Scott made a stressful process a thousand times easier. He was personable and friendly from the start, which made me feel more comfortable after reaching dead ends with a few smaller lending companies. Scott went above and beyond to check in with me, walk me through various processes, answer my questions and keep my head above water. I can't thank him enough for helping me secure my first home!"

I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming along. Additionally, his positive attitude and sense of humor always lifted my spirits and made me want to continue to look for my perfect home. When I finally found "the one", I put an offer in. The seller's realtor had some concerns about about accepting my offer, however, Toby went above and beyond and was instantly working with my realtor and writing a personalized approval letter to show the seller's agent that I was a qualified buyer. I truly believe I would have lost this house to another offer had Toby not gone out of his way to do this for me. Toby is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he has an awesome accent! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!"

"I closed on my house on November 4 of 2022. Before I called Rocket mortgage I called some other big mortgage company Nexa but did not offer a loan that I needed. I then called Rocket and spoke to Jake...I closed on my house on November 4 of 2022. Before I called Rocket mortgage I called some other big mortgage company Nexa but did not offer a loan that I needed. I then called Rocket and spoke to Jake and told him my situation that my mom is gifting me her half of the duplex and the owner of the other side is in probate and I wanted to buy to own entire property, Jake quickly came up with a solution by getting me an fha loan and using gift of equity as my down payment so I would not have to pay anything. He was so attentive, knowledgeable and helped me through entire process to answer questions or just to check up on me. This tells a lot about his character because the loan was only for $55,000 so he would not make much money but he treated me as if it was a million dollar mortgage. I am in a home buyers group on Facebook and was so nervous to go through loan process and hearing about the underwriting and how you have to explain every deposit and charge and so many bad things seem to happen, mine was so easy and got all my documents to them same day and had no questions, and I am a big shopper and had multiple big deposits, one for $8000 personal check but no questions arose and it went so fast and smooth. The title company put final #s together and had me paying $1300 at closing and he called them and said nope she is paying nothing and just like that it was gone! Interest rate 5.5% and never changed from beginning to closing. Took 45 days to close but only because I had to have 2nd inspection after repairs were done! Thanks Jake, I hope you are still around when I buy my investment properties! I also just paid my house in full that I did not want to forget to thank Jake for making it happen!"

Over time, I also found him to be on top of any questions I had and gave me answers that were point on...which in this day and age is remarkable. I was in the process of applying for and getting a VA loan to buy a home and Mitchell was completely familiar with the process and guided me along the way to ensure my mortgage needs were met. On a few occasions, we had a good laugh with each other which made Rocket Mortgage seem just that much more human and customer focused. I would suggest that anyone interested in applying for a VA loan, or any loan, contact Rocket Mortgage...you may be lucky enough to get Mitchell on the line. You won't be disappointed."

If it were not for Tammy, I would not have the dream home I purchased. Tammy was there every step of the way. She even began the process with so much reassurance, always. Tammy was always available, even when I felt I contacted her outside normal office hours. She had so much patience with me when it came to getting in all the necessary files. I had reached out to a couple of lenders before RM and none given me the satisfaction or assurance that Rocket Mortgage did. I am not the best with my words or writing a review but for Tammy, I had to. She made the process of lending with Rocket Mortgage seamless. I am so happy I picked Rocket Mortgage. At first, We had a loan application for a home. But my partner and I at the last minute decided to pull out and purchase a different home. Tammy was there every step of that as well. Reassuring us, every step of the way. Helping us again, start the process again. But never upset, never annoyed. Always happy, helpful, and cheerful. Many times, speaking 3-5 times a day. A pleasure every single time and making sure we had the best deal for our new home. We then went to buy our first home; a dream home and we could not have done it without Tammy’s kindness and patience. Tammy does well at her job and genuinely cares for her clients and their happiness when buying a home. I am happy every day we got Tammy as our Rocket Mortgage agent.
