Linda is very knowledgeable at her job and you can tell she enjoys what's she does and goes to great lengths in helping people achieve the right solution to help with the loan they are trying to secure. She truly went above and beyond for us. We are first time home buyers and we come from a tight-knit family so we discuss everything, especially when it comes to big purchases. Colleen patiently and kindly explained everything in detail, never to busy to answer our calls and answer our questions or our family’s. She even went as far as giving my grandmother a call to explain things to her too! She is truly a gem, yesterday we finally signed all of our paperwork and closed on our house! She made the process smooth and simple, answering even more questions even when it was out of her hands. Like I said before, 5 stars isn’t enough to describe just how great she made our first home buying experience. Colleen and Debby both deserve all the stars!"

Aubrey was always extremely knowledgeable and went well out of her way to make sure all of my concerns were addressed throughout the process of finalizing my loan. She made herself available to answer messages and calls as soon as possible, and she really went above and beyond to make sure any issues that came up were addressed promptly. She was not only friendly but also professional and knew exactly what to do when problems arose, even up until an hour before closing on the mortgage -- she was still available and working for us well after her role in the process was formally over. If I'm ever in the market again for a new home, I would not go through anyone but Aubrey to get the loan approved."

I know that is the Rocket Mortgage "way" but my experience after him was not great and felt unorganized. I was so far down the path, however, it was not worth redoing everything with another lending company/platform. Shane was great though. Its too bad the folks managing a lot of the first impression components, gathering a ton of info, etc...are not involved with the purchase, A to Z. I will likely buy another house sometime in the future. I would 100% use Rocket Mortgage if my impression were only riding on Shane. Shawn Rutledge"

He hung in there as we amassed a large amount of documentation (I am an independent consultant-LLC) and answered our many questions in a transaction that was somewhat complicated. The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is submitting documents. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were. It was a pleasure work with Joe and the entire Rocket Mortgage team."

I gave my contact information to several ads., many called, too many to the point I stopped answering the phone. And then one Morning I answered and said YES to the screener and they transferred the call to Eric. From the first Hello I knew he KNEW his craft. He was very professional,& empathetic, from the start. He explained the process, took the information then walked me through it's closing entirety A to Z... So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process. They did everything perfect in my opinion and Jose and his team are a perfect example of what all mortgage loan providers should strive to be. Supremely recommended! "
