Dalton never judged us based on past or current events in our credit file. Instead, he reassured us that our credit was strong enough to achieve our plans, which meant the world to us. I am forever grateful to Rocket Mortgage and Dalton for making this process smooth and efficient. Dalton truly is a crown jewel to the organization—a “crown banker,” no pun intended! If I ever need to refinance or purchase another home, Rocket Mortgage will definitely be my first choice. Contrary to some online reviews, Rocket Mortgage truly lived up to its name—they were fast as a rocket (pun absolutely intended). Ater much thought, I decided to contact Amanda and reviewed my numbers with her! She was so helpful, informative, and knowledgable and I am closing on a loan with Rocket Mortgage this Friday! Amanda answed all my questions and made suggestions and her knowlegde was clearly visible by the way she gave me answers to my questions! Amanda is truly an asset to your Company and I would recommend her again to anone seeking refinancing! What a pleasure to work with!"

Lol. Listing a condo in Pensacola, FL and uprooting 350 miles away to Jacksonville can be stressful enough on its own. Add in employment changes and that makes the process entertaining. Toss in an energetic Australian Sheppard and now you have a balancing act. Compressing this into a limited time window is a recipe for disaster. Having the house that you traversed the state to see and almost broke your body in the process of securing, fail the inspection. And, when you are at that critical intersection of time when you are permanently leaving one job and selling your home but if you do not have a home to move to, then you can not relate the start date to the new company. Furthermore, if you do not have a new job then should you leave your current? Insert Jacob's calm demeanor, the best real-estate agent ever, and a quick cry we regrouped and found a house!! Not only that but it was our favorite house and we closed earlier than originally expected!! Great team!"

I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST APPLYING ONLINE NOT HAVING A FACE TO FACE CONVERSATION. We had some hiccups along the way but Charlie worked through it with us and got us to the finish line. But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. He helped explain and clear conditions with lightening speed, responded quickly to questions and emails. I’m very impressed how quickly this loan closed. Awesome and Great service!"

The speed and ease of dealing with Rocket Mortgage is just the tip when it comes to continued customer care and support! Dan contacted me due to the drop in interest rates and with a simple "yes" from me he took care of EVERYTHING and they sent a notary to my house to finalize the paperwork. I did as little to nothing as you could think and I got top notch support and the feeling that my business is valued. Hands down the best, thanks again Dan!"

"My Home journey began December 2020 in which the Realtor I was working with gave me Josh number and another Mortgage Banker. Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he ...My Home journey began December 2020 in which the Realtor I was working with gave me Josh number and another Mortgage Banker. Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he and Josh called the same day. Josh still called for about a month to see how my home purchasing was going. After two Lenders and 3 months of back and forth, I decided to find my own Lender. I remembered Josh because he made an impression on me from our first conversation. I went through my phone and found his number and called him right away. I was in the process of financing and the builder backed out and put the house back on the market because I was having trouble with the financing. I called Josh and explained the situation and let him know that the builder would not consider my financing unless it was a Underwriting Approval. Josh said he could get the approval, but of course the builder said it could not happen. Well to make a long story short the builder sold my house, and Josh got me the approval. Josh said he could do it and he did just that. I was really ready to give up on purchasing a home but Josh's confidence and positivity just assured me that this will happen. Three months later I'm in my Dream Home and Josh was there every step of the way. Josh and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy. I've never met Josh in person but I consider him a Friend. Anyone I come in contact with that mention purchasing a home or know of someone looking to purchase a home I will be giving them Josh's number. Words can't express how grateful I am and how Josh has really made a change in my Life. All I can say is Thank You."

"My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience ...My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience with the loan officers we were put in touch with and wasted 3 months with nothing positive coming out of it. When RM contacted us again to refinance our loan, I told them I wasn't interested in working with them and they asked that we give them one more opportunity and they would put us in contact with a loan officer that specializes in self-employed. Josh came into the picture and I immediately explained my lack of confidence in RM. He proved me wrong! Josh did a very good job to follow up with me, understood the process and how to handle different situations as they arose, and helped us get through everything getting our loan closed this time. Although I think RM has work to do prior to soliciting current clients, Josh was excellent and a pleasure to work with. If i was going to apply for another loan I would deffinately prefer to work with Josh. Thank Josh"
