He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and ensured we felt confident throughout the entire experience. What really stood out was Jack’s commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always just a phone call or email away, often responding faster than expected, and his attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We always felt like we were in good hands. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't ...Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't appraise at the required value to roll both our primary and our LOC into one shorter term mortgage. Though I wasn't pleasant to deal with after receiving this news, she maintained her composure and really worked hard to find a package that would help at least lower our interest rate on the primary and shorten the term, thus saving us a considerable amount of money over the life of the loan. Throughout the process Sumer provided me with a couple of options to consider and was very thorough in walking me through how these options would roll themselves out over time. She was a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate her willingness to look past my frustration and push forward in such a way that I honestly could see the value in the process of refinancing. We are already seeing a rapid reduction in our principle balance."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers ...I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers from Missouri. After signing on with Rocket Mortgage, Scott made the process feel completely effortless, if Scott said he would call you at 10am your time, you received a call at 10am. If I needed to call him on Sunday morning on his cell, I would receive a "Goodmorning this is Scott" There never was any pressure as with other mortgage companies, and like any other 68 year old you enjoy a captive audience, Scott was all business with your best interest at heart, but there was always time for personal conversation. Scott and his team were able to meet my pressing personal circumstances and finalize underwriting and were ready to close within seven days. My suggestion to anyone looking for a personal touch in your mortgage financing is to contact Scott Claeson at Rocket Mortgage. Scott has put personal back into the mortgage business."

With each step, he gave me several options of how to get documents to him for the Rocket Mortgage system. I could upload whatever I had in soft copy, and photograph/text anything I did not. That meant I didn't need to deal with my difficult scanner. He was available for any questions I had, during the entire process. And now my remodel is well underway. Thanks, Brandon!"

I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable. Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7. It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as almost everything is done on line. This put Kassem in the position of having to educate us on procedures and and the language of the business end of the process. He was patient and kind and never made us feel stupid. The only thing that I would change is there could have been a smoother transition once his part was done. I had developed a working relationship with Kassem but all of a sudden I had to deal with another person that I hadn't worked with and my calls didn't go to him. I feel like the transition would have been better if we had known in advance that we would be dealing with someone else as things progressed."
