We had been looking for a home for over a year ...My husband and I were first time home buyers not knowing many that have even gone through the process we were extremely nervous about the whole process. We had been looking for a home for over a year and went through our personal bank. We were very disappointed by their numbers it was nothing close to what it should have been more than double actually. This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. I highly recommend him I don’t think you will find someone better at his job and a Nicer person to work with."

It's great to ask a question and he had the answer, instead of "I'll have to get back to you," or "I'm not quite sure about that." I was with a local individual trying to get a loan accomplished, but I swear he made me feel like a low life...and it went on for several months (with no result.) Ethan crunched the numbers over the phone and said I was good to go, in fact I could have taken out more value than I did. I like a company that has a simple process to tell you where you are and where you stand and Ethan was the start of it."

He is very knowledgeable and honest and up front with all the regulation to do with my state I live in. It was the fastest and easiest process that I have ever done. Thank you so much Jeremy for being there to help us threw this and being so patient. I was not the easiest person to deal with but Jeremy was very patient and understanding. I would totally refer Jeremy to everyone I know that is looking to refinance. Jeremy also follows up with me periodically and sees how things are going. Somehow though, Evan managed to exceed my already very high expectations. He responded almost instantly on a Sunday night when I first submitted my application, and from that point on he answered every question, big or small, at any hour of the day. He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity. What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone. Evan is collaborative, friendly, deeply knowledgeable and just an all around great person to work with. I felt supported the entire way through, and that kind of trust is rare. At each step of the way, Taylor remaining positive, focused, patient, and engaged to ensure that I would have a positive experience and an even greater outcome. This is the definition of "leaning-in", and Taylor lived this out in an exemplary and professional manner.
