We found our dream home Jan 20, and confidently made an offer with the power of rocket mortgage behind us. 25 days later, we were at closing and officially homeowners. We went into this process with the worst in our minds. We thought it would be difficult, a lot of paper work, and hard to contact the team. I can tell you first hand, that was not the case. Our Mortgager, Steven Youanis was the absolute best for the job! He stayed in contact with us from beginning to end. He was a liaison when we needed. He explained everything to us, patiently answered all our questions, and guided us the whole way through. I have since referred him several times and will continue to do so. Steve Youanis is amazing at what he does and a pleasure to work with! What are you waiting for?! Call him now!"

"Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't ...Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't appraise at the required value to roll both our primary and our LOC into one shorter term mortgage. Though I wasn't pleasant to deal with after receiving this news, she maintained her composure and really worked hard to find a package that would help at least lower our interest rate on the primary and shorten the term, thus saving us a considerable amount of money over the life of the loan. Throughout the process Sumer provided me with a couple of options to consider and was very thorough in walking me through how these options would roll themselves out over time. She was a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate her willingness to look past my frustration and push forward in such a way that I honestly could see the value in the process of refinancing. We are already seeing a rapid reduction in our principle balance."

I started the process in June and was attempting to draw on my equity to ...In my refi process, I was very thankful for the experience and perseverance of John in his attempts to get my refi complete. I started the process in June and was attempting to draw on my equity to pay off a bill that I thought I would have difficulty with after the trial period ended. I was set to close by mid-July, but as expected this one company would not release the financial information needed to close the loan and became a severe roadblock to the whole process. Instead of giving up on me, or finding my case too tedious, John pushed through and helped me write persuasive letters to the creditor to provide the necessary information. He was doing almost daily check-ins with me toward the end of my process. I unfortunately had a nearly catastrophic car wreck and could not continue the daily calls to this creditor, and John stepped up while I was in ICU and got the necesary documents after several months of the process lingering and finally got me to a close date just in the nick of time to save me hundreds of dollars in interest and years of hassle with this company. He was always professional and uplifting in his communications and he got me a great dealin the refi. I highly recommend his work and he is an assett to his company. I hope to do business with him for a long time."

I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I ...James is certainly a Rocket Mortgage Asset. No doubt, you've heard this before and are not surprised to hear it again. I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. Today has been what I call "a God thing" kind of day. It has been a rough three years that began before we actually closed on the house. I'm finally getting that "new to me, let's make this our nest" kind of feeling. I sincerely can't thank James enough. He didn't give up on us. He didn't make it hard. He brought happy tears! If you have an employee recognition program, James certainly deserves to be recognized. He is so personable, walked us through each of the stops and shared a deep knowledge of the business and what to expect. He goes above and beyond for people he's never even met. He sincerely cares. That's a lot to pack into one employee- be grateful he's part of the Rocket Mortgage team. We are!"

I don't even know how or where to start with the things I have to say about this man. For people of faith, I know that his presence in my life was a "God thing." For people who don't necessarily walk that path, let it suffice to say that you cannot meet a better human being who will give you the extra mile, who will have your back (i.e. with reminders which, with a memory like Swiss cheese, I needed!), who truly listens, who gives so much of his time which, with a wife and children he treasures more than anything, is truly priceless --- I could go on and on. The bottom line? I looked forward to hearing from him. Most companies? I cringe a little when I see their name in my caller ID. In today's world, there is precious little integrity and pride in one's work. He not only got the job done, but he made sure I was reassured, and comfortable! Comfortable!!! I can't remember the last time a person went out of their way to ensure that I was in a good place during a business undertaking. Desean is truly an asset to this company; they are fortunate to have him representing them. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with him has been smiled upon by the Heavens, and I am not one to easily give positive comments in today's world. Stay awesome, Desean! Thank you for everything!"

Somehow though, Evan managed to exceed my already very high expectations. He responded almost instantly on a Sunday night when I first submitted my application, and from that point on he answered every question, big or small, at any hour of the day. He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity. What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone. Evan is collaborative, friendly, deeply knowledgeable and just an all around great person to work with. I felt supported the entire way through, and that kind of trust is rare. Fingers crossed I get to work with him again on my next mortgage."

I have been going through some very difficult family, health and work issues this past year and it leaked over to my finances. If it was not for John and his team I think I would still be feeling overwhelmed and defeated. What can I say about John Gandara. He listened to my embarrassing and crazy life story that got me into this financial mess. He was very patient and did not judge me. It made me feel safe to admit I made a mess of my finances and I needed help to get back on track. Mr. Gandara and his team were all very positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. I was expecting him to tell me I was denied the home loan. However, he was able to able to create magic and refinanced my home loan with debt consolidation. This loan is saving me a few thousand dollars a month and has gotten the gorilla off my chest. John also gave me some sound financial advice and ideas for short term goals to assist in saving additional money. I will be working on those goals and thanking God everyday John Gandara and his team were sent to me. This put Kassem in the position of having to educate us on procedures and and the language of the business end of the process. He was patient and kind and never made us feel stupid. The only thing that I would change is there could have been a smoother transition once his part was done. I had developed a working relationship with Kassem but all of a sudden I had to deal with another person that I hadn't worked with and my calls didn't go to him. I feel like the transition would have been better if we had known in advance that we would be dealing with someone else as things progressed."
