Wonderful experience, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I've refinanced before but never with the online format that Rocket Mortgage provided, very easy and convenient. My first mortgage payment is due in January and I'm so happy to be paying what I'm paying now. Kyle saved me alittle over $500 a month with this refinance. When we first connected with Julian, I had expressed our goals - reduce the term from 20 to 15 years and take advantage of the low market rates. He threw out some numbers (rate and estimated payment) that sounded very appealing and said "what if I can make that happen?" We continued with Julian and Rocket Mortgage while also continuing to keep our eye on other lenders to ensure we were getting the best deal. Never once did any other lender come close to giving us the deal we got! We felt informed and up to date throughout the entire process as he remained in close contact with us to check in often. The close was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated his guidance and expertise."

They offered the best rates, quick to answer my questions, always answered/returned my calls, knew what he was talking about and put things in easy to understand language. No matter what I call about the staff is always polite and gives prompt service. I will stay with Rocket Mortgage because they have never let me down."
