"My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were ...My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were glad we choose Rocket Mortgage. Honestly, Josh was the one who made the process extremely easy for us (but to be fair the rest of the staff were great too, Josh was simply extra helpful) to the point that we thought this was a scam because it was to good to be true. While we had a hiccup with the initial mortgage (property failed inspection), Josh was there to help us through it all and explain the next steps and set expectations. He even went out of his way to take calls after hours just to help us out as quickly as he could. Considering that our case might have been unusual (or maybe not) since we went through two properties until we found the right home, we were lucky to have Josh in our corner throughout it all. Additionally, the Rocket Mortgage process in general is light years ahead of other banks (at least compared to our past experience with Chase and Citibank), all of the paperwork is submitted electronically (I mean Citibank... seriously... a fax machine...) and the Rocket Mortgage website/app added additional ease to the entire process. At any rate, if you are lucky enough to have him as your representative, rest assured, he will help you through it all. Think of Josh as your Parisian tour guide, he knows it all and is there to make sure you do not get lost."

I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming along. Additionally, his positive attitude and sense of humor always lifted my spirits and made me want to continue to look for my perfect home. When I finally found "the one", I put an offer in. The seller's realtor had some concerns about about accepting my offer, however, Toby went above and beyond and was instantly working with my realtor and writing a personalized approval letter to show the seller's agent that I was a qualified buyer. I truly believe I would have lost this house to another offer had Toby not gone out of his way to do this for me. Toby is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he has an awesome accent! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!"

Over time, I also found him to be on top of any questions I had and gave me answers that were point on...which in this day and age is remarkable. I was in the process of applying for and getting a VA loan to buy a home and Mitchell was completely familiar with the process and guided me along the way to ensure my mortgage needs were met. On a few occasions, we had a good laugh with each other which made Rocket Mortgage seem just that much more human and customer focused. I would suggest that anyone interested in applying for a VA loan, or any loan, contact Rocket Mortgage...you may be lucky enough to get Mitchell on the line. You won't be disappointed."

From beginning to end i had a lot of Questions and concerns and am sure i wasn't always a pleasure to work with.On many occasions after speaking with a agent from Rocket Mortgage i new no more after i hung up than i did before i called since closing i received a letter stating freddie max purchased my loan reading my letter stating this.As usual i misunderstood several things. Picking up the phone i got a Gentleman by the name of Stefan Stojanovic the pour soul that got to listAen to john.fter calming me done he proceeded to answer my Question and concerns like no other person i have ever work with. If i could have worked with this man from beginning to end i promise your telephone/personnel dept/and any and all expenses would have been slashed to a minimally. Expence That is unknow to this company. This man speaks with a tone that i have rarely heard his knowledge to every Question i ask was Explained with me having no doubt that this man was on top of the game.advise is something i usually am giving.Generally i am The one one explaining things And interrupting. If given the opportunity. I would love to speak with and then prove to upper management that Stefan Stojanovic should hold a position in upper management. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the entire loan process. She called me to help guide me through some of the documentation and requisite digital signatures. If I ever had a question, I could email her, and she’d answer me within minutes. I always felt important during the loan process. While we were waiting for the underwriters to work on the loan, she called me on a Friday night to inform me that they were still working on things and that she’d get back with me as soon as she had an update. I enjoyed my weekend knowing that I was in good hands with Taylor orchestrating everything for me! Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a huge step up. And luckily I was put in touch with Brandon Terry who after looking at my numbers told me it was possible to redo the mortgage. After he took my call I stayed on the line with him for a few hours, he paused to talk to some number crunchers, came back online and that started a very short process. Brandon answered every question, gave me lots of reassurance, and even in the middle of moving himself to a new house while it was snowing answered my emails pretty promptly. About a week or so later it was done. The previous rejections took months for them to decided I was risk too far, but with Brandon's help it went smoothly and quickly. This is the guy."
