Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the phone we had the application in process, most of our documents uploaded and we knew the likely terms of the loan we would be getting. Other questions did later arise and Gwyneth was always prompt in getting back to us with answers. When she was out of the office she saw to it that anything that came up would be handled properly by one of her associates. It was less than 4 weeks ago that we first started the application, and today our loan has been closed. We have never had a transaction go so smoothly or efficiently. She knows what she is doing and does it in a very professional and pleasant manner."

"I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final...I had completely given up.I had talked to so many salesman,and heard so many times about what they, and their company could do for me.Only to be shot down in flames hitting the ground in one big final fireball,feeling the burn,confusion,anxeity, and humiliation as I hung up the phone on yet another loan company.Bringing the tally up to about 11 companies that promised me a loan at a lower interest rate,and that my bad luck was over.So many times the disappointment of being rejected for one idioatic excuse after another seemed to be my lot in life.After all,everybody needs to work with a company that loans you money,at a very high interest rate and then won't let you re-finance for seven years while they continue to collect your monthly mortgage payment.I called them Legal Extortion Inc. or Loan Sharks are Us.That is until I met BILL,never in my life have I met a more sincere man that is hell bent on helping you to better yourself and your life.Unbelieveable,like the sun breaking thru the darkest of clouds,he got more done in one day than all the previous companies combined did in one month.Not only that,I had a so much clearer picture of what needed to be done,that I actually began to feel "Hope" again,gaurded yes,but hope none the less.When "Bill" say's he is working for you that is an understatement,he does so much more,and explains the procedures that you totally understand them better than ever before.I have never seen anybody that could explain in the simplest of terms,at the same time literally be in the ring slugging it out for you to clear a path for you to secure a loan.Since he wrestled those demon's down,and made that loan to me his "bitch" my life and my luck has been blessed with so many blessing's,that when I hit my knees at night to give thanks it takes more time every night because the blessings keep growing.But he is the person I thank "God" for first,because he is the man who turned this jaded,cynical,negative man a believer that it can be done,and to have faith again.One of the most honest,hard-working man,that I'am fortunate to have met.A man with "Grit",intestinal fortitude,determination,God bless him,his family,whom I'm sure is very proud of him,a credit to mankind.Amen. I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable. Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7. It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as almost everything is done on line. When we first connected with Julian, I had expressed our goals - reduce the term from 20 to 15 years and take advantage of the low market rates. He threw out some numbers (rate and estimated payment) that sounded very appealing and said "what if I can make that happen?" We continued with Julian and Rocket Mortgage while also continuing to keep our eye on other lenders to ensure we were getting the best deal. Never once did any other lender come close to giving us the deal we got! We felt informed and up to date throughout the entire process as he remained in close contact with us to check in often. The close was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated his guidance and expertise."

I called this man 100 times he would literally reply and say is it important? Can I call you in a minute or he would call me right away without him this Loan would not have been possible because no one else would have the patient to help me the way he did I let people bosses know when they’re not doing their job and when people are doing their job, I also let the boss know they’re doing a great job and I’m gonna be calling his boss to let them know he deserves a raise even when my loan was passed off to someone else or the next phase. I repeatedly called him and he said I’m gonna see what’s happening and I will let you know, but I’m not doing working with this anymore, but this man was beyond patient with me."

I even feel annoyed about myself not understanding what's going on, but he is still there explaining over and over again to make sure we understand where we spend my money. Every time he picks up the phone and I can feel the smile and energy through the phone. How amazing! We really appreciate Justin's professionals and patience and kindness. He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the ...Jeremy has been awesome to deal with! He super easy to talk to and understand. He found an error on my credit report that I had missed. He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the issue corrected. It took 5 minutes and increased my credit score with that agency by 39 points! He also informed me that one of the remaining two credit agencies had the same error listed. Although that agency is a bit slower to process, I have the opportunity to raise my score with that agency by approximately 40 points as well. All of this great info was delivered in a clear, casual style that made him a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jeremy! You made a positive difference in my world!"
