For reasons absolutely unrelated to him I wasn't able to make an offer on a house for about a month and a half after first getting pre-approval. Then, without warning, I needed him ASAP and the man was on point. He responded to email, to phone calls, even to text messages promptly. He worked with me through a pretty complicated financial approval (my debt-to-income ratio was really high, but I had a lot of incoming equity). I was able to buy a new house because of Darius."
