There was a time that my call was answered by someone in close quarters with other operators. She hesitated and apparently asked her monitor how to answer. I actually heard that person say, "Just tell her yes." It was soon after that I was talking to you and I was always felt satisfied that I had a complete answer from you. Even if I got a bit confused explaining what you said to my husband, you were very kind and pleasantly repeated it for me. Thank you. One more mention, the lady who came to our house for signing the papers was rude. I am not going to powder coat it, she was rude. Just wanted to throw the papers at us and have us sign so she could dance out the door. . I had an accident and I believe because of the high doses of meds in the Critical Care Unit I now have some cognitive issues. If I needed to ask her again about the place(s) to sign, her attitude was abrupt and harsh. At one point, when I tried to ask a question, she harshly scolded me for not reading the entire contract before she got there. I should have let you know sooner but I felt I had to wait a bit. Keep up the good work sir."

From our very first conversation, Foster was incredibly knowledgeable and put us at ease. He took the time to clearly explain all of our options and answered every question we had with patience, no matter how small. He was highly responsive, always returning our calls and emails promptly. The entire process felt transparent and stress-free, which is a stark contrast to other experiences we've had with mortgage companies. Words and phrases that come to mind, Caring, Professional, Efficient, and most of all someone you not only want on your team or in your corner, but absolutely know that they are through every interaction and action they take. I guess long story short, we compared and dealt with half a dozen companies and people in shopping for an equity loan, and when we landed on Lyndsey we experienced an immediate and positive difference. And not just at the start of the application process, but all the way through the ENTIRE process, and even some beyond it. She stayed on top of everything, and kept us on track, helping us meet some very tight deadlines and expertly navigating the few issues as they came up. Lyndsey is someone that I would not only choose to use again, but someone I would recommend at the top of my list for my family and friends to use as well."
