Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the phone we had the application in process, most of our documents uploaded and we knew the likely terms of the loan we would be getting. Other questions did later arise and Gwyneth was always prompt in getting back to us with answers. When she was out of the office she saw to it that anything that came up would be handled properly by one of her associates. It was less than 4 weeks ago that we first started the application, and today our loan has been closed. We have never had a transaction go so smoothly or efficiently. She knows what she is doing and does it in a very professional and pleasant manner."

He held my hands until the finish line to make sure I crossed it to closing day. He made sure my closing location was very close to my house so I didn't have to drive too far because of my lower back problems. I informed Anthony and he made happened. I would recommend friends, family member anytime they are in need of his services."

"I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final...I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final fireball,feeling the burn,confusion,anxeity, and humiliation as I hung up the phone on yet another loan company.Bringing the tally up to about 11 companies that promised me a loan at a lower interest rate,and that my bad luck was over.So many times the disappointment of being rejected for one idioatic excuse after another seemed to be my lot in life.After all,everybody needs to work with a company that loans you money,at a very high interest rate and then won't let you re-finance for seven years while they continue to collect your monthly mortgage payment.I called them Legal Extortion Inc. or Loan Sharks are Us.That is until I met BILL,never in my life have I met a more sincere man that is hell bent on helping you to better yourself and your life.Unbelieveable,like the sun breaking thru the darkest of clouds,he got more done in one day than all the previous companies combined did in one month.Not only that,I had a so much clearer picture of what needed to be done,that I actually began to feel "Hope" again,gaurded yes,but hope none the less.When "Bill" say's he is working for you that is an understatement,he does so much more,and explains the procedures that you totally understand them better than ever before.I have never seen anybody that could explain in the simplest of terms,at the same time literally be in the ring slugging it out for you to clear a path for you to secure a loan.Since he wrestled those demon's down,and made that loan to me his "bitch" my life and my luck has been blessed with so many blessing's,that when I hit my knees at night to give thanks it takes more time every night because the blessings keep growing.But he is the person I thank "God" for first,because he is the man who turned this jaded,cynical,negative man a believer that it can be done,and to have faith again.One of the most honest,hard-working man,that I'am fortunate to have met.A man with "Grit",intestinal fortitude,determination,God bless him,his family,whom I'm sure is very proud of him,a credit to mankind.Amen. He is a keeper and I was happy to work with him. I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to friends. The only thing I would have liked to know in advance was that the loan was going to be sold. I did communicate my strategy of wanting to cast the loan with additional funding and I was told I would have to wait three months which is not a problem, its just that now that it is sold (which I was not aware of but I'm sure Rocket Mortgage was) I am left with a little ambiguity if that still applies. It is a critical part of my strategy in purchasing the home. thanks! Ward"

At that time we weren’t able to pull the trigger due to some things on my end but came back literally the beginning of this month and requested Steve since i had established rapport with him. He was able to get my husband and I thru this process in 2weeks. Steve definitely made sure I understood the process and anything I had questions about he answered. This process was as smooth as I’d hoped it would be and a lot that has to do with making sure I had everything completed and needed on my end and my loan officer Steve being on top of his duties as well. I will definitely refer him to others that are looking to buy or refinance in the future. Thanks again Steve 😊"

He also pointed out and emphasized the savings in interest payments as compared to the mortgage I had. It all made great sense; John made sense and backed it up with data. Rocket Mortgage has a great portal where communication and documents can be quickly exchanged. The support teams responsible for reviewing and underwriting did a great job. It was a 5-star experience."

During this 45 day period Lauren responded to my emails immediately - even at 9pm. She was professional, informative, and up-beat every time. She followed my loan, always knew who I was and where I was in the process and got answers to my various questions from others at Rocket and got right back to me. If you are considering Rocket, who wouldn’t, ask for Lauren Lee."
