When we decided to more cash out, he reworked the loan to accommodate. When one computer wouldn't respond to signing of the documents, he put us in touch with wonderful support to talk us through the process. And when his part was completed and others were to answer, he put us in touch with the proper supervisors."

From start to finish, he provided the best service possible. We were shopping rates and fees with two other lenders and were having difficulty getting an apples-to-apples comparison. Grant was very helpful in clarifying this for us and got us the most competitive rate possible. He was very prompt, professional, had excellent communication skills, and was very knowledgeable about everything. The process could have not gone more smoothly and we couldn't be happier.
