If it were not for Tammy, I would not have the dream home I purchased. Tammy was there every step of the way. She even began the process with so much reassurance, always. Tammy was always available, even when I felt I contacted her outside normal office hours. She had so much patience with me when it came to getting in all the necessary files. I had reached out to a couple of lenders before RM and none given me the satisfaction or assurance that Rocket Mortgage did. I am not the best with my words or writing a review but for Tammy, I had to. She made the process of lending with Rocket Mortgage seamless. I am so happy I picked Rocket Mortgage. At first, We had a loan application for a home. But my partner and I at the last minute decided to pull out and purchase a different home. Tammy was there every step of that as well. Reassuring us, every step of the way. Helping us again, start the process again. But never upset, never annoyed. Always happy, helpful, and cheerful. Many times, speaking 3-5 times a day. A pleasure every single time and making sure we had the best deal for our new home. We then went to buy our first home; a dream home and we could not have done it without Tammy’s kindness and patience. Tammy does well at her job and genuinely cares for her clients and their happiness when buying a home. I am happy every day we got Tammy as our Rocket Mortgage agent. I recommend her to absolutely anyone who will listen, along with Rocket Mortgage. 10/10 recommend Rocket Mortgage. I recommend Tammy Wright even more. 5 plus stars. 10/10 service. Tammy needs a raise!!!! A Christmas bonus for sure!!! Please acknowledge her for the hard work she does. It is the best customer service I have EVER gotten anywhere. I appreciate Rocket Mortgage for being a great lender for our first home. Thank you!!"

In addition, he demonstrated empathy, spending time and asking questions to understand my concerns and what refinance option was best based on that understanding. I wish every service company I dealt with had an Xavier on the other end of the line. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage based on this experience."

When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a solution. Doing some reach search online, I thought I had wanted a certain loan to be able to buy a new house before we sold our old house. Eli explained this really isn’t the best choice for us, he was just plain honest. Could he sell us this loan? Yes, but I really appreciated that he didn’t think it would be the best choice for us. Instead he gave me his take on it, which was perfect. When I realized he didn’t want to just sell me on anything, I knew he could be trusted. Eli asked me if I had a realtor and I said I wanted to ask my old one. Well that was hard to get a hold of my old one, so I asked him for a referral for a realtor. Having some trust in Eli was the best choice to sell and buy. Eli linked us up with an amazing realtor locally, so having an amazing lender and realtor, it created a force that really gave my wife and I a competitive edge against the other buyers. Eli’s amazing communication to me, my realtor and seller’s for a few offers, really amazed some of the sellers realtors. I’m happy to report, because of Eli, and his referral of our realtor, we were able to lock in and buy the most amazing house. We sold our old house and bought a new one and CLOSED THE SAME DAY AND TIME. Who do you know that is able to do this in this market?! Was it easy? No but Eli seriously made it happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us get into our dream home. Never thought I’d own a house like this."

I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable. Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7. It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as almost everything is done on line. Kandi is excellent at her job with outstanding service! I highly recommend Kandi Galler, Loan Officer when purchasing your next home or condo."
