There was a time that my call was answered by someone in close quarters with other operators. She hesitated and apparently asked her monitor how to answer. I actually heard that person say, "Just tell her yes." It was soon after that I was talking to you and I was always felt satisfied that I had a complete answer from you. Even if I got a bit confused explaining what you said to my husband, you were very kind and pleasantly repeated it for me. Thank you. One more mention, the lady who came to our house for signing the papers was rude. I am not going to powder coat it, she was rude. Just wanted to throw the papers at us and have us sign so she could dance out the door. . I had an accident and I believe because of the high doses of meds in the Critical Care Unit I now have some cognitive issues. If I needed to ask her again about the place(s) to sign, her attitude was abrupt and harsh. At one point, when I tried to ask a question, she harshly scolded me for not reading the entire contract before she got there. I should have let you know sooner but I felt I had to wait a bit. Keep up the good work sir."

Somehow though, Evan managed ...I keep coming back to Rocket Mortgage because they are easily the simplest, most collaborative and most insightful team out there when it comes to navigating home loans. Somehow though, Evan managed to exceed my already very high expectations. He responded almost instantly on a Sunday night when I first submitted my application, and from that point on he answered every question, big or small, at any hour of the day. He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity. What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone. Evan is collaborative, friendly, deeply knowledgeable and just an all around great person to work with. I felt supported the entire way through, and that kind of trust is rare.
