Aaron stuck with us, and the very frustrating process, for four months. He was kind, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. We spoke almost daily, and he never acted like I was a bother. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a superstar member of the Rocket team and deserves all the praise!"

"We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up ...We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up from Orig. price of $75,000 in 1986 to $185,000 now in 2019. The key is where to update! This time to Lower our House Payment. We were lucky enough to meet Justin Smith, Sr. Banker, Just by chance, he called & because our Caller ID said Rocket Mortgage, answering that phone call is the best thing we have done. Justin Smith has held our hands through the entire Re-finance to lower our house payment & decrease our Int. Rate. Every time I have called with A question & we are older so that is often, he calls me right back ASAP, answers my questions & fixes whatever our concern's instantly! He is so easy to talk, too & brilliant with numbers! As you process through your loan, he doesn't leave you as many did before, he still calls just to make sure we are okay! That reassurance is vital in something so important as your home and the biggest expense in your life. He will get you the best deal possible and work the numbers so you will sleep well at night! I am a hard person to work with at times, lots of question. He not only was one of the most patient people, but if he didn't know an answer to a question I asked he would go and find it out. He took so much time with me, walk me through computer stuff I needed help with, basically held my hand through the whole prosses. Was very kind and friendly. He was available to me day, night and even weekends. I highly recommend Jeremy for any of you loan needs. Very pleased with him."

Our bank offered a very high interest rate that priced us out of a loan to pay back. A realtor told me to try contacting a company so I went online to look. After submitting some info we immediately got a call from Taryn. I would say we were in a panic and Taryn gave us assurance that she could help. And she did. Taryn answered every question. Every email was answered. She talked to us any/every time we called. I know Taryn was working hard to make sure our loan did not balloon. The process while a bit unfamiliar, as it was all online, was easy. I downloaded the RocketMortgage app and everything was easy to access. Our to-do list was posted. The docs RocketMortgage was reviewing were posted. It was so easy to upload our documentation. The process was easy and fast. Taryn was with us the entire time helping us through any bumps. And she did get our loan approved before the balloon. After closing we found it a bit uncomfortable that we did not have the signed documentation, hardcopy in hand. After all that is what we were used to. But all documentation was posted to our account for printing soon after closing. Be aware that when printed out there are over a hundred pages to the closing documentation. To sum up our experience. It was excellent so far. And with the promise of notification if Taryn finds offers that will better our situation our experience may get even better in the future. We are so thankful that we landed in the hands of Taryn and RocketMortgage."

"Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says ...Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says give them a chance they will help you and I didn’t think it was going to happen I pray cried and cried and cried but Miss Paula has such a sweet voice and she said oh I can help you just have to do this this than that and so I did what she said to you I knew I didn’t have the monies at the time when I signed up for this I’m retired and I took on a job just to help myself with some little other bills and see if anybody need help I tell you ask for Mrs.Paula Z. her and her company helped me I can’t speak enough of her they give her five stars off I can give her all the stars in the moon I would that’s how much I felt she helped me to get me through what I’ve been struggling with for a long time My sister Cinnie praises you my brother Jay praises you said rocket mortgage is the best place to go I don’t know who they had as their representative but Mrs.Paula z."

I was ready to move to another lender when Zach reached out to me to make the situation right. He went over and beyond to make us happy and close our refinance in a timely matter. In fact with working with Rocket Mortgage over the past 10 years, Zach was the best experience we have had."

"When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 ...When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He answered all questions we had and as we were passed from one stage to the next Ryan would call, text or email us to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. So now because of Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, I have 3 years less to pay on my loan, no more MPI payment, lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment. Ryan, thank you so much for all that you did for us. Your service, your late night on the phone working with our schedule, and you follow through were amazing! We cannot thank you enough! Great job sir!"

He explained the process so that my wife and I were completely comfortable. He gave us our options, helped us through the application and expedited getting our paperwork to the correct people. We had our new mortgage funds twenty one days after first talking to Tyler and that alone is a testament to how hard he will work for you also. I being slightly nervous on such matters, called Mr. Brown quite a few times and he was always available or returned my calls quickly.
