At the outset, I was unconvinced that the benefits of refinancing were worth the expense and effort. At each step of the way, Taylor remaining positive, focused, patient, and engaged to ensure that I would have a positive experience and an even greater outcome. This is the definition of "leaning-in", and Taylor lived this out in an exemplary and professional manner. I hope I'm not setting the bar too high for her future customers, but if they are lucky enough to work with her, they will be glad they did."

Having already experienced excellent support earlier from Aaron I decided to reach out to him to explain my concerns as I knew he would be able to help and without a doubt he called and connected me directly to the right department/person and my concerns were taken care. I had already all available options before reaching out to Aaron and he again helped sort it out. He surely is an asset to any organization that he is part of and thank him for all his help"

She is intelligent, an amazing communicator, extremely patient, breaks things down so you can understand what you need to do, she is diligent in her communications and stays on top of everything. She calls, texts and emails you to keep you informed of everything. In essence she holds your hand through the process. Honestly I have been so impressed and felt that I was in the best hands possible to guide me through the entire process. If I could give her 10years I would. If you can request her directly do it. This will be the best decision you make after you have chosen a home to purchase. 10/10 in my book!!!!!!"

I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan ...I don’t know if words can really describe how good she is at her job. I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan officers with other companies but none compare to her I have had major stressful experiences on several occasions in the past and my wife didn’t want to refinance again with anyone due to what it put me through. But I never was so at ease with anyone like this before. Danielle is patient kind caring thoughtful And very very knowledgeable. She is very accessible, calling me on her days off and even when sick to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything She has Rocket Mortgage interest of course but also mine . She truly has the clients best interests at heart which in turn makes me want to never leave Rocket Mortgage. Most importantly she makes you feel special like a friend and not just a client 5 stars isn’t enough *********"

He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the ...Jeremy has been awesome to deal with! He super easy to talk to and understand. He found an error on my credit report that I had missed. He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the issue corrected. It took 5 minutes and increased my credit score with that agency by 39 points! He also informed me that one of the remaining two credit agencies had the same error listed. Although that agency is a bit slower to process, I have the opportunity to raise my score with that agency by approximately 40 points as well. All of this great info was delivered in a clear, casual style that made him a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jeremy! You made a positive difference in my world!"

"Matt is Amazing the road we had to travel to get my new house was VERY bumpy, this guy was right behind me the whole time. We had been looking for a home for over a year ...My husband and I were first time home buyers not knowing many that have even gone through the process we were extremely nervous about the whole process. We had been looking for a home for over a year and went through our personal bank. We were very disappointed by their numbers it was nothing close to what it should have been more than double actually. This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. I highly recommend him I don’t think you will find someone better at his job and a Nicer person to work with."

No question never went unanswered, his patience and determination to help me purchase my home, early mornings, weekends and at times even weekends. Buying a home is supposed to be one of the happiest times of someone’s life and it has been for me, but during the process my family suffered the worst pain my family has ever felt or endured, the passing of my younger brother. The compassion, kindness and sincerity Chris showed I am forever grateful. I like to think my brother played a part from above to help with the final steps at closing. I guess long story short, we compared and dealt with half a dozen companies and people in shopping for an equity loan, and when we landed on Lyndsey we experienced an immediate and positive difference.
