I'm so glad I met Matt through rocket mortgage, I will recommend Matt and rocket mortgage to anyone I hear talking about buying a house. To anyone that reads this don't be afraid of online mortgage loans, deal with Matt and he will makes you feel so good and calm. We had been looking for a home for over a year ...My husband and I were first time home buyers not knowing many that have even gone through the process we were extremely nervous about the whole process. We had been looking for a home for over a year and went through our personal bank. We were very disappointed by their numbers it was nothing close to what it should have been more than double actually. This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. I highly recommend him I don’t think you will find someone better at his job and a Nicer person to work with."

"We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up ...We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up from Orig. price of $75,000 in 1986 to $185,000 now in 2019. The key is where to update! This time to Lower our House Payment. We were lucky enough to meet Justin Smith, Sr. Banker, Just by chance, he called & because our Caller ID said Rocket Mortgage, answering that phone call is the best thing we have done. Justin Smith has held our hands through the entire Re-finance to lower our house payment & decrease our Int. Rate. Every time I have called with A question & we are older so that is often, he calls me right back ASAP, answers my questions & fixes whatever our concern's instantly! He is so easy to talk, too & brilliant with numbers! As you process through your loan, he doesn't leave you as many did before, he still calls just to make sure we are okay! That reassurance is vital in something so important as your home and the biggest expense in your life. He will get you the best deal possible and work the numbers so you will sleep well at night! Buying a home is supposed to be one of the happiest times of someone’s life and it has been for me, but during the process my family suffered the worst pain my family has ever felt or endured, the passing of my younger brother.
