It's great to ask a question and he had the answer, instead of "I'll have to get back to you," or "I'm not quite sure about that." I was with a local individual trying to get a loan accomplished, but I swear he made me feel like a low life...and it went on for several months (with no result.) Ethan crunched the numbers over the phone and said I was good to go, in fact I could have taken out more value than I did. I like a company that has a simple process to tell you where you are and where you stand and Ethan was the start of it."

Of the three Ashley...Although I never met Ashley personally I felt like I knew her through the entire process. I'm a relocate with my company and there were 3 preferred lenders my company deals with. Of the three Ashley was by far the best. She never used comparisons of her company versus any other to earn my business and for me that speaks volumes. Ashley stuck with what I was looking for and my timelines and how here company could best serve me. She is personable, prompt, detail oriented, upbeat, honest, and most importantly trust-worthy. I would do business with her again. She wasn't pushy and quickly got a pulse for me as a buyer. Thanks Ashley for helping to make my transition seamless and being extremely patient with me."

"I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ...I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ex-husband taken off the loan. From other lenders I was told immediately "NO" and my ex-husband said I could have the house but 'NO ONE" would ever help me get a loan. It would be impossible because of my credit history which included a dismissed Chapter 13. It felt like an impossible battle, but I had faith that someone could help and God orchestrated a phone call with Sam. Sam was the first and only loan agent that listened to me, explained my situation and allowed me to cry :) She was encouraging, but did not over promise, Sam provided directions and advice and she never once made me "feel small" or like there was no hope. After the call she connected me with Jon to assist with my credit and he as well was phenomenal. I did everything they asked me to do. When Sam said she believed she could help me, I don't think she knew what ride we were about to take. I am sure that many of you have heard the stories. It was not easy to get to closing and despite what my family and friends said, I knew that I could trust Sam through this process. Sam showed me that people do care and even in the tough situations she handled it all with grace, kindness, empathy and professionalism. I could not say enough about Sam and Rocket Mortgage. Because of Sam and Rocket my grand-daughter and I have a home that we can call our own. There is so much more I could say! I pray that Rocket continues to help others as you have helped me. I don't know how you reward your employees at Rocket but whatever you do Sam Camilleri deserves it and more!! "I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final...I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final fireball,feeling the burn,confusion,anxeity, and humiliation as I hung up the phone on yet another loan company.Bringing the tally up to about 11 companies that promised me a loan at a lower interest rate,and that my bad luck was over.So many times the disappointment of being rejected for one idioatic excuse after another seemed to be my lot in life.After all,everybody needs to work with a company that loans you money,at a very high interest rate and then won't let you re-finance for seven years while they continue to collect your monthly mortgage payment.I called them Legal Extortion Inc. or Loan Sharks are Us.That is until I met BILL,never in my life have I met a more sincere man that is hell bent on helping you to better yourself and your life.Unbelieveable,like the sun breaking thru the darkest of clouds,he got more done in one day than all the previous companies combined did in one month.Not only that,I had a so much clearer picture of what needed to be done,that I actually began to feel "Hope" again,gaurded yes,but hope none the less.When "Bill" say's he is working for you that is an understatement,he does so much more,and explains the procedures that you totally understand them better than ever before.I have never seen anybody that could explain in the simplest of terms,at the same time literally be in the ring slugging it out for you to clear a path for you to secure a loan.Since he wrestled those demon's down,and made that loan to me his "bitch" my life and my luck has been blessed with so many blessing's,that when I hit my knees at night to give thanks it takes more time every night because the blessings keep growing.But he is the person I thank "God" for first,because he is the man who turned this jaded,cynical,negative man a believer that it can be done,and to have faith again.One of the most honest,hard-working man,that I'am fortunate to have met.A man with "Grit",intestinal fortitude,determination,God bless him,his family,whom I'm sure is very proud of him,a credit to mankind.Amen. Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him. We looked at the house for the first time, made an offer, and got keys in hand in just 2 weeks. We are so happy with the deal we have, and we love our very first home. Tim made this entire process so fun and easy, and he was quick to respond to everything, and answer every question with verified knowledge. Plus, his personality can't be beat, he was just as excited for us as we were. Not only that, he made sure that every part of the deal was what we wanted, and he made sure to look for the best viable options for us too. That says a lot about his character.
