He was thorough, creative and invested in each step of the process which was an extremely important element in making us confident that we would succeed. We will be forever grateful for his assistance in us being able to stay in our home of over 20 years. With both of us being recently retired we were not successful, after 2 years, in securing a Reverse Mortgage. That did not deter Marcus. He found a product that would serve our needs after others failed. Marcus was determined to succeed and he did. From start to finish, he provided the best service possible. We were shopping rates and fees with two other lenders and were having difficulty getting an apples-to-apples comparison. Grant was very helpful in clarifying this for us and got us the most competitive rate possible. He was very prompt, professional, had excellent communication skills, and was very knowledgeable about everything. The process could have not gone more smoothly and we couldn't be happier.
