Our bank offered a very high interest rate that priced us out of a loan to pay back. A realtor told me to try contacting a company so I went online to look. After submitting some info we immediately got a call from Taryn. I would say we were in a panic and Taryn gave us assurance that she could help. And she did. Taryn answered every question. Every email was answered. She talked to us any/every time we called. I know Taryn was working hard to make sure our loan did not balloon. The process while a bit unfamiliar, as it was all online, was easy. I downloaded the RocketMortgage app and everything was easy to access. Our to-do list was posted. The docs RocketMortgage was reviewing were posted. It was so easy to upload our documentation. The process was easy and fast. Taryn was with us the entire time helping us through any bumps. And she did get our loan approved before the balloon. After closing we found it a bit uncomfortable that we did not have the signed documentation, hardcopy in hand. After all that is what we were used to. But all documentation was posted to our account for printing soon after closing. Be aware that when printed out there are over a hundred pages to the closing documentation. To sum up our experience. It was excellent so far. And with the promise of notification if Taryn finds offers that will better our situation our experience may get even better in the future. We are so thankful that we landed in the hands of Taryn and RocketMortgage."

The rep we spoke with was not very helpful and in fact made the conversation feel like I was bugging her. I was ready to move to another lender when Zach reached out to me to make the situation right. He went over and beyond to make us happy and close our refinance in a timely matter. In fact with working with Rocket Mortgage over the past 10 years, Zach was the best experience we have had."

"When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 ...When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He answered all questions we had and as we were passed from one stage to the next Ryan would call, text or email us to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. So now because of Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, I have 3 years less to pay on my loan, no more MPI payment, lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment. Ryan, thank you so much for all that you did for us. Your service, your late night on the phone working with our schedule, and you follow through were amazing! We cannot thank you enough! Great job sir!"

So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process. They did everything perfect in my opinion and Jose and his team are a perfect example of what all mortgage loan providers should strive to be. Supremely recommended! "

Our agent was Tyler Brown and you, if looking to re-fi or purchase a home, need to talk to him. Tyler was exceptional in his service to us. He explained the process so that my wife and I were completely comfortable. He gave us our options, helped us through the application and expedited getting our paperwork to the correct people. We had our new mortgage funds twenty one days after first talking to Tyler and that alone is a testament to how hard he will work for you also. I being slightly nervous on such matters, called Mr. Brown quite a few times and he was always available or returned my calls quickly. To sum it up, we had an excellent experience with Rocket Mortgage Rocket Mortgage and Tyler Brown was a huge part of that. Brian Marsh"

So this was a scary, and challenging process for her, as well as embarking her home search journey by herself. Shane assisted my client from beginning to end, even at closing : ). He held her hand through this process by educated her on what a loan process look like for her situation, which she appreciated. I can go on and on about the amazing interaction I had dealing with him as a realtor. Shane was very engaging and professional, and a pleasure to work with. And we even opened and closed escrow in 25 days, with an FHA loan!!! Hands done he would be my preferred choice as my lender going forward with any other buyers. God Bless!!"
