He returned my phone my phone which were many to clarify items I was not familiar with. Always polite and paid close attention to my concern. He held my hands until the finish line to make sure I crossed it to closing day. He made sure my closing location was very close to my house so I didn't have to drive too far because of my lower back problems. I informed Anthony and he made happened. I would recommend friends, family member anytime they are in need of his services."

Jeremy was one of many who contacted me based on that partial inquiry and I was impressed with his messages so I called him when I was ready to move forward. He is very personable and has great communication skills. I was set on getting a personal loan that didn't include refinancing my home. However, Jeremy was able to show me the value of refinancing and still achieving the financial goals that I had. He is very prompt at keeping appointments and went out of his way to fit our appointments into my busy schedule. That included evenings, weekends and even a call when he was ill. I've moved to the next phase of the process and have a new contact. However, I know that if I need Jeremy for something he is available to take my call. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to work with Rocket Mortgage. Great job Jeremy! Jeannie L."

Even though I originally had some doubts about the whole process being online, it turned out to be quick and easy, and above all very CONVENIENT! I never had to leave my home for meetings or discussions. Everything was handled online. All forms and paperwork were uploaded online, making the whole process extremely easy. You just check your account each day for any questions or needs from Rocket Mortgage. All-in-all, the whole process took about 2 weeks, which is phenomenal if you've ever used a traditional mortgage company or bank to process a loan. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Julius Hindy as your loan officer."
