Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him. We looked at the house for the first time, made an offer, and got keys in hand in just 2 weeks. We are so happy with the deal we have, and we love our very first home. Tim made this entire process so fun and easy, and he was quick to respond to everything, and answer every question with verified knowledge. Plus, his personality can't be beat, he was just as excited for us as we were. Not only that, he made sure that every part of the deal was what we wanted, and he made sure to look for the best viable options for us too. That says a lot about his character. I'd recommend Tim anytime :)"

I would recommend him to friends and family as well as anyone that would listen. Coming into this process and dealing with RocketMortgage for the first time I did not know what to expect but after dealing with Britten I would happily recommend Rocket Mortgage (and Britten in particular) over any brick and mortar shop I have delt with in the past. Alicia did an amazing job of always making us feel at ease. Alicia's expertise and professionalism is a model of how this process should be for people. Alicia always made us feel that we came first. Alicia would go above and beyond. Even when Alicia would be unavailable for a few days for time off, she would take the time to let us know when she would return, and who to contact if we needed help in the meantime. He is an expert in home refinancing and general subject matters regarding mortgage. Since the very first time he called in response to my loan application until I closed, I knew I was working with someone that has highest integrity, and enjoys his job. He is a people's person, and cares a lot about the customer. I have been recommending him to my family, friends, and co-workers who may be interested in buying a house or would like to refinance their mortgage. He is the best in the market!"

I had seen the commercials for Rocket Mortgage on TV. They made it seem so easy. I was dubious but I called to see for myself. From the very first call I had with Scott we moved from "thinking about buying" to "Let's do it!" Scott clearly knows the business inside and out but more, he understands that his clients do not do this everyday. He spends the time to patiently walk through the pieces. He left us with such a sense of confidence that we jumped in and got our vacation home ... and we love it. If you are "thinking" too I highly recommend calling Scott and his team. If you are a real estate agent you should consider keeping Scott's number on file ... you will sell a lot more homes and have a lot more happy clients. It's only a shame I can't give Scott more than 5 stars. Thank you Scott!!"

We decided to remain in our house. We did a refinance and got equity to help us to achieve our golds. Geoff was a great help in suggesting ways to help us make a decision to achieve the needs we had. The process was very easy and closing was within a couple weeks. At closing Rocket had an notary come to our house to notarize the papers. I have used Rocket Mortgage on other occations and found the process to be very easy."
