The first day I called in to talk with Heather, I actually spoke to one of her associates. He spoke highly of Heather and informed me that I was in good hands. Also that she was very proficient. I couldn't agree more with his statement. She is definitely an asset to the Rocket Morgage team. My Dad and I couldn't be more happier."

Kellen took time to listen to my situation and made it work always with a friendly and extremely positive attitude. Most importantly he kept our realtor informed and because of him the sellers accepted our offer within hours. Again I can’t truly express in words how awesome Kellen is. The speed (2 days) at which we were approved and the time to apply and close (1 week) on our refinance was impeccable and unprecedented for us. We pinched ourselves how quick and easy it was. We held off refinancing for two years because of the long and inconvenient process traditional lenders take to refinance and time requirements for the applicants. Tom electronically verified our employment, W2 pay history, our bank statements, etc. Some of the convenience depends on the individual’s employer and financial institution’s tech capabilities, nonetheless, it was a breeze on our part! Getting the lowest rate isn’t always the most important factor in a loan and Tom reminded us we should think about our goals before applying. We went through a needs review discussion with us and found the best loan structure (less cash at closing) to meet our needs. He knows how to cut through the bureaucracy and also explain in layman’s terms complex mortgage concepts. We highly texokmwnd it!"

Even when she couldn't get back to me, she delegated to another colleague of hers who was just as helpful. I wish I had someone I knew right now to refer to Tara because she would be the first and only one I would recommend. A 5 star recommendation doesn't do her justice. Thank you so much Tara."

He held my hands until the finish line to make sure I crossed it to closing day. He made sure my closing location was very close to my house so I didn't have to drive too far because of my lower back problems. I informed Anthony and he made happened. I would recommend friends, family member anytime they are in need of his services."
