There was a time that my call was answered by someone in close quarters with other operators. She hesitated and apparently asked her monitor how to answer. I actually heard that person say, "Just tell her yes." It was soon after that I was talking to you and I was always felt satisfied that I had a complete answer from you. Even if I got a bit confused explaining what you said to my husband, you were very kind and pleasantly repeated it for me. Thank you. One more mention, the lady who came to our house for signing the papers was rude. I am not going to powder coat it, she was rude. Just wanted to throw the papers at us and have us sign so she could dance out the door. . I had an accident and I believe because of the high doses of meds in the Critical Care Unit I now have some cognitive issues. If I needed to ask her again about the place(s) to sign, her attitude was abrupt and harsh. At one point, when I tried to ask a question, she harshly scolded me for not reading the entire contract before she got there. I should have let you know sooner but I felt I had to wait a bit. Keep up the good work sir."

He took the time to clearly explain all of our options and answered every question we had with patience, no matter how small. He was highly responsive, always returning our calls and emails promptly. The entire process felt transparent and stress-free, which is a stark contrast to other experiences we've had with mortgage companies. My Husband and I were considering refinancing our 1 1/2 year old home to get an earlier payoff date and also a better interest rate than our current 4.250%. Tom worked diligently on doing the research and all the information and even more so than we asked. We are paying an extra monthly amount towards the principal as it is and Tom was honest in telling us that with what we are presently doing that it would be best to continue on the "track" as is. He did not try to pursuade us to refinance for his own benefits. I very much recommend Tom Diaz to anyone who may be deciding as to whether they should refinance their home and if refinancing is the better option,. I am sure that Tom would definitely get you the best rates and if needed to explain the process in terms that everyone would understand and answer any questions you may have. Also, Tom is not a 9 to 5, 5 days a week person. We actually spoke on a Sunday afternoon and even had updates on Saturday. So, "Hats Off" to to Tom Diaz as a person that truly puts his clients fist!
