He explained the loan process and made sure that I understood everything. His communication skills are exemplary. I was able to close my loan within weeks (in Rocket-speed!) I have been a customer of Rocket Mortgage for many years and I would never consider going anywhere else. Their entire staff is amazing and I appreciate the GREAT Customer Service! He hung in there as we amassed a large amount of documentation (I am an independent consultant-LLC) and answered our many questions in a transaction that was somewhat complicated. The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is submitting documents. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were. It was a pleasure work with Joe and the entire Rocket Mortgage team."

From my first conversation with her, I could tell she was a very personable and relatable person and wanted my best interest at hand. Throughout our weekly conversations and text messages, it felt like I've known her for years. But here's the most awesome part. A house came up on the market shortly after we were preapproved and it checked 4 out of 5 boxes for us in what we were looking for in a home. The first day of the open house drew over 18 families alone and the sellers had multiple offers before even having the open house. So, we knew going in, we weren't going to go in with the highest offer and we also weren't the strongest buyers. I had told Azrael the night we submitted our offer, that we had already emotionally and mentally moved on because we knew offer wouldn't get accepted. However, Azreal had been working strategically behind the scenes with my agent as well as the sellers agent in getting this deal closed for us. 24 hours later, she broke the news that our offer had been accepted! We were in shock and still are. Even during escrow, she'd reach out to me weekly to check in on me. We know this deal wouldn't have happened if we didn't have her on our side and are so grateful she was the one who took my call when I called Rocket Mortgage. She has a lifetime client and I will be referring all my family and friends to her. Thanks again Azreal, Kelly and I are forever grateful to have you on our team in making our dream come true!"

We now get to have a beautiful home for our family and I am not sure this would have been possible without you, you took the extra time that I needed and went over everything with me (even exploring apps that neither one of us we’re familiar with) 🤣 really don’t wanna do that again haha that sounds like it can be a Jim problem next time lol… but you made a very stressful place for me a lot more calm and we just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU!!!! in the future (as we spoke about refinancing when Jim’s credit goes back up lol) I hope it’s you and me against Jim’s information once again….
