From the very beginning of his first call to us reaching out to help to the final step in the signing process Marcus was completely professional and genuinely concerned about our well being and success in securing this loan. He was thorough, creative and invested in each step of the process which was an extremely important element in making us confident that we would succeed. We will be forever grateful for his assistance in us being able to stay in our home of over 20 years. With both of us being recently retired we were not successful, after 2 years, in securing a Reverse Mortgage. That did not deter Marcus. He found a product that would serve our needs after others failed. Marcus was determined to succeed and he did. This week we received our payoffs and are now set to live a more comfortable retirement on our terms. Thank you Marcus! You are a Superstar!!!!!"
