She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."

I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST APPLYING ONLINE NOT HAVING A FACE TO FACE CONVERSATION. We had some hiccups along the way but Charlie worked through it with us and got us to the finish line. But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. He helped explain and clear conditions with lightening speed, responded quickly to questions and emails. I’m very impressed how quickly this loan closed. Awesome and Great service!"

The speed and ease of dealing with Rocket Mortgage is just the tip when it comes to continued customer care and support! Dan contacted me due to the drop in interest rates and with a simple "yes" from me he took care of EVERYTHING and they sent a notary to my house to finalize the paperwork. I did as little to nothing as you could think and I got top notch support and the feeling that my business is valued. Hands down the best, thanks again Dan!"

Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he ...My Home journey began December 2020 in which the Realtor I was working with gave me Josh number and another Mortgage Banker. Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he and Josh called the same day. Josh still called for about a month to see how my home purchasing was going. After two Lenders and 3 months of back and forth, I decided to find my own Lender. I remembered Josh because he made an impression on me from our first conversation. I went through my phone and found his number and called him right away. I was in the process of financing and the builder backed out and put the house back on the market because I was having trouble with the financing. I called Josh and explained the situation and let him know that the builder would not consider my financing unless it was a Underwriting Approval. Josh said he could get the approval, but of course the builder said it could not happen. Well to make a long story short the builder sold my house, and Josh got me the approval. Josh said he could do it and he did just that. I was really ready to give up on purchasing a home but Josh's confidence and positivity just assured me that this will happen. Three months later I'm in my Dream Home and Josh was there every step of the way. Josh and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy. I've never met Josh in person but I consider him a Friend. Anyone I come in contact with that mention purchasing a home or know of someone looking to purchase a home I will be giving them Josh's number. Words can't express how grateful I am and how Josh has really made a change in my Life. All I can say is Thank You."

At closing, the title company agent and our realtor discussed how they appreciated Michael's attention to detail and exceptional service. I overhead them both say they will absolutely reach out to Michael for their own mortgage needs. To that point, he even answered my call one time when he was on vacation in Disney Land!!! My first conversation with him was just information gathering a few months prior to being able to move forward & I was clear with him about that up front. He understood and patiently stayed in touch at appropriate intervals with no high pressure tactics, unlike other lenders I did similar information gathering with. As we made progress and things changed during the offer & negotiations, Justin was always willing to explore options, not just the ones he thought were the best, but the ones I wanted to know about so I could look at this major life event from different angles.
