During this 45 day period Lauren responded to my emails immediately - even at 9pm. She was professional, informative, and up-beat every time. She followed my loan, always knew who I was and where I was in the process and got answers to my various questions from others at Rocket and got right back to me. If you are considering Rocket, who wouldn’t, ask for Lauren Lee."

We had been looking for a home for over a year ...My husband and I were first time home buyers not knowing many that have even gone through the process we were extremely nervous about the whole process. We had been looking for a home for over a year and went through our personal bank. We were very disappointed by their numbers it was nothing close to what it should have been more than double actually. This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. I highly recommend him I don’t think you will find someone better at his job and a Nicer person to work with."

I was with a local individual trying to get a loan accomplished, but I swear he made me feel like a low life...and it went on for several months (with no result.) Ethan crunched the numbers over the phone and said I was good to go, in fact I could have taken out more value than I did. I like a company that has a simple process to tell you where you are and where you stand and Ethan was the start of it."

I don't even know how or where to start with the things I have to say about this man. For people of faith, I know that his presence in my life was a "God thing." For people who don't necessarily walk that path, let it suffice to say that you cannot meet a better human being who will give you the extra mile, who will have your back (i.e. with reminders which, with a memory like Swiss cheese, I needed!), who truly listens, who gives so much of his time which, with a wife and children he treasures more than anything, is truly priceless --- I could go on and on. The bottom line? I looked forward to hearing from him. Most companies? I cringe a little when I see their name in my caller ID. In today's world, there is precious little integrity and pride in one's work. He not only got the job done, but he made sure I was reassured, and comfortable! Comfortable!!! I can't remember the last time a person went out of their way to ensure that I was in a good place during a business undertaking. Desean is truly an asset to this company; they are fortunate to have him representing them. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with him has been smiled upon by the Heavens, and I am not one to easily give positive comments in today's world. Stay awesome, Desean! Thank you for everything!"
