Even ...I can't rave enough about how easy Julius and the Rocket Mortgage team were to work with when refinancing my home. All of my questions and fears were addressed immediately and professionally. Even though I originally had some doubts about the whole process being online, it turned out to be quick and easy, and above all very CONVENIENT! I never had to leave my home for meetings or discussions. Everything was handled online. All forms and paperwork were uploaded online, making the whole process extremely easy. You just check your account each day for any questions or needs from Rocket Mortgage. All-in-all, the whole process took about 2 weeks, which is phenomenal if you've ever used a traditional mortgage company or bank to process a loan. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Julius Hindy as your loan officer."

If Jim was not guiding us through the process, we would have walked away, but we made it through to the final step, and signed off on our loan. She truly went above and beyond for us. We are first time home buyers and we come from a tight-knit family so we discuss everything, especially when it comes to big purchases. Colleen patiently and kindly explained everything in detail, never to busy to answer our calls and answer our questions or our family’s. She even went as far as giving my grandmother a call to explain things to her too! She is truly a gem, yesterday we finally signed all of our paperwork and closed on our house! She made the process smooth and simple, answering even more questions even when it was out of her hands. Like I said before, 5 stars isn’t enough to describe just how great she made our first home buying experience. Colleen and Debby both deserve all the stars!"

She made herself available to answer messages and calls as soon as possible, and she really went above and beyond to make sure any issues that came up were addressed promptly. She was not only friendly but also professional and knew exactly what to do when problems arose, even up until an hour before closing on the mortgage -- she was still available and working for us well after her role in the process was formally over. If I'm ever in the market again for a new home, I would not go through anyone but Aubrey to get the loan approved."

I know that is the Rocket Mortgage "way" but my experience after him was not great and felt unorganized. I was so far down the path, however, it was not worth redoing everything with another lending company/platform. Shane was great though. Its too bad the folks managing a lot of the first impression components, gathering a ton of info, etc...are not involved with the purchase, A to Z. I will likely buy another house sometime in the future. I would 100% use Rocket Mortgage if my impression were only riding on Shane. Shawn Rutledge"
