Aubrey was always extremely knowledgeable and went well out of her way to make sure all of my concerns were addressed throughout the process of finalizing my loan. She made herself available to answer messages and calls as soon as possible, and she really went above and beyond to make sure any issues that came up were addressed promptly. She was not only friendly but also professional and knew exactly what to do when problems arose, even up until an hour before closing on the mortgage -- she was still available and working for us well after her role in the process was formally over. If I'm ever in the market again for a new home, I would not go through anyone but Aubrey to get the loan approved."

I soon started to realize that Christopher was the ...I started this venture applying for a mortgage with 4 providers. Initially I was discouraged because my hopes to purchase a home felt out of reach. I soon started to realize that Christopher was the only loan expert that was proactively and consistently reaching out to me, where the other 3 were not. At first, I wasn't so confident I could meet the budget numbers that I worked up to assure I wouldn't overextend myself. I came close to giving up. The more I expressed my target numbers the more Christopher went to work. To be candid it took a couple of rounds of effort on Christopher's part, yet he found the way. Along the way he listened and most importantly he cared. Still loan shopping Christopher was the only expert reaching out to me and working diligently to win my business. I saw him creatively working with his team and leadership until the numbers met my budget. Once completed Christopher worked closely with me walking me through the approval process and again assuring me, he has my interests as his priority. During this time by the way I just started a new job which required a move to a new state, and I was going through a lot. My interactions with Christopher were always a pleasure and professional. We did however find a little time to share a few laughs along the way. I closed on my beautiful home 2 days ago and couldn't be more pleased. I don't know how to express my thanks to Christopher other than to say, "THANK YOU for a job well done, my friend." "Shane did a great job and made my initial experience seamless and easy despite the nuances of being self employed, complex businesses, etc...I wish he would have handled my experience A-Z. I know that is the Rocket Mortgage "way" but my experience after him was not great and felt unorganized. I was so far down the path, however, it was not worth redoing everything with another lending company/platform. Shane was great though. Its too bad the folks managing a lot of the first impression components, gathering a ton of info, etc...are not involved with the purchase, A to Z. I will likely buy another house sometime in the future. I would 100% use Rocket Mortgage if my impression were only riding on Shane. Shawn Rutledge"

He hung in there as we amassed a large amount of documentation (I am an independent consultant-LLC) and answered our many questions in a transaction that was somewhat complicated. The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is submitting documents. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were. It was a pleasure work with Joe and the entire Rocket Mortgage team."

Words and phrases that come to mind, Caring, Professional, Efficient, and most of all someone you not only want on your team or in your corner, but absolutely know that they are through every interaction and action they take. I guess long story short, we compared and dealt with half a dozen companies and people in shopping for an equity loan, and when we landed on Lyndsey we experienced an immediate and positive difference. And not just at the start of the application process, but all the way through the ENTIRE process, and even some beyond it. She stayed on top of everything, and kept us on track, helping us meet some very tight deadlines and expertly navigating the few issues as they came up. Lyndsey is someone that I would not only choose to use again, but someone I would recommend at the top of my list for my family and friends to use as well."

He explained the process so that my wife and I were completely comfortable. He gave us our options, helped us through the application and expedited getting our paperwork to the correct people. We had our new mortgage funds twenty one days after first talking to Tyler and that alone is a testament to how hard he will work for you also. I being slightly nervous on such matters, called Mr. Brown quite a few times and he was always available or returned my calls quickly.
