The manner in which he facilitates his deals is without question a very positive experience, and I must submit took me by some surprise. I/we were very happy with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Very Happy! I took a flyer with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as I was not convinced it was a safe, reliable path for such home mortgage transaction. From the moment I shared my disbelief and concerns Michael began to put my issues to bed and at ease, and delivered a excellent experience. Michaels demeaner is equally satisfying as his follow through and follow up. I would recommend Michael to anyone to obtain a home mortgage to receive First Class attention, technical guidance, financial understanding and trust in this large infrequent personal business transaction. Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business. He is way beyond his years in technical aptitude, business acumen, and personal / relational engagement. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE MICHAEL FOR HOME MORTGAGE!!!"

When property ...This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the intereset rate and put a bit more money down to keep me under contract. It worked perfectly and I ended up going back down to 3%. So I ended up with the same down payment and an interest rate 1.25% lower!! Really good work. She treated the home like it was her dream home, and did everything possible to get me into it. Forever grateful to her and her team!!"

The fact that everything was primarily done online was a little new for me, especially since I hadn’t done anything like this before. But now after I have completed the purchase of my wonderful new home with the help of Mr. Hardy Short and his team members, I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone interested in purchasing a new home. The process was convenient and very easy to navigate. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and very approachable. All of my questions and concerns were handled quickly which eliminated a lot of stress from a home buying experience. I would like to thank Hardy and all the people who worked on getting me into my home!!!"

I called Rocket Mortgage and Henry Beydoun picked up the phone. By the end of the day, Henry had our application completed and submitted. I connected with Henry immediately and he is the reason why I went forward with Rocket Mortgage. Henry was very professional, but at the same time very personable and easy to work with. He actually showed genuine concern! Henry and the Rocket Team were very helpful and made the complete process easy and effortless. We were communicated with through each step. It was a Sunday morning when I completed some information online, and the system asked if I ...I decided to check out Rocket Mortgage almost by chance, as I was leaning toward going with another lender. It was a Sunday morning when I completed some information online, and the system asked if I would be willing to accept a call. I’m certainly glad I said yes! On the other end of the phone was Kory. From that first conversation, he worked with me through the entire VA refinance process. He took the time to explain my options, walked me through how the refinance could benefit me, answered my questions, and was there throughout the entire journey. When the appraisal came back lower than expected, Kory didn’t give up or simply tell me the deal wouldn’t work. He shifted gears, found another solution, and kept the process moving forward. Just a few days later, we closed! Thank you, Rocket Mortgage, for a great experience, but especially, thank you, Kory, for your persistence, communication, and outstanding customer service.
