He is definitely a valuable asset to Rocket Mortgage as I do not know if i would have been able to maintain my sanity during the escrow process without him and it was most likely because of him that we even made it into escrow with this particular home, in which we just closed escrow on last week! For reasons absolutely unrelated to him I wasn't able to make an offer on a house for about a month and...Once I inquired about Rocket Mortgage I don't think I went two days without hearing from Darius. For reasons absolutely unrelated to him I wasn't able to make an offer on a house for about a month and a half after first getting pre-approval. Then, without warning, I needed him ASAP and the man was on point. He responded to email, to phone calls, even to text messages promptly. He worked with me through a pretty complicated financial approval (my debt-to-income ratio was really high, but I had a lot of incoming equity). I was able to buy a new house because of Darius."
