I don't even know how or where to start with the things I have to say about this man. For people of faith, I know that his presence in my life was a "God thing." For people who don't necessarily walk that path, let it suffice to say that you cannot meet a better human being who will give you the extra mile, who will have your back (i.e. with reminders which, with a memory like Swiss cheese, I needed!), who truly listens, who gives so much of his time which, with a wife and children he treasures more than anything, is truly priceless --- I could go on and on. The bottom line? I looked forward to hearing from him. Most companies? I cringe a little when I see their name in my caller ID. In today's world, there is precious little integrity and pride in one's work. He not only got the job done, but he made sure I was reassured, and comfortable! Comfortable!!! I can't remember the last time a person went out of their way to ensure that I was in a good place during a business undertaking. Desean is truly an asset to this company; they are fortunate to have him representing them. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with him has been smiled upon by the Heavens, and I am not one to easily give positive comments in today's world. Stay awesome, Desean! Thank you for everything!"

His knowledge and expertise streamlined the process, setting me up for success. I submitted my loan application over the weekend and Michael was quick to respong even on his day off. We went over all info and docs necessary to close on Dec 15, 2025. I closed on Dec 30, 2025 faster than I ever imagined possible!!! Thanks to Michael and the Rocket Team for making this happen in Rocket time........"

Thank you God for creating and thank you for hiring her. 10 stars. to you thank you for caring for the people and vertrans today."

I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan ...I don’t know if words can really describe how good she is at her job. I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan officers with other companies but none compare to her I have had major stressful experiences on several occasions in the past and my wife didn’t want to refinance again with anyone due to what it put me through. But I never was so at ease with anyone like this before. Danielle is patient kind caring thoughtful And very very knowledgeable. She is very accessible, calling me on her days off and even when sick to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything She has Rocket Mortgage interest of course but also mine . She truly has the clients best interests at heart which in turn makes me want to never leave Rocket Mortgage. Most importantly she makes you feel special like a friend and not just a client 5 stars isn’t enough *********"

"Kai was amazing. I called this man 100 times he would literally reply and say is it important? Can I call you in a minute or he would call me right away without him this Loan would not have been possible because no one else would have the patient to help me the way he did I let people bosses know when they’re not doing their job and when people are doing their job, I also let the boss know they’re doing a great job and I’m gonna be calling his boss to let them know he deserves a raise even when my loan was passed off to someone else or the next phase. I repeatedly called him and he said I’m gonna see what’s happening and I will let you know, but I’m not doing working with this anymore, but this man was beyond patient with me."
