan documentation process can be intimidating, but my loan was assigned a process specialists for documentation and another for communication. The Specialist along with Rocket’s website made the process flow like a stream in the mountains. My new mountain home is a dream. I believe we all agree that the purchase of a new home is to bring family together. Rocket Mortgage and especially Andrew made our dreams come true with special grace."

From beginning to end i had a lot of Questions and concerns and am sure i wasn't always a pleasure to work with.On many occasions after speaking with a agent from Rocket Mortgage i new no more after i hung up than i did before i called since closing i received a letter stating freddie max purchased my loan reading my letter stating this.As usual i misunderstood several things. Picking up the phone i got a Gentleman by the name of Stefan Stojanovic the pour soul that got to listAen to john.fter calming me done he proceeded to answer my Question and concerns like no other person i have ever work with. If i could have worked with this man from beginning to end i promise your telephone/personnel dept/and any and all expenses would have been slashed to a minimally. Expence That is unknow to this company. This man speaks with a tone that i have rarely heard his knowledge to every Question i ask was Explained with me having no doubt that this man was on top of the game.advise is something i usually am giving.Generally i am The one one explaining things And interrupting. If given the opportunity. I would love to speak with and then prove to upper management that Stefan Stojanovic should hold a position in upper management. I know your thinking who am i to think that i have this knowledge. believe what i am saying.if any of you at Rocket Mortgage would like to know just why i believe that i pocess this knowledge. I would be happy to give names and numbers to verify that you should listen.thank you everyone for this opportunity to work with/ if you listen\ the greatest mortgage company ever. He was nothing less than a miracle worker and did everything in his power to help us buying a house! We was attentive, efficient, friendly, had clear communication and incredibly persistence! We were overwhelmed and having a hard time with the process in the beginning, but Chris did not let us give up and worked very very hard to get us the mortgage loan that fitted best to our needs and to get us the best possible interest rates! Rocket Mortgage alone was a...I tried a few times to renegotiate my mortgage with the previous holder and it was an obstacle course leading to no. Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a huge step up. And luckily I was put in touch with Brandon Terry who after looking at my numbers told me it was possible to redo the mortgage. After he took my call I stayed on the line with him for a few hours, he paused to talk to some number crunchers, came back online and that started a very short process. Brandon answered every question, gave me lots of reassurance, and even in the middle of moving himself to a new house while it was snowing answered my emails pretty promptly. About a week or so later it was done. The previous rejections took months for them to decided I was risk too far, but with Brandon's help it went smoothly and quickly. This is the guy."

Everyone knows that purchasing a home can be extremely stressful, but Derrick was so positive, helpful, and understanding. He made sure to explain things well, and to assist quickly if any questions came up. I was able to text or call him and he was ALWAYS so quick to get back to me and typically ALWAYS answered. His customer service skills are phenomenal and he is very genuine. It is evident he gives this role 110% and he talks to you like a friend would. If I had a question and emailed him at night or on the weekend, expecting to hear from him the next day or on Monday, Zi was continually surprised and pleased to hear from him that night or over the weekend. Honestly, George seems to work 24/7 for his clients - always with expertise, professionalism, courtesy and patience. He made the tough challenge of getting a loan a smooth sail on gentle waters and warm, favorable winds."

She guided me step-by-step all the way to closing. I am not a financially intuitive person in nature, and Salwa was extremely patient, kind, and informative throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond and found me certain discounts and items that I qualified for that I had no idea existed! I work crazy hours but Salwa was always accommodating to my schedule- she even called me at 9-10pm some days when I needed extra guidance. I felt like I was talking to a friend who GENUINELY wanted to get me the best deal. I am so glad I went with Salwa for purchasing my first home. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Salwa's and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Oh, and not to mention that Salwa was able to close on my house in 11 days!!!!!!!!!
