We went over all info and docs necessary to close on Dec 15, 2025. I closed on Dec 30, 2025 faster than I ever imagined possible!!! I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang ...I first "met" Doug last month when my wife and I came across a house we loved and we needed to move quickly. I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang and a employee said "please hold for Doug." I explained to Doug what I was looking for and he immediately began assisting me with the process. We talked multiple times that day and subsequent days. The sellers were entertaining another offer and Doug took it upon himself to call the sellers to ensure them that my financing was rock solid, I mean who does this! During the process Doug was by far the most attentive and responsive mortgage consultant I have ever dealt with. He stayed abreast of the process the entire time and made me feel at ease. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, he was awesome."
