The rates were good in comparison to other and with thw condition on my credit. I received the money needed to pay off bills and met a lot of great folls along the way. The thing is he knew the program products and underwriting process ahead of me figuring it out by wasting time to go through it and get hung up. His knowledge there made the preparation process run smoothly and the closing happened within a week of the appraisal coming back I would recommend him to anyone for sure"

Everything Travis advised me from day 1 came to pass even though I am over seas working for DoD (which is a special circumstance), Travis assured that we can get the deal done after he pulled my credit and saw my circumstances! A very strong ASSET to any company / corporation and I told my wife many times Travis is a most trusted and go to guy and my wife agreed (hey what's up with that Travis)?! Travis even tracked our progress and congratulated us after the final closing when he was miles away from end process that lead to closing. Its because of Travis that we had a great experience in refinancing our home with a great interest rate and we are saving over $750.00 a month! Thanks Travis, much success to you."

When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a solution. Doing some reach search online, I thought I had wanted a certain loan to be able to buy a new house before we sold our old house. Eli explained this really isn’t the best choice for us, he was just plain honest. Could he sell us this loan? Yes, but I really appreciated that he didn’t think it would be the best choice for us. Instead he gave me his take on it, which was perfect. When I realized he didn’t want to just sell me on anything, I knew he could be trusted. Eli asked me if I had a realtor and I said I wanted to ask my old one. Well that was hard to get a hold of my old one, so I asked him for a referral for a realtor. Having some trust in Eli was the best choice to sell and buy. Eli linked us up with an amazing realtor locally, so having an amazing lender and realtor, it created a force that really gave my wife and I a competitive edge against the other buyers. Eli’s amazing communication to me, my realtor and seller’s for a few offers, really amazed some of the sellers realtors. I’m happy to report, because of Eli, and his referral of our realtor, we were able to lock in and buy the most amazing house. We sold our old house and bought a new one and CLOSED THE SAME DAY AND TIME. Who do you know that is able to do this in this market?! Was it easy? No but Eli seriously made it happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us get into our dream home. Never thought I’d own a house like this."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers ...I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers from Missouri. After signing on with Rocket Mortgage, Scott made the process feel completely effortless, if Scott said he would call you at 10am your time, you received a call at 10am. If I needed to call him on Sunday morning on his cell, I would receive a "Goodmorning this is Scott" There never was any pressure as with other mortgage companies, and like any other 68 year old you enjoy a captive audience, Scott was all business with your best interest at heart, but there was always time for personal conversation. Scott and his team were able to meet my pressing personal circumstances and finalize underwriting and were ready to close within seven days. My suggestion to anyone looking for a personal touch in your mortgage financing is to contact Scott Claeson at Rocket Mortgage. Scott has put personal back into the mortgage business."
