He listened and quickly crafted an individualized plan that met all my needs. From then on it was incredible. He made sure I knew shat was happening every step If the way. Every one I dealt with was so professional yet kind. Geoff was absolutely the most knowledgeable, diligent, and patient person. I have never had a closing go so smoothly. Before applying with Rocket Mortgage and working with Kellen Smith other lenders that I contacted were very dismissive and not willing to help with my personal credit situation. Kellen took time to listen to my situation and made it work always with a friendly and extremely positive attitude. Most importantly he kept our realtor informed and because of him the sellers accepted our offer within hours. Again I can’t truly express in words how awesome Kellen is. I knew that it was a good idea to shop around, but that is only useful if you know what to look for. By chance, I had an ad for Rocket Mortgage on my Mint app and decided to follow through, and I'm so glad I did. I was paired up with Jimmy. He took the time to listen to my life, my finances, and my needs. He explained and re-explained details about the process ENDLESSLY. I was very ignorant about the financial realm of home-buying, and fortunately he was very patient. He talked with me many times even BEFORE I signed a document to do the mortgage officially with Rocket. He secured the best deal for me, helping me choose based on my end goal of low down payments. I would highly recommend him!"

Angela went above and beyond to help go over our options to make our dream home a reality. We talked to a few other companies but they didn't have the passion and patience Angela had. Other companies seemed to give us excuses (even knowing we had over 20% to put down!) whereas Angela gave us options to make this happen. Angela seemed to want our business, which is how it should be. I gladly decided to take my business to Angela and Rocket Mortgage. Everything was fast, efficient, and thorough, especially with the Rocket Mortgage app helping to guide us along the way. When you are a buying a home, things can feel overwhelming at times. This was the difference between Angela and other companies : No question was too small and Angela spent a lot of time with us. Angela always made us feel at ease and was sure to answer our questions, no matter how many times we might have brought them back up again (we have a tendency to do that only because we want to make sure we understand everything). Angela was courteous and professional and made us feel welcome, even though we were 1000 miles away. After our first conversation I told her we would call her in 8 months when we were closer to our new home being built, and we did. I always felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust. This was by far the easiest, smoothest and fastest refinance we have ever done and Stuart was an integral part of that process by ensuring our documents were in order and following up when we fell behind on submitting documents. I already had a pre approval from a local ...This review is for all the people considering going with a “local lender”. I did my homework ran my credit with 4 lenders one of which was Rocket Mortgage. I already had a pre approval from a local bank so getting a rough idea was all I was after. Once I called Rocket Mortgage I felt a little skeptical on how there numbers were a lot better whether it was my interest rate, closing cost, and even down payment. So I brought the quote to my local banks and within 5 mins of each all the lenders began scratching there head wondering how they could possibly compete. I immediately called Rocket Mortgage back “Owen Ash” and he assured me it was not just bait to get me to go with them, there offer was correct and he was ready to pull the trigger. So after telling him the final requests and how my finances were at he moment we came to an agreement in just a few phone calls back and forth. This is not a fake review I am a honest buyer from Rocket Mortgage/rocket mortgage. This was my first home purchase and I did years of research before ever actually purchasing and made several attempts to find the right deal. Owen did exactly what I asked of him and even had my loan closed with 22 days. If you are ready to buy get a few other quotes and then call Owen so you can see the difference in savings."

Thank you God for creating and thank you for hiring her. 10 stars. to you thank you for caring for the people and vertrans today."

I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan ...I don’t know if words can really describe how good she is at her job. I have dealt with a lot of people in mortgage companies over the last 30 plus years as a homeowner and several other loan officers with other companies but none compare to her I have had major stressful experiences on several occasions in the past and my wife didn’t want to refinance again with anyone due to what it put me through. But I never was so at ease with anyone like this before. Danielle is patient kind caring thoughtful And very very knowledgeable. She is very accessible, calling me on her days off and even when sick to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything She has Rocket Mortgage interest of course but also mine . She truly has the clients best interests at heart which in turn makes me want to never leave Rocket Mortgage. Most importantly she makes you feel special like a friend and not just a client 5 stars isn’t enough *********"

At that time we weren’t able to pull the trigger due to some things on my end but came back literally the beginning of this month and requested Steve since i had established rapport with him. He was able to get my husband and I thru this process in 2weeks. Steve definitely made sure I understood the process and anything I had questions about he answered. This process was as smooth as I’d hoped it would be and a lot that has to do with making sure I had everything completed and needed on my end and my loan officer Steve being on top of his duties as well.
