Alicia did an amazing job of always making us feel at ease. Alicia's expertise and professionalism is a model of how this process should be for people. Alicia always made us feel that we came first. Alicia would go above and beyond. Even when Alicia would be unavailable for a few days for time off, she would take the time to let us know when she would return, and who to contact if we needed help in the meantime. Last year was a very difficult year for me and my family on many personal and emotional levels. We suffered family loss as well as medical situations that we are currently addressing. The importance of this loan and the ability to re-structure parts of our lives was invaluable. The care, warmth and the genuine desire to help was so sincere when talking with Christina. Her knowledge and guidance is beyond words, and besides her now being my financial contact at Rocket Mortgage, I’d like to consider her more than that, I’d like to consider myself her a friend. They made it seem ...Personal, informed, professional care from the very first call. My wife and I were considering the purchase of a second home. I had seen the commercials for Rocket Mortgage on TV. They made it seem so easy. I was dubious but I called to see for myself. From the very first call I had with Scott we moved from "thinking about buying" to "Let's do it!" Scott clearly knows the business inside and out but more, he understands that his clients do not do this everyday. He spends the time to patiently walk through the pieces. He left us with such a sense of confidence that we jumped in and got our vacation home ... and we love it. If you are "thinking" too I highly recommend calling Scott and his team. If you are a real estate agent you should consider keeping Scott's number on file ... you will sell a lot more homes and have a lot more happy clients. It's only a shame I can't give Scott more than 5 stars. Thank you Scott!!"

We found our dream home Jan 20, and confidently made an offer with the power of rocket mortgage behind us. 25 days later, we were at closing and officially homeowners. We went into this process with the worst in our minds. We thought it would be difficult, a lot of paper work, and hard to contact the team. I can tell you first hand, that was not the case. Our Mortgager, Steven Youanis was the absolute best for the job! He stayed in contact with us from beginning to end. He was a liaison when we needed. He explained everything to us, patiently answered all our questions, and guided us the whole way through. I have since referred him several times and will continue to do so. Steve Youanis is amazing at what he does and a pleasure to work with! What are you waiting for?! Call him now!"

"Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't ...Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't appraise at the required value to roll both our primary and our LOC into one shorter term mortgage. Though I wasn't pleasant to deal with after receiving this news, she maintained her composure and really worked hard to find a package that would help at least lower our interest rate on the primary and shorten the term, thus saving us a considerable amount of money over the life of the loan. Throughout the process Sumer provided me with a couple of options to consider and was very thorough in walking me through how these options would roll themselves out over time. She was a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate her willingness to look past my frustration and push forward in such a way that I honestly could see the value in the process of refinancing. We are already seeing a rapid reduction in our principle balance."
