He is very knowledgeable and honest and up front with all the regulation to do with my state I live in. It was the fastest and easiest process that I have ever done. Thank you so much Jeremy for being there to help us threw this and being so patient. I was not the easiest person to deal with but Jeremy was very patient and understanding. I would totally refer Jeremy to everyone I know that is looking to refinance. Jeremy also follows up with me periodically and sees how things are going. He was able to be reach and kept be up to date in the process of completing the refinance process. He went over and beyond especially with M V Realty and how they mislead me in using them as my realtor if I ever decided to sale my house and they even put a lend on my house. Made me think twice and very caution in the future of realtor companies. The quick scheme they use and quick money they offered. I'm thinking give them a chance if I ever decide to sell my home and the representative, they sent was so nice and she couldn't be reach after I heard they had a lend on my house. Especially when i never heard of M V Realtor company, so heads up to everybody be careful who you put your trust in especially when it comes to selling your home. They took advantage of me and please read documents careful before signing them and because they seem so genuine. But Matt was the man that kept me in the loop and again he went over and beyond especially when M V Realtor company couldn't be reach by phone. It was so stressful dealing with M V Realty. So i recommend Matt to everyone. Thanks again Matt"

Wonderful experience, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I've refinanced before but never with the online format that Rocket Mortgage provided, very easy and convenient. My first mortgage payment is due in January and I'm so happy to be paying what I'm paying now. Kyle saved me alittle over $500 a month with this refinance. When we first connected with Julian, I had expressed our goals - reduce the term from 20 to 15 years and take advantage of the low market rates. He threw out some numbers (rate and estimated payment) that sounded very appealing and said "what if I can make that happen?" We continued with Julian and Rocket Mortgage while also continuing to keep our eye on other lenders to ensure we were getting the best deal. Never once did any other lender come close to giving us the deal we got! We felt informed and up to date throughout the entire process as he remained in close contact with us to check in often. The close was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated his guidance and expertise."
