He was always there to guide us & answer my (many) questions & he’s amazing at explaining things so you can understand them. He walked us through every line of our loan terms & he made it make sense!! We absolutely loved him!! Corey genuinely wanted to help us & he accomplished that & so much more. He made our dreams of home ownership a reality & we could not be more grateful. We plan on refinancing in the future with him & I’ve already referred two family members to him that are hoping to buy soon. I couldn’t recommend Corey more. If you’re trying to buy a home he is definitely your man!! I can’t say enough good things about him & about Rocket as a company!!"

I soon started to realize that Christopher was the ...I started this venture applying for a mortgage with 4 providers. Initially I was discouraged because my hopes to purchase a home felt out of reach. I soon started to realize that Christopher was the only loan expert that was proactively and consistently reaching out to me, where the other 3 were not. At first, I wasn't so confident I could meet the budget numbers that I worked up to assure I wouldn't overextend myself. I came close to giving up. The more I expressed my target numbers the more Christopher went to work. To be candid it took a couple of rounds of effort on Christopher's part, yet he found the way. Along the way he listened and most importantly he cared. Still loan shopping Christopher was the only expert reaching out to me and working diligently to win my business. I saw him creatively working with his team and leadership until the numbers met my budget. Once completed Christopher worked closely with me walking me through the approval process and again assuring me, he has my interests as his priority. During this time by the way I just started a new job which required a move to a new state, and I was going through a lot. My interactions with Christopher were always a pleasure and professional. We did however find a little time to share a few laughs along the way. I closed on my beautiful home 2 days ago and couldn't be more pleased. I don't know how to express my thanks to Christopher other than to say, "THANK YOU for a job well done, my friend." This man took me and my wife’s accumulated mistakes over the last decade and a half and put them in one big home equity loan that is manageable at a low monthly payment so we can attack it on months that don’t have a lot of outgoing, or reserve on months that are financial nightmares. Forest explained that this was a much better option than the HELOC I was about to waste my time and apply for at a credit union. He went on to hold my hand the whole way so that I didn’t feel scared or stupid, two things that financial companies love making you feel. Forest will get you where you need to be. Thank you for making this a quick and painless process. Thank you for allowing me and my wife to experience the financial freedom we needed to move forward. Thank you Forest."

It's great to ask a question and he had the answer, instead of "I'll have to get back to you," or "I'm not quite sure about that." I was with a local individual trying to get a loan accomplished, but I swear he made me feel like a low life...and it went on for several months (with no result.) Ethan crunched the numbers over the phone and said I was good to go, in fact I could have taken out more value than I did. I like a company that has a simple process to tell you where you are and where you stand and Ethan was the start of it."

"Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't ...Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't appraise at the required value to roll both our primary and our LOC into one shorter term mortgage. Though I wasn't pleasant to deal with after receiving this news, she maintained her composure and really worked hard to find a package that would help at least lower our interest rate on the primary and shorten the term, thus saving us a considerable amount of money over the life of the loan. Throughout the process Sumer provided me with a couple of options to consider and was very thorough in walking me through how these options would roll themselves out over time. She was a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate her willingness to look past my frustration and push forward in such a way that I honestly could see the value in the process of refinancing. We are already seeing a rapid reduction in our principle balance."

I started the process in June and was attempting to draw on my equity to ...In my refi process, I was very thankful for the experience and perseverance of John in his attempts to get my refi complete. I started the process in June and was attempting to draw on my equity to pay off a bill that I thought I would have difficulty with after the trial period ended. I was set to close by mid-July, but as expected this one company would not release the financial information needed to close the loan and became a severe roadblock to the whole process. Instead of giving up on me, or finding my case too tedious, John pushed through and helped me write persuasive letters to the creditor to provide the necessary information. He was doing almost daily check-ins with me toward the end of my process. I unfortunately had a nearly catastrophic car wreck and could not continue the daily calls to this creditor, and John stepped up while I was in ICU and got the necesary documents after several months of the process lingering and finally got me to a close date just in the nick of time to save me hundreds of dollars in interest and years of hassle with this company. He was always professional and uplifting in his communications and he got me a great dealin the refi. I highly recommend his work and he is an assett to his company. I hope to do business with him for a long time."

I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. Today has been what I call "a God thing" kind of day. It has been a rough three years that began before we actually closed on the house. I'm finally getting that "new to me, let's make this our nest" kind of feeling. I sincerely can't thank James enough. He didn't give up on us. He didn't make it hard. He brought happy tears! If you have an employee recognition program, James certainly deserves to be recognized. He is so personable, walked us through each of the stops and shared a deep knowledge of the business and what to expect. He goes above and beyond for people he's never even met. He sincerely cares.
