I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me. He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would have never thought of otherwise. Even when I told him that I was going to be doing my loan through another lender he asked about it and advised me on parts of it that seemed like they could be problematic…and he was right. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product. It would be nice if everyone provided this kind of service as it would make life so much easier overall."
