John is very knowledgeable his responses were always quick and to the point. His attitude was upbeat and positive. When there were hiccups in the process he quickly walked us through them. Even ...I can't rave enough about how easy Julius and the Rocket Mortgage team were to work with when refinancing my home. All of my questions and fears were addressed immediately and professionally. Even though I originally had some doubts about the whole process being online, it turned out to be quick and easy, and above all very CONVENIENT! I never had to leave my home for meetings or discussions. Everything was handled online. All forms and paperwork were uploaded online, making the whole process extremely easy. You just check your account each day for any questions or needs from Rocket Mortgage. All-in-all, the whole process took about 2 weeks, which is phenomenal if you've ever used a traditional mortgage company or bank to process a loan. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Julius Hindy as your loan officer."

Kyle talked me though my options, by the time our first phone conversation ended I was so hopeful again. Wonderful experience, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I've refinanced before but never with the online format that Rocket Mortgage provided, very easy and convenient. My first mortgage payment is due in January and I'm so happy to be paying what I'm paying now. Kyle saved me alittle over $500 a month with this refinance. He walked us through every line of our loan terms & he made it make sense!! We absolutely loved him!! Corey genuinely wanted to help us & he accomplished that & so much more. He made our dreams of home ownership a reality & we could not be more grateful. We plan on refinancing in the future with him & I’ve already referred two family members to him that are hoping to buy soon. I couldn’t recommend Corey more. They offered the best rates, quick to answer my questions, always answered/returned my calls, knew what he was talking about and put things in easy to understand language. No matter what I call about the staff is always polite and gives prompt service. I will stay with Rocket Mortgage because they have never let me down."
