"We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up ...We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up from Orig. price of $75,000 in 1986 to $185,000 now in 2019. The key is where to update! This time to Lower our House Payment. We were lucky enough to meet Justin Smith, Sr. Banker, Just by chance, he called & because our Caller ID said Rocket Mortgage, answering that phone call is the best thing we have done. Justin Smith has held our hands through the entire Re-finance to lower our house payment & decrease our Int. Rate. Every time I have called with A question & we are older so that is often, he calls me right back ASAP, answers my questions & fixes whatever our concern's instantly! He is so easy to talk, too & brilliant with numbers! As you process through your loan, he doesn't leave you as many did before, he still calls just to make sure we are okay! That reassurance is vital in something so important as your home and the biggest expense in your life. He will get you the best deal possible and work the numbers so you will sleep well at night! From start to finish the process took 8 ...When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He answered all questions we had and as we were passed from one stage to the next Ryan would call, text or email us to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. So now because of Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, I have 3 years less to pay on my loan, no more MPI payment, lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment. Ryan, thank you so much for all that you did for us. Your service, your late night on the phone working with our schedule, and you follow through were amazing! We cannot thank you enough! Great job sir!"

So this was a scary, and challenging process for her, as well as embarking her home search journey by herself. Shane assisted my client from beginning to end, even at closing : ). He held her hand through this process by educated her on what a loan process look like for her situation, which she appreciated. I can go on and on about the amazing interaction I had dealing with him as a realtor. Shane was very engaging and professional, and a pleasure to work with. And we even opened and closed escrow in 25 days, with an FHA loan!!! Hands done he would be my preferred choice as my lender going forward with any other buyers. God Bless!!"

With ...From my first contact with Zachary I knew he wanted me to have every chance to get my new home. A quick look at reviews sent me to The Rocket Mortgage website and a personal call soon followed. With interest rates low I was able to afford more than I had originally planned and the increase was quickly updated on pre-approval letter. Throughout the process Zachary keep in contact with my realtor and me. Through texts and phone calls he stayed in contact. Even after a loan specialist was assigned I would get encouraging texts and his observances of how the process was progressing. Zachary was a pleasure to deal with, no pushy but reassuring and I felt he wanted the best for me. Not knowing how interest rates would go, I chose to lock in my rate and he took care of that pronto. Up to and after closing he was in contact always telling me I had any concerns to call: and I did. If there is a way to choose Zachary in your loan process, I advise you to do just that."
