"OMG , my first talking to her today I love her already. she offered hope and a light at the end of a long hoarded journey of financing after my husband passed in 2016 of motor cycle wreck. knowledge ...OMG , my first talking to her today I love her already. she offered hope and a light at the end of a long hoarded journey of financing after my husband passed in 2016 of motor cycle wreck. knowledge and willing ness to go beyond just saying " you will need to" Her words was "I will " it did my heart good to see a real customer service person that was truly a Customer service Personal and not a phone answering just pass the buck, collect a pay check type of Robot human, kind of service I have received from > BBT Morage, state farm, Ad Drake tittle company that was Paid twice by my self and my husband to do nothing to include not answering questions and ignoring the fact that I paid them and my husbands never lived in my paid off home, yet could not sale with out him to tell me I DONT have to right to OUR home. . Thank you God for creating and thank you for hiring her. 10 stars. to you thank you for caring for the people and vertrans today."

My Husband and I were considering refinancing our 1 1/2 year old home to get an earlier payoff date and also a better ...To whomever it may apply, I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Diaz. My Husband and I were considering refinancing our 1 1/2 year old home to get an earlier payoff date and also a better interest rate than our current 4.250%. Tom worked diligently on doing the research and all the information and even more so than we asked. We are paying an extra monthly amount towards the principal as it is and Tom was honest in telling us that with what we are presently doing that it would be best to continue on the "track" as is. He did not try to pursuade us to refinance for his own benefits. I very much recommend Tom Diaz to anyone who may be deciding as to whether they should refinance their home and if refinancing is the better option,. I am sure that Tom would definitely get you the best rates and if needed to explain the process in terms that everyone would understand and answer any questions you may have. Also, Tom is not a 9 to 5, 5 days a week person. We actually spoke on a Sunday afternoon and even had updates on Saturday. So, "Hats Off" to to Tom Diaz as a person that truly puts his clients fist! Thank you Tom, Barbara Hicks"

If I had any questions, she was always clear and thoughtful in her responses, thinking of ways to help us out, offering options, calculating breakeven points, etc, and no pressure to go one way or the other (eg purchasing points vs no points). Using Rocket Mortgage’s online portal, I felt very confident and comfortable knowing whose court the ball was in throughout the process: whether I needed to do something, or whether it was just a waiting period for me. And communication was so easy: never spent time on hold, always a helpful and professional response. Most people don’t purchase a home many times in their life, or they don’t do it often enough to remember how to do it. Regardless of your experience, you can definitely trust Ally and Rocket Mortgage to help you purchase your new home!"

At each step of the way, Taylor remaining positive, focused, patient, and engaged to ensure that I would have a positive experience and an even greater outcome. This is the definition of "leaning-in", and Taylor lived this out in an exemplary and professional manner. I hope I'm not setting the bar too high for her future customers, but if they are lucky enough to work with her, they will be glad they did."

He was able to be reach and kept be up to date in the process of completing the refinance process. He went over and beyond especially with M V Realty and how they mislead me in using them as my realtor if I ever decided to sale my house and they even put a lend on my house. Made me think twice and very caution in the future of realtor companies. The quick scheme they use and quick money they offered. I'm thinking give them a chance if I ever decide to sell my home and the representative, they sent was so nice and she couldn't be reach after I heard they had a lend on my house. Especially when i never heard of M V Realtor company, so heads up to everybody be careful who you put your trust in especially when it comes to selling your home. They took advantage of me and please read documents careful before signing them and because they seem so genuine. But Matt was the man that kept me in the loop and again he went over and beyond especially when M V Realtor company couldn't be reach by phone. It was so stressful dealing with M V Realty. So i recommend Matt to everyone. Thanks again Matt"

She is intelligent, an amazing communicator, extremely patient, breaks things down so you can understand what you need to do, she is diligent in her communications and stays on top of everything. She calls, texts and emails you to keep you informed of everything. In essence she holds your hand through the process. Honestly I have been so impressed and felt that I was in the best hands possible to guide me through the entire process. If I could give her 10years I would. If you can request her directly do it. This will be the best decision you make after you have chosen a home to purchase. 10/10 in my book!!!!!!"

I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan ...I don’t know if words can really describe how good she is at her job. I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan officers with other companies but none compare to her I have had major stressful experiences on several occasions in the past and my wife didn’t want to refinance again with anyone due to what it put me through. But I never was so at ease with anyone like this before. Danielle is patient kind caring thoughtful And very very knowledgeable. She is very accessible, calling me on her days off and even when sick to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything She has Rocket Mortgage interest of course but also mine . She truly has the clients best interests at heart which in turn makes me want to never leave Rocket Mortgage. Most importantly she makes you feel special like a friend and not just a client 5 stars isn’t enough *********"
